Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan secara simultan pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen. Objek penelitian adalah 129 guru yang bekerja sebagai guru di SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil menujukkan, secara analisis deskriptif; a). Motivasi guru termasuk baik dalam mendukung kinerja guru. Skor penilaian Motivasi guru mencapai 85,74%, b). Tingkat Kompetensi guru, sudah mendekati sempurna, mencapai 90,36%, c). Disiplin kerja sudah menunjukkan hal yang baik, mencapai 88,74% dari yang diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Sedangkan hasil Analisis jalur, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Motivasi guru terhadap Kinerja guru adalah sebesar 38,54 %, pengaruh faktor Kompetensi guru terhadap Kinerja guru sebesar 22,89 %. Juga faktor Disiplin kerja menunjukkan adanya pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru, yakni sebesar 7,52 %. Hasil analisis dari nilai koefisien determinasi menjelaskan bahwa kontribusi faktor Motivasi guru, Kompetensi guru dan Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SMA Negeri di wilayah Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen, sebesar 69 %. Sementara sisanya dari peran yang tidak diteliti yakni sebesar 31%

This study aims to determine the effect of Servant Leadership, Teacher Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously on teacher performance. The research was in the form of a survey of a sample of 226 public elementary school teachers in the Peusangan area of Bireuen Regency. This type of quantitative research was carried out using descriptive and associative analysis, with a path analysis model approach. The results of the path analysis show, 1) the Servant Leadership factor has a direct effect of 0.472 on teacher performance, 2) the teacher discipline factor has a direct effect of 0.312 on teacher performance, 3) the job satisfaction factor has a direct effect of 0.214 on teacher performance, 4) The servant leadership factor through discipline and teacher job satisfaction have an effect of 46.75% on teacher performance, 5) Work discipline factors through servant leadership and job satisfaction have an effect of 32.6% on teacher performance, 6). The Job Satisfaction Factor through Servant Leadership and Work Discipline influences Teacher Performance by 26.56%. 7) Simultaneously servant leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction contribute to changes in teacher performance by 57.9%. While the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other factors not examined, researchers suspect from the aspects of work motivation, teacher competence, work environment and others.

Research to determine the influence of the principal's visionary leadership factors, school culture and teacher achievement motivation on teacher performance. Associative type of quantitative descriptive research method. By using a multiple regression analysis approach. The research was conducted at 8 driving elementary schools in West Aceh Regency. The research results found (a). The level of achievement of the school principal's visionary leadership has reached 93.12%, the level of achievement of school culture that is appropriate and implemented jointly has reached 86.42%. Meanwhile, the principal's assessment stated that teacher achievement motivation was in the very good category, reaching 93.62%, and the teacher's performance level reached 92.29% of ideal expectations. (b) The results of multiple regression analysis conclude that the principal's visionary leadership, school culture and teacher achievement motivation partially have a positive effect on performance, (c). Based on correlation and determination analysis, it is proven that there is a very close relationship and the three factors are R = 0.764. And based on the coefficient of determination, the contribution of the principal's visionary leadership, school culture and teacher achievement motivation to teacher performance is 58.4%

This research investigates the effect of non-financial objectives on Islamic bank efficiency. The sample data are taken from Islamic banks in Indonesia, spanning 2008-2020. By using the parametric approach, the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) method is employed to estimate the maximum likelihood and profit efficiency level. The model used in this research is called the BC’95 model in translog form. The input-output variables in this research are chosen based on the intermediation approach. The results show that publicity and zakat have positive and significant effects on the efficiency level of Islamic banks in Indonesia. On the contrary, the qardhul hasan has a negative but significant effect. In this case, zakat has the strongest sensitivity toward the dependent variable. Overall, the efficiency trend is in line with national and global macroeconomic conditions, and it strengthens the existence of non-financial objectives in the Islamic bank's efficiency measurement model. It is hoped that this research can be a gateway for regulators, practitioners, and academics to continue to explore and encourage strengthening the manifestation of Islamic values in Islamic bank operational practices.

The problem of human resource performance, especially village/gampong apparatus in developing BUMG, is still considered not optimal and efficient, this is evident from the BUMG Meunasah Kulam business unit program in Meureudu District, Pidie Jaya Regency since its establishment in 2022 until now, the benefits have not been felt as expected. This is directly and indirectly related to the ability of the human resources of the perpetrators. BUMG Meunasah Kulam, Meurudu District, Pidie Jaya Regency was established in order to develop and empower the economy of village/gampong communities. However, the problems related to BUMG are that they have not fully synergized in developing village potential and have not supported the sustainability of community economic empowerment. Therefore, Pengabdi carries out community service to foster human resources for village apparatus who run BUMG so that they have performance, especially in organizing programs, developing BUMG business units and making transparent and accountable financial reports. And make BUMG Meunasah Kulam, Meureudu District, Pidie Jaya Regency able to develop in the future.

The study measures the extent to which the impact of social media, product quality factors and service The problem of consumer loyalty by analyzing the factors that influence product purchasing decisions is still interesting to study. In quantitative descriptive research, it is limited to promotion factors, product quality and price. The research unit of Ibnu Asyir honey products in Aceh, with a path analysis approach. By conducting a survey of 96 regular consumers of the products studied. The results of the study obtained information that: (1) product purchasing decisions are directly and indirectly influenced by promotion factors of 13.96%, product quality factors of 38.38% and price factors of 23.59%. (2) Simultaneously, promotion, product quality and price influence the decision to purchase Ibnu Asyir Honey products in Aceh by 69,3%. (3) Between the three influencing factors, there is a causal relationship with a fairly close category.

This research aims to determine the performance of UPTD Samsat Region IV Bireuen and Region V Lhokseumawe City based on the realization of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) collection, Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee (BBN-KB) services. Analysis was carried out using independent two mean test statistics with t-statistics. The research results show that; A). The performance level of Samsat UPTD Region IV Bireuen in terms of the PKB Realization aspect during 2010 - 2021 is on average better than the performance level of UPTD Samsat Region V Lhokseumawe. B). The performance level of UPTD Samsat Region IV Bireuen from the aspect of BBN-KB Realization during 2010 - 2021 is also better on average, although not significantly different from the performance level of UPTD Samsat Region V Lhokseumawe. C). The diversity of PKB and BBN-KB income at the Samsat IV Bireuen office varies more between years than at Samsat V Lhokseumawe
