Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of UPTD Samsat Region IV Bireuen and Region V Lhokseumawe City based on the realization of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) collection, Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee (BBN-KB) services. Analysis was carried out using independent two mean test statistics with t-statistics. The research results show that; A). The performance level of Samsat UPTD Region IV Bireuen in terms of the PKB Realization aspect during 2010 - 2021 is on average better than the performance level of UPTD Samsat Region V Lhokseumawe. B). The performance level of UPTD Samsat Region IV Bireuen from the aspect of BBN-KB Realization during 2010 - 2021 is also better on average, although not significantly different from the performance level of UPTD Samsat Region V Lhokseumawe. C). The diversity of PKB and BBN-KB income at the Samsat IV Bireuen office varies more between years than at Samsat V Lhokseumawe

Abstract

The study measures the extent to which the impact of social media, product quality factors and service The problem of consumer loyalty by analyzing the factors that influence product purchasing decisions is still interesting to study. In quantitative descriptive research, it is limited to promotion factors, product quality and price. The research unit of Ibnu Asyir honey products in Aceh, with a path analysis approach. By conducting a survey of 96 regular consumers of the products studied. The results of the study obtained information that: (1) product purchasing decisions are directly and indirectly influenced by promotion factors of 13.96%, product quality factors of 38.38% and price factors of 23.59%. (2) Simultaneously, promotion, product quality and price influence the decision to purchase Ibnu Asyir Honey products in Aceh by 69,3%. (3) Between the three influencing factors, there is a causal relationship with a fairly close category.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the internal and external influences on strengthening teacher performance, based on the variables of motivation, training, and awards. Using a sample of 31 teachers as respondents who work at the UPTD of SMP Negeri 2 Peudada. Applying the path analysis model, the results obtained are: (1) Partially, the motivation, training, and awards factors influence the strengthening of teacher performance. (2) In the model of the relationship between factors, it is stated as Y = 0.558 + 0.585 X1 + 0.480 X2 + 0.430 X3 (X1: Motivation, X2: Training, X3: Awards, Y: Performance). And the three suspected variables significantly influence the teacher's performance. It was also found that the motivation factor has the largest contribution. (3) Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of 60.7 percent.
