Abstract

PROLANIS, merupakan suatu sistem pelayanan kesehatan dan pendekatan proaktif yang dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi yang melibatkan Peserta, Puskesmas, dan BPJS Kesehatan dalam rangka pemeliharaan kesehatan bagi peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang menderita penyakit kronis, namun proses pengolahan data dan perekapan data bulanan yang masih menyebabkan penumpukan arsip data peserta, serta madding puskesmas merupakan wadah yang belum bisa dibilang efektif untuk penyampaian informasi terkait jadwal konsultasi, pemeriksaan dan kegiatan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan mempermudah kinerja perangkat puskesmas selaku penanggung jawab program melakukan pemantauan kesehatan peserta PROLANIS, mengelola data hasil medis pasien, riwayat pemeriksaan pasien serta jadwal kegiatan secara real-time. Serta diharapkan menjadi wadah edukasi mengenai penyakit terkait PROLANIS yang dapat meminimalisir penyampaian informasi yang salah kepada pasien. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode prototype dengan tahapan Communication, Quick Plan, Quick Design, Construction Deployment Delivery Feedback. Hasil penelitian ialah menghasilkan sistem yang memudahkan petugas dalam hal pengelolaan data, pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan berkala pasien yang telah terdaftar sebagai peserta kegiatan. Dengan adanya fitur inti send notification jadwal baru juga dapat meminimalisir kesalahan penyampaian informasi mengenai jadwal kegiatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemasalahan terhadap pelayanan yang ada di lembaga Arcstics Cendekia, dimana pelayanan di lembaga Arcstics Cendekia masih mengadopsi sistem manual sehingga sering menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan seperti penyimpanan data masih menggunakan pembukuan sehingga memungkinkan data hilang atau rusak, CEO kesulitan untuk mengetahui progres kerja konsultan dan kurangnya informasi yang diterima oleh pelanggan terkait  layanan dan waktu pelaksanaan layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi manajemen Arcstics Cendekia berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang ada di lembaga Arcstics Cendekia khususnya pelayanan bagi pelanggan agar lebih mudah, cepat dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem yakni menggunakan metode waterfall. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan juga wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen Arcstics Cendekia berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan layanan, pembayaran dan menerima layanan secara online. Lembaga dapat melihat data pelanggan, data konsultan dan data transaksi dengan mudah dan cepat.  Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa sistem yang dibangun sudah memenuhi persyaratan fungsional, artinya sistem yang telah dibangun dapat menghasilkan manajemen informasi yang diharapkan. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Kualitas Pelayanan, Arcstics Cendekia, Waterfall

Abstract

Most people have used information technology to reach certain goals. Pagimana District is one of the region in Banggai Regency that has utilized the development of information technology to ease the work of the government. The Village Financial System ( henceforth, SISKEUDES) functions to facilitate the village government in managing, implementation and reporting village funds. Therefore, i tis essential to measure the quality and amenity of SISKEUDES usage for users by evaluating some aspects, i.e., intelligibility, user-friendliness, and efficiency in terms of facilitating the village government's work. This present study relied on the System Usability Scale (SUS) method by distributing a questionnaire to respondents. It shows the usability grade in the SISKEUDES app (57, poor category), in which users find it unsatisfactory to apply the system. This can be a benchmark for the central government to better the system develompment that meets the user's needs.

Abstract

Every govermment agency certainly has a program in the form of providing assistance to the community and must be given to recipients who are worthy and deserve it. There are several problems in determing recipients  of assistance, such as it is not well distributed and well targeted to the recipinets. In addition, the manual data collection process often goes wrong and there are no determined citeria for potential recipinets for assistance. This study aims to apply the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) ad decision support in providing assistance to firherman and cultivators. The system built is capable and feasible to be used for determining the provision of assistance to fisherman and cultivators. This system is able to be a solution in solving problems regarding determination of receipt of assistance to fisherman and cultivators to be more tell targeted because it is based on priorities with the determined criteria. Keywords :  Assistance, Decision Support System, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)

Abstract

AbstrakSchool Administration at the depertment of Education and Culture of Gorontalo district, Gorontalo Province has challenges in terms of the file management – the teacher and student files are not in digital forms and require large storage container that is centered on an only single location. The difficulty in checking these files is due to the lacking of direct integration between the schools and the department of education and culture. The optimization of the management of school administration is aimed to facilitate each school to digitally manage the administration and ease the department to receive this report. This research applies the Design Science Research Method ( DSRM) in designing a school administration information system. The final result is analysis and conclusion on the basis of the application of a school administration information system. The result creates an application that is able to optimize the school data management as it integrates school, teacher, and student data along with teacher and student data management in a single location. Digital data storage is the best alternative to manage both teacher and student data in order to be easily accessed when required. Basides, the data can also be sorted based on the name category to help identify data shortages with ease.Keywords : School Administration, DSRM
