Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas membahas tentang sintaksis yang terdapat pada tajuk surat kabar Solo Pos edisi 3-9 April 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan beberapa sintaksis yang ada pada tajuk surat kabar kabar Solo Pos. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitaif dengan teknik membaca dan catat. Pada tajuk surat kabar Solo Pos edisi 3-9 April 2021 terdapat 11 kesalahan kalimat tidak hemat, 7 kalimat tidak padu, dan 6 kalimat tidak cermat. Kemudian kesalahan kalimat tidak berpredikat ada 2 dan penggunaan istilah asing 4. Hal ini terjadi karena penulis kurang memahami kaidah-kaidah bahasa Indonesia dengan terutama bidang sintaksis.

Abstract

Itik peking merupakan itik pedaging yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Pemberian pakan dalam pemeliharaan itik di peternakan itik rakyat masih banyak yang belum memenuhi standar kebutuhan nutrien itik. Suplemen pakan dapat menjadi upaya pemenuhan nutrien pakan pada itik. Tepung spirulina merupakan bahan pakan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai suplemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tepung spirulina sebagai suplemen pakan terhadap profil eritrogram itik peking. Itik dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan, yaitu P0 (kontrol negatif), P1 (penambahan 2,5% tepung spirulina), P2 (penambahan 5% tepung spirulina), P3 (penambahan 7,5% tepung spirulina), dan P4 (penambahan 10% tepung spirulina). Data profil eritrogram dianalisis menggunakan uji One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil analisis data pada parameter jumlah eritrosit, hemoglobin, hematokrit, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular haemoglobin (MCH), dan mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (MCHC) menunjukkan berbeda tidak nyata (P>0,05). Nilai eritrosit, hemoglobin, hematokrit, MCV, MCH, dan MCHC pada kontrol, secara berurutan adalah 2,33 juta/mL; 12,10 g/dL; 37,94%; 162,54 fL; 52,01 pg; dan 32,01 g/dL, sedangkan pada perlakuan P1, P2, P3, dan P4 nilai dari kelima variabel tersebut, secara berurutan berkisar antara 2,36-2,56 juta/mL; 11,94-12,64 g/dL; 38,40-43,60%; 162,11-171,35 fL; 49,44-52,72 pg; dan 29,29-31,47 g/dL. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tepung spirulina sebagai suplemen pakan tidak meningkatkan jumlah eritrosit, hemoglobin, hematokrit, MCV, MCH, dan MCHC pada itik peking.  Peking ducks are a type of meat duck widely farmed in Indonesia. In duck farming, especially in smallholder farms, the feed provided often does not meet the nutritional standards required for optimal growth. Feed supplements can be an effective way to address nutrient deficiencies in duck diets. Spirulina flour is a feed ingredient that can be used as a supplement. This study aims to analyze the effects of spirulina flour as a feed supplement on the erythrogram profile of Peking ducks. The ducks were divided into five treatment groups: P0 (negative control), P1 (2.5% spirulina flour), P2 (5% spirulina flour), P3 (7.5% spirulina flour), and P4 (10% spirulina flour). Erythrogram profile data were analyzed using a One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a 95% confidence level. The results showed no significant differences (P>0.05) in the erythrocyte count, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular haemoglobin (MCH), and mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration MCHC variables. The values of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, MCV, MCH, and MCHC in the control group were 2.33 million/μL; 12.10 g/dL; 37.94%; 162.54 fL; 52.01 pg; and 32.01 g/dL, respectively. Meanwhile, in the treatment groups P1, P2, P3, and P4, the values of these six variables ranged sequentially from 2.36–2.56 million/μL; 11.94–12.64 g/dL; 38.40–43.60%; 162.11–171.35 fL; 49.44–52.72 pg; and 29.29–31.47 g/dL.The conclusion of this study is that spirulina flour as a feed supplement does not improve erythrocyte count, hemoglobin, hematocrit, MCV, MCH, or MCHC in Peking ducks.

Abstract

Jantung dan aorta merupakan organ penting dalam sistem sirkulasi. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan tujuan menganalisis histomorfometri jantung dan aorta itik hibrida yang diberi imbuhan pakan tepung daun kelor. Itik yang digunakan adalah itik hibrida jantan berjumlah tiga puluh dua ekor dibagi ke dalam empat jenis perlakuan, yaitu K0: Pakan standar (pakan tanpa imbuhan tepung daun kelor), K1: pakan dengan imbuhan tepung daun kelor 2,5%, K2: pakan dengan imbuhan tepung daun kelor 5%, dan K3: pakan dengan imbuhan tepung daun kelor 7,5%. Masing-masing perlakuan terdiri atas delapan ekor itik. Imbuhan pakan diberikan selama enam minggu. Histomorfometri jantung dan aorta diperoleh dengan pembuatan preparat histologi metode parafin dan pewarnaan hematoksilin eosin. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam dengan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan imbuhan pakan tepung daun kelor tidak berpengaruh (P>0,05) terhadap bobot jantung, tebal epikardium, miokardium, endokardium, tebal tunika adventisia, tunika media, dan tunika intima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa pemberian imbuhan tepung daun kelor konsentrasi 2,5%, 5%, dan 7,5% tidak mengubah struktur histologi jantung maupun aorta sehingga aman dipergunakan sebagai aditif pakan itik. The heart and aorta are important organs in the circulatory system. This study was designed to analyze the histomorphometry of the heart and aorta of hybrid ducks given feed supplemented with moringa leaf powder. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four types of treatments, i.e., K0: standard feed (without the addition of moringa leaf meal), K1: feed with the addition of 2.5% moringa leaf meal, K2: feed with the addition of 5% moringa leaf meal, and K3: feed with the addition of 7.5% moringa leaf meal. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. The results indicated that the addition of moringa leaf meal to the feed had no effect (P > 0.05) on heart weight, epicardium thickness, myocardium, endocardium, adventitia tunica, media tunica, and intima tunica. The conclusion of the study is that the addition of moringa leaf powder at concentrations of 2.5%, 5%, and 7.5% did not alter the histological structure of the heart or aorta, making it applicable as a duck feed additive. Additionally, the findings suggest that moringa leaf powder is a safe option for enhancing the nutritional profile of duck feed without compromising cardiovascular health.

Abstract

TPA Kebon Kongok is one of the Final Processing Sites in Indonesia that uses a sanitary landfill system. The limited availability of land and the increasing height of the waste pile that has been dumped during the TPA operation period and the discovery of leachate puddles at several points in the TPA area are problems that need to be addressed immediately so as not to disturb the environmental ecosystem and society. The purpose of this research is to determine the depth of leachate pollution in the subsurface and map the leachate distribution pattern around the TPA Kebon Kongok area. This research was conducted using the resistivity geoelectric method with a 2-D Wenner configuration in 10 lines and the Self Potential (SP) method with an area 132,732 m² and 138 data point. Based on data analysis, it is found that the layer indicated as leachate has a resistivity value of 0.143-4.71 Ωm. Based on the results of the SP analysis, it is known that the accumulated leachate streams are interpreted to have relatively lower self-potential values with anomalous values of -100 mV to -40 mV. Low potential values were found in the northwest to southeast of the study site, while relatively high potential values were found in the southern part of the study site. The direction of leachate distribution in various directions is due to the fact that the study area has different elevations and the subsurface layer is composed of layers that easily drain liquids, which are indicated as sand layers. This research is expected to be a consideration for the management of TPA Kebon Kongok in taking mitigation steps from leachate pollution.

Abstract

Kelor (Moringa oleifera) diketahui memiliki kandungan nutrien lengkap dan kaya antioksidan serta memiliki potensi sebagai aditif pakan untuk memperbaiki kinerja reproduksi puyuh. Ukuran anatomi, histomorfometri, dan profil histologi oviduk merupakan indikator yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kinerja reproduksi puyuh periode produksi. Riset ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberi analisis ukuran anatomi, histomorfometri, dan profil histologi oviduk puyuh periode produksi setelah diberi imbuhan aditif pakan tepung daun kelor. Desain riset ini dilakukan dengan acak lengkap yang meliputi 5 perlakuan, masing-masing perlakuan diulang 9 kali. Hewan uji yang digunakan adalah puyuh betina umur 20 hari yang berjumlah 45 ekor. Perlakuan terdiri atas P0 (kontrol) berupa pakan standar tidak diberi aditif pakan tepung kelor dan perlakuan aditif pakan tepung daun kelor dalam pakan standar, masing-masing dengan kadar 2,5% (P1); 5% (P2); 7,5% (P3) 10% (P4) per bobot pakan. Variabel penelitian yang diukur meliputi ukuran oviduk, antara lain bobot total oviduk, panjang oviduk, infundibulum, magnum, isthmus, uterus, vagina. Variabel histomorfometri, meliputi tebal lapisan muskularis, tinggi, dan lebar kelenjar mukosa magnum. Profil histologi oviduk meliputi gambaran lapisan muskularis dan mukosa magnum. Data hasil riset selanjutnya diolah dengan analisis variansi satu arah pada signifikansi 5% dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil riset yang diperoleh menyatakan imbuhan tepung M. oleifera tidak signifikan dalam mempengaruhi ukuran anatomo serta histomorfometri oviduk. Profil histologi oviduk menunjukkan aditif pakan Tepung daun M. oleifera dengan kadar 2,5% serta 5% berpotensi meningkatkan proliferasi sel, sedangkan pada kadar 7,5%, dan 10% berpotensi mempertahankan integritas seluler lapisan muskularis dan mukosa magnum. Riset ini mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa aditif pakan tepung daun M. oleifera dapat digunakan sebagai aditif pakan untuk mempertahankan ukuran anatomi dan histomorfometri oviduk serta berpotensi meningkatkan proliferasi sel dan mempertahankan integritas seluler pada puyuh periode produksi.

Abstract

This research raises the problem of a child with mild intellectual disability in grade 5 at SLB Al-Ishlaah Padang who does not yet know the sound of consonant symbols. For this reason, the researcher wanted to see the effectiveness of the cheerful phonics method to improve the ability to recognize the sounds of the symbols of bilabial consonants for children with mild intellectual disability. The approach used is a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research in the form of single subject research and an A-B-A design. In phase (A1) the percentage of R's ability is 33.3% - 40.6%. In phase (B), the percentage of R's ability is 50% - 93.7%. In phase (A2), the percentage of R's ability is 89.6% - 93.7%. Judging from the data, there is a positive increase in R's ability. So this cheerful phonics method is effectively used to improve the ability to recognize the sound of bilabial consonant symbols for mild intellectual disability children.

Abstract

Bullying among students is increasingly prevalent, driven by various factors, including environmental influences and the impact of globalization. This issue poses significant challenges for teachers, who are often expected to monitor all students throughout the school day despite limited resources and time. The aim of this study is to explore effective strategies for preventing bullying in schools by integrating technological and creative approaches. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of bullying incidents with qualitative data from interviews and observations. The study focuses on the implementation of CCTV technology to enhance student behavior monitoring and prevent bullying incidents. Additionally, it investigates the use of arts-based activities as a means to help students channel excess energy into positive, creative outlets, thus reducing the likelihood of engaging in bullying behavior. The findings suggest that the combination of technological supervision and arts-based interventions significantly reduces the incidence of bullying in schools. The conclusion emphasizes the effectiveness of a holistic approach that incorporates both advanced monitoring tools and emotional support activities, highlighting the potential for these strategies to create a safer and more supportive school environment where students can thrive both emotionally and socially.

Abstract

AbstrakKelor merupakan tanaman tropis yang kaya fitonutrien dan senyawa bioaktif. Kandungan pada daun kelor mampu mendukung proses pencernaan, absorpsi, metabolisme, dan produktivitas unggas. Pemberian tepung daun kelor dalam pakan dengan konsentrasi yang tepat dapat mengefektifkan proses pencernaan dan absorpsi nutrien dengan memperbaiki struktur mikroanatomi duodenum puyuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemberian tepung daun kelor dalam pakan terhadap diameter lumen, tinggi vili, lebar vili, dan tebal muskular duodenum puyuh. Desain penelitian menggunakan RAL dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan konsentrasi pemberian tepung daun kelor dalam pakan meliputi 0, 2,5; 5; 7,5, dan 10%. Preparat histologi dibuat melalui metode parafin dengan pewarnaan Hematoksilin-Eosin (HE). Parameter yang diamati meliputi diameter lumen, tinggi vili, lebar vili, dan tebal lapisan muskular duodenum. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tepung daun kelor dalam pakan berpengaruh tidak nyata  (P >0,05) terhadap diameter lumen, tinggi vili, dan lebar vili, namun berpengaruh nyata (P <0,05) terhadap tebal lapisan muskular pada duodenum puyuh.  Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pemberian tepung daun kelor dalam pakan tidak berpotensi mengubah mikroanatomi duodenum puyuh sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai aditif pakan. Namun, pemberian tepung daun kelor dalam pakan berpotensi dalam meningkatkan ketebalan lapisan muskular duodenum puyuh.AbstractMoringa is a tropical plant rich in phytonutrients and bioactive compounds. The content in moringa leaves can support the process of digestion, absorption, metabolism, and productivity of poultry. Giving moringa leaf meal in feed with the right concentration can streamline the digestive process, and nutrient absorption by improving the microanatomical structure of the quail duodenum. This study aims to analyze the provision of moringa leaf flour in feed on the diameter of the lumen, villi height, villi width and muscular thickness of the quail duodenum. The research design used RAL with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment concentration of moringa leaf meal in feed included 0; 2.5; 5; 7.5, and 10%. Histology preparations were made through paraffin method with Hematoxylin-Eosin (HE) staining. Parameters observed included lumen diameter, villi height, villi width, and duodenal muscular layer thickness. Data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan's test using the SPSS program. The results showed that moringa leaf meal in feed had no significant effect (P >0.05) on lumen diameter, villus height and villus width, but had a significant effect (P <0.05) on the thickness of the muscular layer in the duodenum of quail. The conclusion of this study is that the provision of moringa leaf meal in feed does not have the potential to change the microanatomy of the quail duodenum so that it can be utilized as a feed additive. However, the provision of moringa leaf meal in feed has the potential to increase the thickness of the muscular layer of the quail duodenum.

Abstract

AbstractRed tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is a freshwater fish that widely liked by Indonesian people. Keeping fish with good water quality will increase productivity. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of adding aeration and using filters on carcass weight, muscle fiber diameter and number of muscle fibers in red tilapia. This research used 24 red tilapia fish with an initial body weight of around 7 g. Divided into 4 groups, namely the maintenance group using one aerator without a filter (ANF), the maintenance group using two aerators without a filter (AANF), the maintenance group using one aerator and using a filter (AF) and the maintenance group using two aerators and using a filter (AAF). The results showed that rearing red tilapia fish in the group rearing two aerators and using a filter had a significant effect (P <0.05) on carcass weight, muscle fiber diameter, and number of muscle fibers. Observation of the muscle histology structure showed that there was no damage to the muscle histology structure. The conclusion of this research indicate that additional aerator equipped with filters will supports the growth of red tilapia fish.AbstrakIkan nila merah (Oreochromis niloticus) merupakan ikan yang banyak disukai masyarakat Indonesia. Pemeliharaan ikan dengan kualitas air yang baik akan memberikan peningkatan produktivitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh penambahan aerasi dan penggunaan filter terhadap bobot karkas, diameter serabut otot serta jumlah serabut otot pada ikan nila merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 24 ekor ikan nila merah dengan bobot badan awal berkisar 7 g. Dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok, yaitu kelompok pemeliharaan menggunakan satu aerator tanpa filter (ANF), kelompok pemeliharaan menggunakan dua aerator tanpa filter (AANF), kelompok pemeliharaan menggunakan satu aerator dan menggunakan filter (AF) serta kelompok pemeliharaan menggunakan dua aerator dan menggunakan filter (AAF). Hasil menunjukkan pemeliharaan ikan nila merah pada kelompok pemeliharaan dua aerator dan menggunakan filter berpengaruh nyata (P <0,05) terhadap bobot karkas, diameter serabut otot, dan jumlah serabut otot. Pada pengamatan struktur histologi otot menunjukkan tidak adanya kerusakan struktur histologi otot. Kesimpulan penelitian ini penambahan aerator dilengkapi filter mendukung pertumbuhan ikan nila merah.

Abstract

Broilers (Gallus domesticus) are prone to stress and immune suppression due to inadequate environmental conditions and feed quality. Spirulina, known for its antioxidant and immunostimulant properties, and liquid nano chitosan, which has antibacterial activity, are considered promising feed additives for broiler health. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Spirulina flour, liquid nano chitosan, and their interaction on broiler leukocyte profiles. A factorial completely randomized design was used, with six treatment groups and four replications. Treatments included a control and diets supplemented with 0; 3; or 6% Spirulina powder, combined with 0 or 5% liquid nanochitosan. The treatments were applied for 26 days. Leukocyte observations were performed using Giemsa-stained blood smears at 400× magnification. Data were analyzed using Two-Way ANOVA (α= 0.05) and the Friedman Test. Results showed normal leukocyte morphology. Spirulina supplementation had no significant effect (P >0.05) on leukocyte, heterophil, or lymphocyte counts. In contrast, 5% liquid nano chitosan significantly affected (P <0.05) leukocyte and lymphocyte numbers. No interaction between the two additives was observed. In conclusion, Spirulina (3–6%) showed potential as a feed additive, while 5% liquid nano chitosan reduced leukocyte and lymphocyte counts. These natural additives may support broiler health without altering leukocyte profiles.
