Abstract

This study aims to develop a MOODLE-based training model for innovative learning integrated with deep learning to enhance teachers’ teaching abilities. This research employed the Borg and Gall research and development (R&D) model up to the expert validation stage. The participants consisted of five school principals and twenty teachers. Data were collected through interviews, open-ended and closed-ended questionnaires, and focus group discussions. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, while quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, including percentages, categories, and mean scores. During the Research and Information Collecting phase, the findings indicated that teachers’ ability to implement innovative learning methods integrated with deep learning was categorized as sufficient, highlighting the need for further improvement. The developed training model is an online training program based on the MOODLE learning management system. The model consists of a visual representation and a detailed description outlining the concept of online training for innovative learning integrated with deep learning. Based on the validation conducted by four experts in content, technology, and instructional design, the conceptual model was rated very good, with an average score of 4.2. This result indicates that the model is valid and feasible to be further developed into a procedural training model to improve teachers' pedagogical competence. This study implies that technology-supported professional development models, such as INDEEP-MOODLE, provide a structured, sustainable, and scalable alternative to conventional workshop-based training for integrating innovative and deep learning principles into teachers’ pedagogical practices.

Abstract

School culture is understood as a set of values, norms, beliefs, and collective practices that shape organizational behavior. In situations of educational policy change, transformational leadership is seen as capable of encouraging value transformation, strengthening shared commitment, and fostering school culture. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were collected through searching and analyzing various scientific articles relevant to the themes of transformational leadership, school culture, and school leadership. The literature sources came from accredited national journals and international journals published in the period 2016–2026. The results of the study show that the principal's transformational leadership strategy is reflected through exemplary values and strengthening discipline, articulating the school's vision, intellectual stimulation through professional learning communities, and a relational approach that pays attention to the needs and professional development of teachers. The process of shaping school culture involves instilling values, integrating them into the curriculum and school programs, and setting an example for leaders and teachers. These findings confirm that transformational leadership contributes to building a collaborative, reflective school culture that is oriented toward improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital literacy management system based on the LENTERA application to support literacy enrichment activities for junior high school students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method, conducted through stages of needs analysis, design, development, expert validation, and product trials. The study was carried out in three schools in the Sentani area with diverse student characteristics and facility conditions. Research instruments included expert validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and effectiveness analysis using statistical tests. The results indicate that the LENTERA application is feasible for use based on media and content expert validation, categorized as appropriate with minor revisions. In terms of practicality, teachers were able to operate the application easily without requiring complex technical training. The effectiveness test results show that the application usage scores were significantly higher than the reference value, indicating that the application effectively enhances students’ literacy enrichment activities. The LENTERA application implements a mastery learning system through sequential stages, including letters, sounds, syllables, words, and sentences, ensuring that students’ learning progress is based on material mastery. The main advantage of the product lies in the integration of educational management, gradual literacy learning, and interactive multisensory learning technology through a monitoring dashboard feature. Therefore, the LENTERA application can serve as a feasible, practical, and effective model for digital literacy management to support literacy learning in schools.

Abstract

Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) mempunyai peranan penting di dalam manajemen di suatu sekolah. Karena sebagian besar kegiatan sekolah menggunakan dari dana bantuan Operasional Sekolah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan manajemen yang baik, benar dan juga tepat kelola dalam pengalokasian penggunaan dana bantuan Operasional Sekolah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Delik 01 Kecamatan Tuntang, Kabupaten Semarang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai pada pertanggungjawaban penggunaannya di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik wawancara secara langsung dan observasi. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan tahapan pengumpulan data dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data dan verifikasi kebenaran data. Dari hasil penelitian mendapatkan hasil bahwa pengelolaan dana Bantuan Opersasional Sekolah di SD Negeri Delik 01, Kecamatan tuntang, Kabupaten Semarang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Petunjuk Teknis Penggunaan dan Pertanggungjawaban Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah tahun 2024 yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut adanya inovasi dalam manajemen lembaga pendidikan, termasuk dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi, dampak, dan tantangan dari penerapan sistem pembayaran SPP melalui virtual account (VA) sebagai sebuah paradigma baru dalam manajemen keuangan di SD KH Papua. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan kepala sekolah, bendahara, dan orang tua siswa, serta didukung oleh observasi dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem VA secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, mengurangi beban kerja manual bendahara, dan meningkatkan transparansi serta akuntabilitas keuangan sekolah. Bagi orang tua, sistem ini memberikan kemudahan dan fleksibilitas pembayaran. Meskipun demikian, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah tingkat literasi digital sebagian orang tua dan keterbatasan akses internet di beberapa lokasi. Strategi sosialisasi yang intensif dan pendampingan personal menjadi kunci keberhasilan adaptasi sistem ini. Kesimpulannya, inovasi pembayaran SPP via VA merupakan sebuah transformasi positif yang efektif, namun keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada kesiapan infrastruktur dan pendekatan adaptif terhadap pengguna.

Abstract

Penugasan guru di daerah pedalaman dan rawan konflik di Papua menghadirkan tantangan unik, terutama ketika terjadi perubahan mendadak seperti relokasi paksa akibat situasi keamanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses transisi psikososial yang dialami oleh guru-guru yang dipindahkan dari pedalaman ke kota, dengan menggunakan kerangka Bridges Transition Model. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan dari wawancara mendalam dengan empat guru yang terdampak dan satu kepala sekolah yang mengelola perubahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para guru secara jelas melewati tiga fase transisi. Fase pertama, Ending, Losing, Letting Go, ditandai oleh perasaan sedih, kehilangan, dan kekecewaan yang mendalam karena harus meninggalkan siswa dan rutinitas secara tiba-tiba. Fase kedua, The Neutral Zone, merupakan periode kebingungan, ketidakpastian peran, dan tantangan adaptasi terhadap lingkungan kerja serta budaya baru di kota. Fase ketiga, The New Beginning, ditandai dengan penerimaan bertahap, pembentukan rutinitas baru, dan penemuan identitas profesional yang baru, meskipun dengan kecepatan yang berbeda-beda. Dukungan kepemimpinan yang empatik dari kepala sekolah dan solidaritas rekan sejawat menjadi faktor krusial dalam membantu guru menavigasi zona netral yang sulit. Kesimpulannya, Model Transisi Bridges terbukti menjadi alat analisis yang efektif untuk memahami dimensi psikologis dari manajemen perubahan, serta menekankan pentingnya dukungan manajerial yang terstruktur dalam memfasilitasi transisi guru di situasi krisis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision in SMP Negeri 1 Bancak, Semarang Regency. This research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach, with the research subject being purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and documentation studies at SMP Negeri 1 Bancak, Semarang Regency. The results of the study stated that the implementation of academic supervision was carried out with the stages of planning, implementing, evaluating and following up. The emphasis of the implementation of supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Bancak is the implementation of device supervision by the principal and academic supervision in the form of classroom observation activities. There are several supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of academic supervision which are then explained by the researchers as an effort to solve the problems found

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana penyelenggaraan supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kinerja Guru di SMP Negeri 3 Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatitf dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu Purposive Sampling. Teknik wawancara dan studi dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengungkap informasi secara aktual dan faktual pada pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Fokus implementasi supervisi akademik di SMP Negeri 3 Getasan adalah pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMP Negeri 3 Getasan ini adalah pada supervisi perencanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dengan observasi kelas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, beberapa Guru Mata Pelajaran dan Guru Bmbingan Konseling belum memenuhi tuntutan pada penyusunan perencanaan pembelajaran serta beberapa guru yang belum menggunakan media pembelajaran dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan atau layanan klasikal.

Abstract

The implementation of the transition from face-to-face learning to online learning requires the preparedness of all educators and students so that the educational goals that have been set can be realized. This study aims to provide a description related to the implementation of online learning at the Satya Wacana Christian High School Salatiga City, along with the difficulties encountered and endeavours to solve them. This research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach, with the determination of research subjects through purposive sampling. Data retrieval in the study was carried out by interviewing and documentation studies at the Satya Wacana Christian High School Salatiga. The results of the study found several problems from the implementation of online learning at the Satya Wacana Christian High School Salatiga, such as impediments in managing online learning. Several solutions are then described by the researcher as an effort to solve the issues discovered.

Abstract

The condition of the covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the learning management of an education. Where, this condition demands the implementation of online learning in all educational institutions. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of online learning management at SD Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Bogor, related to the variety, problems and solutions that have been implemented. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The survey results show that the variety of online learning implemented at SD Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Bogor is based on-based learning Computer Station, Collaborative Learning and Teacher Station with various methods. Researchers found the problems that arise can be handled well by the school.
