Abstract

Setiap lima tahun sekali pemilik kendaraan bermotor yang disebut wajib pajak melakukan proses ganti NRKB (Nomor Registrasi Kendaraan Bermotor). Kurangnya pemahaman pengetahuan alur ganti NRKB membuat masyarakat kerap kali kebingungan. Banyak terjadi kesalahan alur prosedur dikarenakan jarangnya membaca petunjuk alur proses di ruang informasi sehingga proses yang dilakukan memakan waktu lebih lama. Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi Proses Ganti NRKB Kendaraan Bermotor berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) sebagai media informasi yang lebih menarik serta interaktif kepada wajib pajak untuk mengenali alur proses ganti NRKB di Samsat setempat. Augmented Reality  merupakan gabungan teknologi benda maya dua dan tiga dimensi untuk diproyeksikan ke dalam dunia nyata. Masyarakat dapat berinteraksi langsung dengan aplikasi AR, melalui media informasi ini alur ganti NRKB dikemas lebih menarik dan mudah dimengerti. Aplikasi yang dibangun menampilkan objek virtual 3D secara realtime pada perangkat mobile android. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian aplikasi ini ialah MDLC. Proses pembuatan aplikasi AR diawali dengan pengumpulkan data tentang alur proses ganti NRKB kendaraan bermotor yang selanjutnya dibuat sebagai model menggunakan software 3D Blender. Aplikasi Augmented Reality dirancangan menggunakan software Unity. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian aplikasi dengan metode black box aplikasi dinyatakan bekerja dengan baik pada mobile platform android 11, berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dengan metode skala likert sebanyak 30 responden diperoleh presentase 80% menyatakan AR yang dibangun masuk dalam interval score sangat baik. Menunjukkan AR yang dibangun memberikan kemudahan pada wajib pajak untuk mengetahui informasi tentang alur ganti NRKB. Maka disimpulkan aplikasi implementasi Augmented Reality untuk alur proses ganti NRKB kendaraan bermotor ini dapat berjalan dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kondisi di mana tinggi badan anak lebih rendah dari standar usianya, biasanya disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis. Stunting merupakan indikator masalah kesehatan yang serius karena mempengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak. Sistem pakar deteksi dini stunting merupakan program komputer yang dirancang untuk membantu dalam identifikasi dan penanganan masalah gizi pada anak secara cepat dan akurat. Sistem ini memanfaatkan pengetahuan dari ahli gizi, dokter anak untuk memberikan saran berdasarkan gejala, data antropometri, dan faktor risiko lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem pakar ini adalah metode Certainty Factor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis stunting dan penyakit gizi buruk lainnya berbasis web. Hasil perhitungan pada penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa sistem pakar memiliki akurasi yang cukup tinggi dalam mencerminkan preferensi pakar, yaitu 90,91%.

Abstract

The digital divide between urban and rural areas in Indonesia remains a significant challenge in the current digital era, with limited internet access in remote regions hindering economic, educational, and social progress. This research aims to develop a wireless LAN-based RT/RW Net system as a solution to enhance efficient and affordable internet access. The system utilizes point-to-point access between regions using specialized routers to overcome geographical and physical barriers, thereby enabling internet access in hard-to-reach areas. By leveraging WiFi 5 technology as a solution for better range and performance, along with ease of operation and affordable construction costs, the system is designed for efficiency. Device configuration is carried out using the built-in application of the TP-Link EAP 110 router, facilitating easier and more efficient management. The PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize) research methodology is chosen as the approach for developing the RT/RW Net network. The advantages of this method include structured and systematic design capabilities, greater flexibility in meeting design needs, and the ability to optimize the quality of the network once it is operational. This method can also analyze and build networks according to local geographical conditions. Expected outcomes include improved quality and reliability of the RT/RW Net network, provision of cheaper and more convenient internet access for communities, and contributions to a more equitable dissemination of information and communication technology across Indonesia, enabling communities to enjoy better access to information, broader educational opportunities, and enhanced economic prospects.

Abstract

User satisfaction reflects emotions when comparing services received with expectations, so understanding user satisfaction is important for app development. This research aims to evaluate user satisfaction with WordPress apps on the Google Play Store and identify areas for improvement. Sentiment analysis with KNN and Naïve bayes algorithms as the method used to extract information from 5,000 user reviews downloaded from Google Play Store,. The results showed the majority of reviews had positive sentiments, with Naïve Bayes providing better results than KNN, achieving 88% accuracy, 89.45% precision, 88% recall, and 83% F1-Score on a 90:10 data split. The word cloud of positive reviews featured words such as “great”, “good”, “helpful”, “app”, and “good”, reflecting user satisfaction with the ease and benefits of the app, while negative reviews featured words such as “difficult”, “try”, and “fail” indicating technical difficulties and user dissatisfaction. This study concludes that WordPress apps have provided a satisfactory experience for most users, but some technical areas need improvement. The results of this study will provide valuable information for app developers in efforts to improve service quality and the app's reputation

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Salah satu tantangan utama dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab adalah menguasai Nahwu dan Sharaf yang merupakan cabang penting tata bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile yang dirancang khusus untuk memudahkan pembelajaran Nahwu dan Sharaf bagi masyarakat umum.Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Fitur utama aplikasi meliputi materi pembelajaran untuk mengukur pemahaman pengguna. Selain itu, aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur pengingat pembelajaran dan pelacakan kemajuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam proses belajar mandiri.Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan seseorang dalam Nahwu dan Sharaf. Aplikasi ini juga mendapat respon positif dari pengguna yang merasa bahwa metode pembelajaran yang disajikan lebih menarik dan interaktif dibandingkan metode konvensional. Dengan demikian, diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi alternatif yang efektif dalam pembelajaran Nahwu dan Sharaf, serta dapat diterapkan secara luas di berbagai lembaga.

Abstract

Disability is a physical or mental condition that limits a person's ability to fully participate in daily activities. Disabilities can occur to anyone and may be temporary or permanent. Examples of physical disabilities include vision loss, deafness, or mobility limitations, while examples of mental disabilities include autism spectrum disorders, anxiety disorders, or depression. People with disabilities often require environmental adjustments and community support to participate fully in daily life. This study focuses on individuals with leg disabilities, and one of the tools used by those with such disabilities is the wheelchair. There have been numerous studies on wheelchairs for individuals with leg impairments. In this research, the wheelchair is controlled using voice commands, which include forward, backward, left, right, and stop commands. To implement the wheelchair control, an Arduino Uno is used to process voice commands from the user, which are converted into text on an Android device. The text is then sent via Bluetooth and received by the Arduino Uno through serial communication. The control from Android to Arduino Uno is conducted in real-time, allowing the wheelchair to move according to the commands given. The result of this research shows that wheelchair control using voice commands was 100% successful

Abstract

Geese have many benefits for human needs. Starting from meat, eggs, feathers, fat, and other uniqueness such as guarding other livestock if there are animals or strangers approaching their territory. However, in Indonesia, goose utilization is less desirable and only a few do it. This poses a probӏem for goose breeders due to the absence of knowӏedge about the diseases experienced and the handӏing soӏutions. An expert system is an artificiaӏ inteӏӏigence that supports expert decision-making. The forward chaining method provides conclusions through rules derived from existing facts. This Expert System for Diagnosing Swan Diseases Using the Web-Based Forward Chaining Method is designed to make it easier for farmers or users to consult about the diseases experienced and treatment solutions with 90% diagnostic results. This expert system is made based on a website that can be accessed easily and at any time. Based on black box testing, the results obtained show 100% system functionality, so this expert system application can be used.

Abstract

Fish are living things with the highest trophic level in a body of water. Fish are living creatures that live in aquatic environments in fresh, brackish and marine waters. Tilapia is one of the leading commodities of aquaculture and is a widely used freshwater fish, and its production is quite high. Fuzzy logic is a logic that deals with the concept of partial truth, where classical logic states that everything can be expressed in binary terms (0 or 1). Various theories in the development of fuzzy logic show that fuzzy logic can be used to model various systems. A very adaptable and data-tolerant approach is mamdani fuzzy. Therefore, in this research, a mamdani fuzzy model will be developed to evaluate the quality of tilapia. This research uses fuzzy logic to evaluate the quality of tilapia based on its texture, taste, and size. In this study, researchers modeled 4 fuzzy variables, with 3 inputs (texture, taste, and size), 1 output (price), and a total of 4 fuzzy variables. The MIN IMPLICATION function was used in the inference procedure in the fuzzy operator application. Next, the MAX approach is used in the compilation of all fuzzy outputs. Then comes the affirmation, also known as defuzzification which is done using the Centroid method. The results show with 10 trial data it is seen that the higher the input value of size, the higher the output value of price.

Abstract

In modern times like this, many wheelchairs have been developed with various controls, ranging from manual ones, namely by being pushed by other people or using their hands to turn the wheel, to automatic ones, such as electric wheelchairs that use joysticks and Electromyography control. The control of the electromyography signal utilizes muscles that can still be used to move the wheelchair, in this case, using the hand muscles. The use of a Bluetooth wireless system in sending electromyography signals aims to facilitate the use of a wheelchair without interference from the many connected cables so that users are more flexible in placing the electromyography sensor on the user's hand muscles. By placing the electromyography sensor on the user's arm, the electromyography sensor detects a contraction or relaxation, which is indicated by the LED flame. The output value of the sensor will be compared with a predetermined limit value. When the value is greater than the limit value, it will produce a logic low; when the value is less than the limit value, it will build a logic high. The Arduino microcontroller will calculate every low logic. The results of these calculations will be processed into serial data. The serial data will be sent to the HC-05 enslaved person via the HC-05 master wirelessly. The motor driver will execute the data so that it produces motion forward, backward, turn right, turn left and stop. It is hoped that this tool can help individuals with limited movement so that they do not have difficulty in mobility.
