Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the Development Strategy of Mangrove Ecotourism in the Bahoi Village of Likupang West subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for three months from September to November 2018. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct observation in the field and direct interviews with 4 community leaders, 2 foreign tourists, 5 local people from the Bahoi village and 4 local tourists.  Secondary data were obtained from the relevant agencies, namely the Office of the Bahoi Village. The results of the research showed that the SWOT diagram analysis in Bahoi Village was in quadrant I, which was in Aggressive stage. Therefore, Mangrove Forests should be continued to be developed and promoted as ecotourism destination.Keywords: Developing Strategy, SWOT, Ecotourism, Mangrove Forest

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of cayenne pepper farming in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 2 months, from August to September 2022. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation method, which is a method that aims to obtain data related to research variables through various sources of literature and institutions. The data analysis method used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with cayenne pepper farming owners in the research destination villages. Secondary data was obtained through documentation of data that has been published by various agencies and literature related to this study. The results showed that the income of cayenne pepper farming in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District was very profitable with an income of Rp. 17,531,094 / planting season and if it is calculated per month, it is found that the average income per month has a very large income.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the management of Pakakaan Agropolitan Area, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in the Pakakaan Agropolitan Area, Minahasa Regency from July to August 2022. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with the head of BAPPEDA, the Public Works Office, the Minahasa Regency Agriculture Office and observation. Secondary data obtained from the Minahasa Central Bureau of Statistics. The variables measured in this study are superior commodities and supporting facilities and infrastructure. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the total production of leading commodities in the Pakakaan Agropolitan Area continued to increase even during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the Pakakaan Agropolitan Area had infrastructure facilities that could support agriculture, there was a network of connecting roads between villages, cities, business roads for farmers and there was a network irrigation but the management and maintenance did not go well due to the Covid-19 pandemic which caused a diversion of the budget to the Health Service.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a spatial model of urban settlement areas using the Cellular Automata approach in South Minahasa Regency. The research location is located in a sub-district in South Minahasa Regency which has a delineation of urban settlement areas namely Tumpaan, Tareran, Amurang Timur, Amurang, Amurang Barat, Tenga and Sinonsayang Districts, covering an area of ​​656.6 Km2. Primary data collection methods are: Field observation and distribution of questionnaires to academics, government and local communities. Secondary data collection methods, namely: literature review and data request survey. The method of analysis is quantitative analysis using AHP and spatial analysis based on Cellular Automata. The results of the research show that the direction of modeling starts towards the east and south of the research location. Urban residential land in the research location experienced a growth of 4.19% from the previous year in 2014 covering an area of ​​11.96 Km2 increasing by 15.26 Km2 to 27.22 Km2 in 2034. The modeling results also show that in the 2014-2019 range is the range in which growth the highest settlement that occurred was 5.7%. The development of settlements resulted in the conversion of several land uses, namely alang-alang land and mixed gardens. Urban settlements in Tareran District are settlements that experience greater growth among settlements in other districts with a percentage reaching 9.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of farmer group members in Kakaskasen III Village, Tomohon Utara Sub-district, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for three months from July 2022 to September 2022. Starting from preparation until the preparation of the research report. The place of research was Kinaskas Farmers Group in Kakaskasen III Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The method of data collection carried out in the research is the method of observation and direct interviews to obtain facts and information from the sample using questionnaire tools. The types of data taken in the study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken in the field directly from vegetable farmers in Kakaskasen Village who are the research sample, using a list of questions that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from government agencies or institutions related to the research such as the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP), village offices and sub-district offices and internet references. Participation of farmer group members, using direct observation method, namely data collection method by observing directly in the field. The analysis was done descriptively. The results showed that kinaskas farmer group members were classified as very active at the implementation stage and active in decision-making activities but less active in the evaluation section. There needs to be an effort from the group management to increase the involvement of group members in evaluation activities because this activity is very important in improving group performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of farmers income in paddy rice in Mogoyunggung Dua Village, Dumoga District East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Thris research was conducted for 3 months, namely from Oktober to Desember 2022, which is located in Mogoyunggung Dua Village. The Population collection in this study used a census technique for lowland rice farmers. As for the determination of the sample that is with took 19 people incolved in paddy rice farming. The results of the study show that the average income of paddy rice farming obrained by farmers in Mogoyunggung Dua Village is IDR465.990.000 while the average per ha is IDR13.645.000. Farming costs are all expenses that occur during a certain period of time. The average cost of lowland rice farming incurred by farmers in Mogoyunggung Dua Village is IDR189.529.671 while the average bus pm ha is IDR5.549.917.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence corn production in Tendeki Village, Matuari Subdistrict, Bitung City. The research was conducted in September 2022 with a predetermined research site in Tendeki Village, Matuari District, Bitung City. The data collection method is the survey method. Interview data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression methods so that the analysis used refers to the formulation of research objectives. By using the model of the Cobb-Douglass production function, R2 test, multicollinearity test, f test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of land area, seeds, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer affect the amount of corn production in Tendeki Village, Matuari District, Bitung City. Partially, the factors of land area, urea fertilizer, and labor have a positive effect, and the number of seeds has a negative effect, while NPK fertilizer has no significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the ratio of the number of workers and supervisory staff with the productivity of fish canning companies. The research data was taken directly at 2 Fish Canning Companies in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province, namely PT Sinar Pure Foods International and PT Deho Canning. The research was conducted for 3 months from May to July 2022. This research was conducted at 2 Fish Canning Companies in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province, namely PT Sinar Pure Foods International and PT Deho Canning. The data used in this research is primary data. Data obtained from companies that have been arranged in the form of written documents from the company under study. The data used is monthly data in the last three years of the company, namely 2018 to 2020. The data was then analyzed using correlation analysis techniques. The results showed that the relationship between Labor and Supervisory Labor Ratio (X) and Productivity (Y), from the two companies studied, namely PT.Deho Company and PT.Sinar Pure Foods International in 2018 to 2020, showed a Pearson Correlation result of -0.136 and a Significance of 0.258. Although statistically this correlation is not significant, the direction of this correlation shows a tendency that the greater the ratio value, or the less supervisory personnel, the productivity will decrease.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the profit made by Aris Fruit Stalls located in Kairagi, Manado City. This study took place in August 2022. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with business owners on variable costs, income and profits. Secondary data were obtained from dissertations, journals and books related to this research. The results of this study show that the proceeds from the Aris Fruit Kiosk are Rp185.020.000 and total expenses of Rp178.432.011, so the profit of Aris Fruit Kiosk in Kairagi Manado City is Rp6.587.989, for 1 month.   Keywords : profit analysis; fruit stalls     ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keuntungan yang diperoleh Kios Buah Aris di Kairagi Kota Manado. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama bulan Agustus 2022. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui pengamatan dan wawancara dengan langsung dengan Pemilik usaha mengenai variabel biaya, pendapatan dan keuntungan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari skripsi, jurnal, dan buku yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan Kios Buah Aris yaitu sebesar Rp185.020.000 dan total biaya pengeluaran sebesar Rp178.432.011 dengan demikian keuntungan yang diperoleh Kios Buah Aris di Kairagi Kota Manado sebesar Rp6.587.989, selama 1 bulan.   Kata kunci : analisis keuntungan; kios buah

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the income of coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for 2 months, namely October to November 2022, starting from preparation to preparation of research reports. The research was conducted in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct interviews with respondent farmers using a questionnaire. Secondary data is complementary raw data obtained from agencies or offices related to the research site. Respondents in this study were coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. Sampling in this study used a purposive method from 195 coconut farmers who were taken 30 coconut farmer respondents in Talawaan Village who were taken laterally. Data were analyzed using the calculation of farm income. The results showed that the income of coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency for one copra production process was IDR 766,588 per farmer or IDR 403,467.77 per hectare.
