Abstract

Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi merupakan salah satu penyebab meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. Dilihat dari fenomena unik yang didapat dari penelitian, lingkungan kerja yang dimiliki Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa tergolong rendah dan juga motivasi yang diberikan sangat sedikit, akan tetapi kinerja yang dihasilkan masih cukup memuaskan. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variable Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa, yaitu pada bulan April sampai dengan Agustus 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada karyawan Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa, untuk data sekunder diperoleh dari pihak hotel yang terdiri dari sejarah dan fasilitas hotel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa, dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 35 karyawan sebagai sampel dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah teknik sampling jenuh. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan . Sedangkan Motivasi berpengaruh sangat signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kemudian, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh sangat signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang dimiliki karyawan serta motivasi yang diberikan harus lebih diperhatikan, mengingat harapan hotel yang ingin selalu memberikan pelayanan melebihi ekspetasi tamu. Work environment and motivation is one of the causes of increasing employee performance. Judging from the unique phenomena obtained from the research, the work environment of Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa is low and the motivation given is very low, but the resulting performance is still quite satisfactory. Thus the purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the variables of Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa, from April to August 2021. This study used primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa, secondary data was obtained from the hotel consisting of history and hotel facilities. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression which is used to determine the effect of Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance at Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa, by distributing questionnaires to 35 employees as samples and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 26.0. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant partial effect on employee performance. While motivation has a very significant effect partially on employee performance. Then, work environment and motivation have a very significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The work environment owned by employees and the motivation given should be given more attention, considering the expectations of hotels that want to always provide services that exceed guest expectations.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the phenomenon of Balinese shadow puppet performances as a tourism entertainment spectacle in Ubud, Bali. Basically, the Parwa shadow puppet shows as Balinese shadow puppets are stag for the purposes of traditional ceremonies with long duration. In contrast to the type of Parwa shadow puppet show in Ubud is stag for tourism, only it's stag with a shorter duration. This phenomenon certainly raises a big question about the implications of stag such performances for tourism.This article is prepared to use qualitative research methods. All data were obtained through literature study, interview and observation. After all data is obtained, it is analyzed by using the perspective of cultural studies.The results show that the commodification of Parwa shadow puppet shows for tourism has economic, social and cultural implications. Economically, the commodification of the Parwa shadow puppet show for tourism has already had implications for a change in instrumental value, adding profit to cottage owners and retailers. Socially, the commodity has implications in the popularity as well as the identity of shadows puppet group. Culturally has implications for the preservation of cultural identity in the context of tourism, mediation of cultural promotion to tourists, cultural degradation of puppets and the difficulty of enculturation.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to identify possible areas for tourism development in Tabanan Regency, Bali namely in Timpag Village. In Tabanan, It’s a relatively new tourist destination. The success of other tourists villages in Bali seem to inspire the Timpag villagers to enhance their tourism potential. This research aims to reveal the factors that make Timpag villagers interested in building a tourist village and inventory the tourism potential. Therefore, the sample is those selected in Timpag village by purposive sampling. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data was gathered through observations and literature reviews. Each data set was analyzed using qualitative techniques. This research found that animo as a social interest is an important factor in the development of tourist villages. The research findings indicate that: First, the Timpag people are eager to develop the village’s tourism potential and have shown social solidarity by prioritizing the creation of tourist infrastructures. Many forms of tourism solidarity were not caused by the role of the pokdarwis. The tourism animo has become a huge internal factor for the Timpag people for their tourism village; Second, Timpag Village has potential for natural tourism, cultural tourism, ecotourism, and special interest tourism. It has developed based on capital and social commitment based on their tourism animo. Some of the tourism potential hasn’t developed optimally due to the lack of support from pokdarwis, resistance from some Timpag communities, and lack of local government assistance for tourism development in Timpag village.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the future of the rural economy based on the role of Koperasi and Balinese farmers. In Bali, quite a few Balinese farmers contribute to the rural economy. Many Balinese farmers are members of Koperasi. On the other hand, some Balinese farmers are still experiencing a crisis. Koperasi have played a role in the economic problems of Balinese farmers. The problems are : 1) What is the level of effectiveness of the role of Koperasi for the needs of Balinese farmers?; 2) Is there a dissensus among Balinese farmers regarding Koperasi programs that are promising in rural development?. This research was completed using mixed methods. Respondents were determined based on a parallel sequential sampling technique. Primary data was collected through surveys with the help of questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained based on a literature study. All data was analyzed statistically and interpretatively with the help of S.P.S.S. The research results show : 1) There is evidence of the effectiveness of cooperatives' role in overcoming Balinese farmers' economic problems. There is a positive and significant influence on the role of cooperatives on the needs of Balinese farmers ( = 1.450, p = 0.026); 2) Balinese farmers have a dissensus regarding the future of a rural economy that is representative of the digital economy. These resistance symptoms are related to the failure of cooperative programs such as technological training ( = 0.585, p = 0.292), paranoid conditions, skepticism, problems using tools, and other choices of Balinese farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan harga makanan (X2) terhadap kepuasan tamu (Y) di Revolver Espresso. Tempat penelitian Seminyak, Bali. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan tepatnya pada bulan Maret –Agustus 2021. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Revolver Espresso. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Hair et al dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk menentukan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis kuantitatif, meliputi: uji validitas, uji realibitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui uji F dan uji T, analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (p<0,05) terhadap kepuasan tamu di Revolver Espresso. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (p<0,05) terhadap kepuasan tamu di Revolver Espresso . Kualitas pelayanan dan harga makanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (p<0,05) terhadap kepuasan tamu di Revolver Espresso.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan beban kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan food & beverage department di Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud. Responden yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan food & beverage department di Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud dengan total 30 responden. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini didapatkan melalui kuisioner, selanjutnya data primer diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilanjutkan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan hipotesis dibuktikan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan food & beverage department di Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud, ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 56,474 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 2,960 (df1 = 2, df2 = 27). Secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan food & beverage department di Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi variabel motivasi sebesar sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. beban kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan food & beverage department di Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi variabel beban kerja sebesar 0.014 < 0.05. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,592. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 59,2% tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan food & beverage department di Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan beban kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and workload partially or simultaneously on the level of job satisfaction of employees of the food & beverage department at Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The respondents used were all employees of the food & beverage department at Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud with a total of 30 respondents. The data used in this study were obtained through questionnaires, then the primary data was tested using validity and reliability tests followed by classical assumption tests and hypotheses were proven using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and workload had a simultaneous effect on the level of job satisfaction of employees of the food & beverage department at Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud, indicated by the calculated F value of 56,474 which was greater than the F table of 2,960 (df1 = 2, df2 = 27). Partially, work motivation has a partial effect on the level of job satisfaction of employees of the food & beverage department at Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud, this is indicated by the significance value of the motivation variable of 0.000 < 0.05. workload has a partial effect on the level of job satisfaction of employees of the food & beverage department at Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud, this is evidenced by the significance value of the workload variable of 0.014 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows the R Square value of 0.592. this shows that 59.2% level of job satisfaction of food & beverage department employees at Aperitif Restaurant & BAR Ubud is influenced by motivation and workload, while the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinierja karyawan sales & marketing department di hotel W Bali - Seminyak, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 20 responden. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji T, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji-t yang diperoleh yaitu t-hitung sebesar 3,759 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sedangkan penelitian stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji-t yang diperoleh yaitu t-hitung sebesar 2,227 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,040 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil keseluruhan uji menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sales & marketing di hotel W Bali – Seminyak. Dengan diperolehnya nilai R-square sebesar 0,923 sehingga dengan kata lain pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sales & marketing di hotel W Bali – Seminyak sebesar 92,3% sedangkan 7,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to analy e the effect of the work environment and work stress on the performance of sales & marketing department employees at the W Bali - Seminyak hotel, the sample used was 20 respondents. The analysis in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS. The type of data used is quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques are done using questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the data analysis in this study, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test obtained, namely the t-count of 3.759 with a significance value of 0.002 which is smaller than 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. While research work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the t-test results obtained, namely the t-count of 2.227 with a significance value of 0.040 which is smaller than 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The overall test results show that the work environment and work stress have a positive and significant effect on the performance of sales & marketing employees at the W Bali - Seminyak hotel. By obtaining an R-square value of 0.923, in other words, the influence of the work environment and work stress on the performance of sales & marketing employees at the W Bali - Seminyak hotel is 92.3% while 7.7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di beberapa objek wisata di Malang akibat permasalahan harga tiket dan aksesibilitas. Namun, fenomena ini tidak terjadi di Puncak Paralayang Kota Batu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga tiket dan aksesibilitas terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Puncak Paralayang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik inferensial, khususnya uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik harga tiket maupun aksesibilitas secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Dari dua variabel yang diteliti, aksesibilitas memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis kepada pengelola destinasi wisata agar memperhatikan kualitas aksesibilitas dan menetapkan harga tiket yang sesuai dengan fasilitas yang ditawarkan, guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan. Data ini didukung oleh rata-rata skor jawaban responden yang tinggi, yaitu 4,29 untuk variabel harga tiket, 4,33 untuk aksesibilitas, dan 4,25 untuk kepuasan wisatawan. This study was motivated by the declining number of tourist visits at several attractions in Malang, primarily due to issues related to ticket prices and accessibility. However, this trend does not apply to Puncak Paralayang in Batu City. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze the influence of ticket prices and accessibility on tourist satisfaction at Puncak Paralayang. The study employs a quantitative method using a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is inferential statistics, specifically multiple linear regression, processed with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results show that both ticket prices and accessibility have a positive and significant influence on tourist satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Among the two variables, accessibility has a more dominant influence. These findings provide practical recommendations for tourism managers to improve accessibility quality and ensure that ticket prices match the facilities and services provided, in order to enhance tourist satisfaction and loyalty. These conclusions are supported by high average response scores: 4.29 for ticket price, 4.33 for accessibility, and 4.25 for tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

So that the art of wayang wong in Bali can be maintained, the research team has created Wayang Wong Anak-Anak. As a vehicle for socializing cultural values, this model is very important to be developed. The development of this wayang Wong model intensively involves young Balinese people. The problems : 1) How is the process of fostering Wayang Wong Anak-Anak?; 2) What is the form of the Wayang Wong Anak-Anak?. As a result of applied research, a number of data collection have been carried out, including document studies, observations, exercises, and in-depth interviews with informants. The results : 1) The process of fostering Wayang Wong Anak-Anak has been carried out through : (a) applying the performance concepts; (b) conducting exercises to find a model of Wayang Wong Anak-Anak that suits the tastes and abilities of the youth, (c) a trial for a Wayang Wong Anak-Anak show, (d) finalizing a model for a Wayang Wong Anak-Anak; 2) the coaching in the development of wayang wong has succeeded in implementing the Wayang Wong Anak-Anak, namely : themes, variety of movements, and performances that are in accordance with the abilities and character of the youth.
