Abstract

Kegiatan donor darah dan check kesehatan merupakan bagian penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya donor darah dan menjaga kesehatan secara umum. Donor darah adalah tindakan sukarela yang memberikan manfaat besar dalam menyelamatkan nyawa dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien yang membutuhkan transfusi darah. Dalam kegiatan ini, penting untuk memastikan kondisi kesehatan para pendonor agar darah yang disumbangkan aman dan berkualitas. Selain itu, seminar anti narkoba dan gaya hidup sehat juga menjadi bagian penting dalam upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak seperti lembaga pemerintah, institusi pendidikan, dan masyarakat umum, diharapkan dapat terus memperkuat budaya peduli kesehatan dan anti-narkoba dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian susu cair indomilk, untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian susu cair indomilk, serta pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian susu cair indomilk. Pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dapat dijelaskan sebesar 40,3%. sedangkan pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dapat dijelaskan sebesar 42,5%. Kemudian pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian secara simultan dapat dijelaskan sebesar 48,1% dapat menjelaskan pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui strategi manajemen perubahan HIPMIKINDO dalam membangun sumber daya technopreneur dengan mendirikan entrepreneur centers. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang analisisnya lebih mengedepankan proses daripada hasil. Strategi manajemen perubahan pada dasarnya berintikan tiga hal: pertama, semua bisnis pasti mengalami siklus rintisan, kemajuan dan penurunan; bisa secara cepat ataupun lambat, dan ini menimpa bidang bisnis apa pun. Kedua, sebelum mengalami penurunan, maka harus ada terobosan, berupa inovasi dan kreativitas. Ketiga, jika inovasi terlambat maka akan semakin berat menghadapi recovery puncak keberhasilan yang lama. Untuk itu sadar teknologi menjadi sangat penting. Informasi teknologi, pemanfaatan teknologi dan adaptasi teknologi dalam melakukan bisnis harus menjadi sense dan passion para pelaku UMKM. Inilah strategi manajemen perubahan dalam membangun sumber daya technopreneur. Upaya sharing, dari sisi teori, konsep, pengalaman dan analisis (praktis dan akademis) terselenggara dalam entrepreneur centres. Di dalamnya, peran perguruan tinggi, UMKM dan Hipmikindo terus berkolaborasi dan berelaborasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya technopreneur.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengamati  daya  tarik merek  Skechers,  salah  satu  merek produk  terkenal di Indonesia,  dari  konsumennya  di  Kota Bekasi.  Makalah  ini  bersifat  kuantitatif,  korelasional,  crosssectional,  dan  non-eksperimental;  sampel  probabilistik  diterapkan  pada  sejumlah konsumen  muda.  Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) secara parsial Satisfaction, WoM, Love dan komitmen tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention. 2) Brand Love sebagai variabel moderasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. 3) variabel moderasi Brand Love tidak memiliki hubungan dengan satisfaction, WoM, Love dan Komitmen yang signifikan dalam mempengaruhi purchase intention, sehingga dapat disimpulkan brand love tidak bersifat memperkuat atau memperlemah (memoderasi) model minat beli produk skechers di Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pelatihan e-bisnis merupakan bentuk dedikasi tim dari Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kosgoro 1957, yang memberikan masukan kepada masyarakat luas, khususnya para pelaku usaha UMKM di Jatiwarna, Bekasi. Pelatihan ini berakhir dengan hasil yang baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya peserta yang memahami bahwa e-commerce adalah konsep yang semakin menarik bagi UMKM dan konsumen, serta masyarakat umum yang terus melakukan perdagangan dan pembelian. Alasan mengapa konsep ini sangat penting dalam implementasi UMKM adalah karena perubahan perilaku konsumen dan terbatasnya sumber daya. Dari perspektif pemasar, sumber daya yang terbatas memaksa UMKM untuk mencari cara baru dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Konsep toko online adalah peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pedagang dalam aktivitas jual beli mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi.

Abstract

Technological advances have significantly changed the way consumers interact with digital. Electronic word of mouth communication, facilitated through social media platforms and online review sites, has become a powerful tool for consumers to share their opinions and experiences. This digital era is also in business making the most of electronic communication, namely word of mouth (eWOM) and celebrity endorsers to attract and retain customers. Also, with the growing popularity of various payment systems, understanding their impact on customer loyalty is critical. This study aims to investigate the relationship between eWOM, celebrity endorsers, payment systems, trust, and customer loyalty. Trust will be examined as a mediating variable that can help explain the process by which eWOM, celebrity endorsements and payment systems influence customer loyalty. This study aims to investigate the relationship between eWOM, celebrity endorsements, payment systems, trust, and customer loyalty. Specifically, this study will explore whether trust mediates the effects of eWOM, celebrity endorsements, and payment systems on customer loyalty in the context of digital markets. The literature review will investigate existing research on customer loyalty, eWOM, celebrity endorsements, payment systems, and trust. It will highlight relevant theory and empirical findings related to these variables and identify potential gaps that this study seeks to address. The theory used in this study is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory which was developed by Fred Davis in 1986 to explain the acceptance and adoption of information technology by individuals. This model focuses on user behavior in accepting or rejecting new technology, especially in the context of information systems and computer technology. Theory of Planned Behavior (Theory of Planned Behavior/TPB) is a social psychological theory used to explain and predict human behavior. This theory was developed by Martin Fishbein and Icek Ajzen in 1980 as an extension of the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). Intention-Based Behavior Theory (Theory of Reasoned Action/TRA) is a social psychological theory developed by Martin Fishbein and Icek Ajzen in 1967. TRA aims to explain and predict human behavior based on consumer behavioral intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity was to improve the competence of elementary school teachers related to the renewal of the entrepreneurial profession through the approach of student aspirations.This community service activity was implemented in collaboration between IBI Kosgoro 1957 Republic of Indonesia, Shinhan University Republic of Korea and SDN 11 Lenteng Agung Republic of Indonesia. The method of service activities consists of counselling and discussion activities. he programme had a good effect. It turned out that 22 per cent of students changed their aspirations to become entrepreneurs.The change of aspiration indicated the effect of the programme implementation.Based on the analysis of the teacher response questionnaire on the usefulness of the programme, one hundred percent stated that this service activity increased their knowledge. The success of the programme was driven by the open attitude of primary school teachers and students and the participation of all partners who were very supportive of the programme implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in work behavior through work motivation and employee work stress during the pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative descriptive design by distributing questionnaires to employees in DKI Jakarta. The number of research samples is 100 people using snowball sampling technique. The problems in the study were tested by different tests with the paired sample t-test, MannWhitney (Wilcoxon), and Kruskall-Wallis. The results of this study are that the COVID-19 pandemic weakens work behaviors related to work stress even though work motivation does not. One of the causes of poor work behavior is because employees work from home. Currently, the main cause of increased work stress is because employees are facing increased unemployment since the spread of COVID-19; or female employees whose workloads are increasingly related to the dual roles of employees and teachers at home since school closures. On the other hand, there is no difference in work motivation before the outbreak of COVID-19, because employees have to earn daily income so they can support their families every day and avoid unemployment. As such, managers must comply with laws concerning employment regulations and disclose important information to employees. Managers need to evaluate layoff issues, evaluate and develop continuity plans according to government regulations to improve work and support employees and their families.

Abstract

The Application of Entrepreneurial Concept Development Model For Student in Elementary School Number 11 Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta. The program objection embeded the entrepreneurial concept among elementary school students.The nature of the activity is the pioneering program. The programme was developed by a counseling activity using the playing and question/answer method. The program consists of seven main stages which are implemented by the storytelling method to students. The first stage explained the concept of the entrepreneurial profession, the second stage focused on increasing motivation to become a suscessfull entrepreneur, the third stage is focused on finding business ideas, the fourth stage is teached that getting capital is easy, the fifth stage focused to how to start production, the sixth stage is focused on managing marketing, and the seventh stage focused on the introduction of simple accounting and tax concepts. The advantage of these program was measured by changes of student aspiration. At the beginning, the students who want to become entrepreneurs are zero percent. At the end of the program, the number of students who wanted to become entrepreneurs increased to twenty percent.

Abstract

Community Service was carried out in the business activities of IBI Kosgoro 1957 students in the field of soft drinks in the form of Bubble drinks, located on Jl Arief Rahman Hakim No.64, Beji Depok, West Java. The program implemented by the team is in the form of an entrepreneurial concept based on business science. The activity was carried out with initial stages in the form of problem identification, needs analysis using the SWOT method, question and answer and observation and continued with counseling and assistance using the Business Model Canvas. Assistance activities are carried out in four stages, namely: Basic Management Assistance for SME management, Assistance in Preparation of Business Plans, Assistance in preparation of financial reports and Assistance for Access to Capital which aims to develop and increase business scale. number of students who wanted to become entrepreneurs increased to twenty percent.
