Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability of the roasted peanut industry at UD. Merpati in Tombasian Atas Village. The research lasted for three months from June to August 2023. The research was conducted at Merpati Roasted Peanuts, Tombasian Atas Village, West Kawangkoan District. Data collection methods used in this study were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used in this research is business profit analysis, then the data collected is described descriptively to determine the amount of production costs incurred from the business being run. The results showed that UD Merpati roasted peanuts have 3 types of packaging with different prices and for the price installed with 250 gr packaging with a selling price of IDR20.000 while for 400 gr packaging with a selling price of IDR 30,000 and for 800 gr packaging has a selling price of IDR60.000. UD roasted peanut business. Merpati despite the increase in raw material prices obtained good results with a profit of IDR41.463.194.

Abstract

This study aimed to estimate the carrying capacity of Paal Beach tourist sites, East Likupang, one of the main tourist attractions in the Likupang Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This research was conducted from March to November 2021. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected at tourist sites, both from visitors and the Paal Beach management. Secondary data were obtained from tourism site managers and related agencies such as  Statistics Indonesia Office, Tourism Office, and also gathered from various available documents. The results showed that the Physical Carrying Capacity (PCC) for Paal Beach was 2654 visitors per day, while the Real Carrying Capacity (RCC) and Effective Carrying Capacity (ECC) had the same value, which were 1843 visitors per day. The data showed that the number of visitors on weekdays, weekends and national holidays was still below the PCC. However, there was an ocassion where the number of visitors on a national holiday exceeded the RCC and the ECC.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of lowland rice farming in Kayuuwi Village, West Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out within 4 months, from September to December 2021. The data collected in this study were primary data obtained from direct interviews with members of lowland rice farmer groups using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Kayuuwi Village Office, as well as data taken from agencies related to this research, namely BP3K, West Kawangkoan District, and West Kawangkoan District Office. Sampling was done by means of a simple random sample (simple random sampling) as many as 29 samples. The results showed that the income from respondent farmers with a land area of 9.49 ha was Rp. 152,734,985, - then the average income of farmers was the result of the total income of Rp. 152,734,985, - minus the total cost of Rp. 97,938,284, - was Rp. 54,796. 701, - with an average of Rp. 5,774,152, - per hectare. Lowland rice farming in Kayuwi Village has the feasibility of farming because it is relatively profitable, with an R/C value of 1.55.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of nutmeg farming in Kareko Village, North Lembeh District, Bitung City. This research lasted for 3 (three) months, namely May to July 2023 from the preparation stage, to the preparation of research results. The research was conducted in Kareko Village, North Lembeh District, Bitung City. The data collection method used was the survey method. Data were collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from survey results and direct interviews with farmers based on question data that had been prepared and secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies related to this study. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, respondents were selected as many as 20 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis using tables to know the amount of income earned by farmers. The results of research on nutmeg farming in Kareko Village, North Lembeh District, Bitung City can be concluded that the average revenue of IDR7,248,500 and production costs of IDR2,016,000 obtained an average income of IDR5,110,475, so the farming carried out provides income for farmers so it is feasible to develop.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of visitors to the Batu Angus Nature Tourism Park, Bitung City. This research was carried out from March to May 2024. The data collection method used a sample survey method. Data collection techniques involve conducting direct interviews with visitors, and managers use questionnaires as a tool in data collection. The questionnaire contains several questions related to relevant research. The sampling method was by chance (accidental sampling) on ​​91 visitors to the Batu Angus Nature Tourism Park. The analytical method used was Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the research show that the satisfaction level of visitors to the Batu Angus Nature Tourism Park, Bitung City, is 84.01 percent, which is included in the very satisfied category. There are several indicators that need to be improved, namely: environmental cleanliness, roads to tourist locations, suitability of food prices, availability of public toilets, availability of public transportation to tourist locations and distance to tourist locations from the city center.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the marketing mix of Juli Culinary Restaurant in Manado City Boulevard. The data collected in this study are primary data taken by survey with the technique of asking questions directly to consumers, using a questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from the business related to this research, such as the history of the “juli kuliner” restaurant. Sampling by accidental sampling and obtained as many as 88 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis which is analyzed using an attitude measurement scale or Likert scale. The results showed that in general the level of consumer satisfaction was in the very satisfied category of 84%, with the highest level of satisfaction being the strategic location of 90%. However, there is one variable, namely promotion, which is still in the satisfied category with a satisfaction index of 79%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of paddy rice in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The sampling method was carried out using the Random Sampling method, namely by random sampling. The data collected are primary and secondary data with multiple linear regression analysis and using the Cobb-Douglass production function model. Based on the results of research that has been done in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency, and based on the research objectives, it can be concluded that together (simultaneously) the variables of land area, labor, seeds, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, and pesticides have a relationship to the amount of production of paddy rice in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. Partially, the factors of land area, labor, phonska fertilizer have a significant effect, while seeds, urea fertilizer, and pesticides do not have a significant effect on the production of paddy rice in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the Mangrove Forest Ecotourism Development Strategy in Darunu Mnagrove Park, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research took place for one month from April to May 2024. The sampling method in this research is Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling. The sampling methods in this study are Purposive Sampling and Accidental Sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from FGD interviews and observations. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from the internet and other sources in the form of documents from village officials. The analysis method used in this study is a SWOT analysis to answer the strategy of ecotourism development of Mangrove Forest in Darunu Mangrove Park,, North Minahasa Regency. The results of the study show that based on SWOT analysis, the strategy for the development of mangrove forest ecotourism in Darunu Mangrove Park is in quadrant I, meaning that the aggressive strategy is by prioritizing the SO (Strength – Opportunity) strategy, including holding mangrove tour ecotourism activities, maintaining the habitat of marine fauna, utilizing huts or gazebos for educational activities, and encouraging local communities to be more actively involved in tourism management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence tourist visits to the Tunan Waterfall tourist attraction in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is quantitative method, which uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis method, with Accidental Sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. From the t test conducted, it was found that two variables had a significant effect on tourist visits to the Tunan Waterfall tourist attraction, namely the attractiveness variable (X1), service (X4) and there were two variables that had no significant effect on tourist visits to the Tunan Waterfall tourist attraction, namely facilities (X2), accessibility (X3). From the results of the F test it is proven that the variables of attractiveness (X1), facilities (X2), accessibility (X3), service (X4) together have a significant effect on tourist visits to the Tunan Waterfall tourist attraction. The coefficient of determination is 28%, while the remaining 72% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study such as weather factors, cost factors, promotional factors and others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of cabbage farming in Tempok Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in Tempok Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency, which is one of the places where most of the people live as farmers. Research activities were carried out from April to June in 2022. The data used in the study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with farmers using a questionnaire. The number of respondents was 20 cabbage farmers who were randomly selected in 2 Jagas in Tempok Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency. The sample is divided into two categories, namely farmers who have their own land and farmers who rent land. Based on the results of research on cabbage farming in Tempok Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency, there are different. The amount of income received by farmers depends on the size of the land and the care of the cabbage plants owned by the farmers. The average income per hectare of cabbage farming in Tempok Village, Tompaso District for farmers who have their own land is Rp. 37,314,658, while the average income per hectare for farmers who rent land is Rp. 22,824,010.
