Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan kepuasan kerja guru honor PAUD Se-Kecamatan Kuala Kampar Kabupaten Pelalawan. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PAUD se-Kecamatan Kuala Kampar Kabupaten Pelalawan yang berjumlah 50 orang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji coba skala dan analisis metode statistik dengan program SPSS Ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasi uji hipotesis yang diperoleh terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kepuasan kerja guru honor PAUD Se-Kecamatan Kuala Kampar Kabupaten Pelalawan. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar rxy= 0,361 dan taraf signifikansi 0,050 < 0,05. Tingkat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kepuasan kerja guru PAUD Se-Kecamatan Kuala Kampar Kabupaten Pelalawan termasuk kedalam kategori rendah dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan 13,03%, memiliki makna bahwa efikasi diri memberi pengaruh sebesar 13,03% terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Abstract: this research purposed is know the effect of fun thinker through ability to recognize alphabet in 4-5 years old in Pembina 3 kindergarten Pekanbaru. As for population in this research is all of student,. sample of this research are 30 students. Method that use is experiment pretest-posttest control group design to observe there is an effect between media of Fun Thinker and student?s ability to know about alphabet. Technique of collection data is observation. Teqnique of analysis data use experiment of scale and analysis of statistical method by using spss for windows ver.24. According to result of experimental hypothesis that got, there is significant effect between media of Fun Thinker and student ability in knowing alphabet on 4-5 years old children in Pembina 3 kindergarten Pekanbaru. Criteria of experimental of hypothesis is data get improving significantly if Sig. <0,05 if Sig. > 0,05 so Ho is accepted, score of statistical experimental thitung as 7,216 and Sig. 2 tailed = 0,00 < 0,05 so we can conclude that found effect of media Fun Thinker Through student ability in knowing alphabet on 4-5 years old childrean in Pembina 3 kindergarten Pekanbaru as 57,94%Keywords: Student ability in knowing alphabet, Media Fun Thinker

Abstract

Abstract : Based on the results of field observation on the gross motor abilities of children has not developed optimally. So it is necessary to implement the activities that spur the abusive motor abilities of children. This study aims to determine the effect of crepe paper laser maze activity on gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in RA Mau'izah Hasanah Tampan Sub District Pekanbaru City. The sample used in this study was 30 children. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used t-test with SPSS vers. 20. The research hypothesis is the game crepe paper laser maze has an effect on gross motor skills aged 5-6 years in RA Mau'izah Hasanah Tampan Sub-district Pekanbaru City. This can be known from the analysis of data obtained t-count = 3.979 and Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. because Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <0,05 it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in motor abilities of children after performing the game of crepe paper laser maze. So it means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a very significant difference between before and after do the game crepe paper laser maze. The influence of the game of crepe paper laser maze on gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in RA Mau'izah Hasanah Tampan District Pekanbaru City is 69.13%.Keywords: Gross Motor Ability, Crepe Paper Laser Maze Games

Abstract

Abstract: Based on field observations, it can be seen that the ability to recognize the symbol of numbers in children aged 4-5 years has not developed optimally. So it is necessary to apply game board. This study aims to determine the effect of game board on the ability to recognize the symbol of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in Fatimah Islamic Kindergarten, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This study used an experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were children aged 4-5 years. The sample in this study was group A totaling 15 children. The data collection technique used is observation. The data analysis technique in this study used the t-test. The results of this research hypothesis test were obtained t = 11,635 with (Sig. 2- tailed) = 0.00 <0.05, which means that there was a significant increase after using the labyrinth game during the learning process. The influence given by the use of game board games on the ability to recognize the symbol of numbers in children aged 4-5 years in the Fatimah Islamic Kindergarten in Pekanbaru is 55.88% in the medium categoryKey Words: Board, Number Symbol

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship of parental perception of early childhood education on the motivation of sending their children to kindergarten in Sungai Salak Tempuling District of Indragiri Hilir. The method used in this study is a quantitative correlation method. The population in this study were all parents who have children aged 4-5 years, amounting to 112 parents. Determination of the number of samples using probability sampling techniques as many as 52 parents. The data collection techniques used are questionnaire (questionnaire). Data were analyzed using analysis statistics person product moment correlation using SPSS Ver.20. The study hypothesis was a significant relationship between the perception of parents about early childhood education on the motivation of parents sending their children to kindergarten. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained r = 0.390 and P = 0.004. Because p <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables of perception with the motivation variable. So that means that Ho refused and Ha is received, and proved significant. Determinant coefficient value generated amounted KP = r2 x 100% = 15.21%, it can be seen that the perception of parents give the effect of 15.21% on the motivation of parents and the remaining 84.78% is determined by variables or other factors. Abstract

Abstract: Based on the result of observation in the field toward the concept of numbers ability of children are not yet improve optimally. So,it is needed apply train numbers game. This research of apply train numbers game toward the concept of numbers ability in 4-5 years old children at Lestari kindergarden districts Kemuning district Indragiri Hilir. Sample of this research are 20 student of class. Technique to college data is using observation. technique of data analysis is using t-test with using SPSS 16.0 program. Hypotheses of this research is there are very significant the effect of train numbers game toward the concept of numbers of ability in 4-5 years old children at lestari kindergarten kemuning districts indragiri hilir district. This is knowing from the result of data obtained t=20,7751 p=0,000 because p < 0,05. So, it can be conclude that there has a very significant different of children concept of numbers after using train numbers game in teaching learning. So, its mean that Ho refused and Ha accepted that means there are very significant different between before and after doing the experiment with train numbers game. the effect of train numbers game toward the concept of numbers ability in 4-5 years old children at lestari kindergarten districts kemuning district indragiri hilir as much as 50,7%.Key Words : Numbers Concept, Train Number Game

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is children do not enjoy and became inactive during the science lesson, the lack of attention during studying science, children could not finish the assignments given by the teacher, children became easily tired and bored when studying science, children do not respond well when given a question. The problem formulation in this research is, how is the result of studying science for children with age range from 5-6 years old in Bhineka Tunggal Ika kindergarten before using the contextual learning approach? How is the result of studying science for children with age range from 5-6 years old in Bhineka Tunggal Ika kindergarten after using the contextual learning approach? Is there a significant difference between studying science before and after applying the contextual learning approach in Bhineka Tunggal Ika kindergarten? The aim of this research is to answer the 3 problem formulation above. The number of samples in this researchis 23 kindergarten children of Bineka Tunggal Ika kindergarten of Bangkinang. The method used in this research is the experiment method with one group desaign model. The data analysis is done by statistic percentage technique to differentiate for the result of studying science before anf after using the contextual learning approach on children. Before using the contextual learning, there were no children categoried “good”. There are 3 children categorized “medium” 13,04% and 20 children categorized “low” 86,96% . After using the contextual learning, some became categorized as “good” is 11 children or 47,83%, and the other 12 children were categorized as “medium” or 52,17%. Based on this research, the information gained shows that the average score of learning science results before given the approach is 20,69. After the teacher gave the approach becomes 36,69. From the calculation of textpoiment it is known that tcount >ttabel (25,199 > 2,704) with a mistake rate of 1%. Therefore, the rejected Ho and the accepted Ha which means there is a significant difference before and after given the approach in the form of contextual learning. Based on the research, it is concluded that after given the contextual learning approach, the result of science learning increases.Keywords:result, studying,contextual learning

Abstract

Penyesuaian diri pada anak panti asuhan Harapan Putra di Kelurahan Tangkerang Utara Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak panti asuhan Harapan Putra di Kelurahan Tangkerang Utara Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 85 anak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi, adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini non probability dengan simple random sampling teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui lembar observasi untuk anak. Analisis penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi SPSS for windows ver. 22. Dalam penelitian ini hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat hubungan antara self concept dengan penyesuaian diri pada anak Panti Asuhan Harapan Putra di Kelurahan Tangkerang Utara Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh data mengenai penyesuaian diri secara keseluruhannya dengan nilai 58,95% termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik yaitu dalam rentang 54%-70% (dilihat pada table 3.6). Sedangkan data mengenai self concept pada anak secara keseluruhan dengan nilai 64,34% termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik yaitu dalam rentang 54%-70%. Untuk menguji signifikansi hubungan dapat diketahui melalui hasil analisis dengan correlation pearson product moment, dengan melihat nilai probabilitas (sig) yang diperoleh. Sebagai keteria penilaian, apabila >0,05 maka Ho diterima, sedangkan apabila probabilitas < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih rendahnya kecerdasan interpersonal pada guru TK Se-Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru yang berhubungan dengan konsep diri guru TK, dimana adanya guru yang susah untuk merasakan dan memahami perubahan orang lain, kurangnya kepedulian guru terhadap guru lain yang mendapatkan musibah, sulitnya berinteraksi, kurang menjalin komunikasi yang baik sehingga menyebabkan suasana kerja yang kurang harmonis, kurang terbukanya guru dalam menginformasikan hasil inovasi belajar dan mengajar yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dengan kecerdasan interpersonal guru TK Se-Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan penelitian korelasi. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru TK Se-Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 80 guru TK, sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 60 guru TK yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment menggunakan program SPSS Ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri dengan kecerdasan interpersonal guru TK Se-Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar rxy= 0,391 dan taraf signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Tingkat hubungan konsep diri dengan kecerdasan interpersonal guru TK Se-Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru termasuk dalam kategori rendah nilai koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan 15,3%, memiliki makna bahwa konsep diri memberi pengaruh sebesar 15,3% terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal.

Abstract

Mothers have multi-task that must be done every day. Household problem, work problem and also the economic problem experienced by many mothers in the District of Kepulauan Meranti became the causes of stress experienced by mothers that affect how she respond the environment, also affect the child rearing. The ability to deal with problems is called resilience. This study aims to examine the resilience of mothers who come from low income families in the District of Kepulauan Meranti. This study used descriptive quantitative method.&nbsp; Sampling method used is random sampling and there are 70 mothers as sample. It was found that the mother's resilience was 73,03%. Mothers in Kepulauan Meranti District is resilience eventough they have ti struggle with many stressfull condition. The support from spouse and relatives which offer the positive relationship help mothers to overcome stress and become resilience. Mother need to be resilient to deal with her multi-task, mainly in child rearing.
