This research was conducted to find out the management of village original income in Kerobokan Village and the role of BUMDes to be able to increase village original income and rural original income management strategy to improve the economy. This research method is qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, observations and document studies are then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, data analysis and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the management done by Kerobokan Village Government is in accordance with the management procedure, BUMDes play a role in increasing the village's original income so that the village government can carry out the development which impact on the village economy and the strategy implemented by the village government puts forward the coordination and cooperation.

The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of accountability practices in village financial management in Desa Pakraman Kerobokan, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency. This research with qualitative method through etnometodology approach to approach setting in everyday life. Tri hita karana's data and philosophy as a framework for analyzing the data obtained from those settings on the research site. The results of this study indicate that in the perspective prahyangan spiritual accountability reflected in the reflection of devotion and faith of village finance managers or village apparatus with activities based on the values and norms contained in religious teachings, and the spirit of work that is seen as a sacrifice and devotion. The practice of accountability of village financial management in the dimensions of human relationships with the natural environment (ecological accountability) can be seen from the activities and involvement of the village apparatus in efforts to preserve the natural environment. And the accountability practices of human relations dimensions with others (economic and social accountability) can be seen from social concerns and various community empowerment programs. The contribution of this theoretical research is to contribute theoretical enrichment that underlies accountability practices in village administration and its practical contribution, this research can be one of reference for rural apparatus, village companion in its advisory method.

The aim of this research is to examine the factors influencing the original income level of the villages by taking the research location in the villages managing the village fund in Buleleng-Bali Regency. Total number of 129 villages. The number of samples used in this study is equal to the number of population, The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression with OLS model (Ordinary Least Square). The results obtained in this study indicate that Local Government Support, Optimalization of Village Asset Utilization and Professionalism of Village Asset Management have a significant effect on original income of the village. The contribution of this theoretical research is to contribute theoretical enrichment that underlies the increase of village original income and its practical contribution, this research can be one of reference for village apparatus, village counselor, and local government in making policy related to asset management or village property

This study aims to examine the influence of competence variables, coordination and task complexity on the performance of internal regulatory bodies as internal auditors at Lembaga Perkreditan Desa. Research respondents are managers who understand all the policies and governance of the organization that is the leader of the organization. The number of samples in this study was 63 using purposive sampling sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using statistical analysis of multiple regression or ordinary least square with the result of research is competence, coordination and task complexes have a significant positive effect on the performance of regulatory body as internal auditor of rural institution in Buleleng regency of Bali.

Mobile Banking, also known as M-Banking and SMS banking is a terminal used for checking balances, financial transactions, payments using mobile devices such as cell phones. Mobile Banking is currently mostly demonstrated via SMS or Mobile Internet but can also use mobile device download programs. This study aims to determine the effect of Ease of Use, Trust, and Benefits of Using Mobile Banking Services on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University. The research method uses a questionnaire while data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research sample was 50 mobile banking users. The results of this study indicate that ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the use of mobile banking services, trust has a positive and significant effect on the use of mobile banking services, and benefits have a positive and significant effect on usage. mobile banking services.

The paper assesses its relationship with firm innovation and Organizational performance in a single integrative model by using spss data set of 53 Pakistani SMEâ€™s firms. A questionnaire of self-administrative is developed to collect the data. Researcher personally visits of different SMEâ€™s firms and collect the data from manager of SMEâ€™s firms. The research use 275 questionnaire is distributed in different SMEâ€™s sector. In this study the statistical techniques of data analysis are used to investigate and find out the relationship among the Firm performance and the other factors. SPSS version16 is used for reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, regression analysis, correlation analysis, to check either modal is good fit or not. Our results supports a partial mediation effect of innovation performance on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and firm performance, meanwhile the effect of corporate social responsibility on firm performance shrinks upon the adding of innovation performance to the model. The findings may help to understand how corporate social responsibility is an important driver mechanism for companies to be more inventive, proficient and effective.

This study aims to conduct an analysis of the impact of regulations which are important tools that connect regulatory quality, good governance and economic development, namely the Bali-Indonesia Provincial Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Traditional Villages. The scope of this research is carried out at the Bali Provincial Government which allocates a budget for customary villages, and confirms this in the official village, community organizations, and society in general. The research was conducted qualitatively using the Regulatory Impact Assessment method with the Risk Assessment and Uncertainty Analysis methods. The results of all studies are that this Regional Regulation has a profit-loss assessment with a ratio of positive values ??and negative values ??of 7: 3.The overall positive value ratio is in the government, community organizations and indigenous peoples groups, while negative values ??are in groups outside the government. The results of this study recommend the continuing implementation of this regulation by always referring to the interests of the wider community. The enactment of this Regional Regulation provides evidence that it can be used as a fundamental tool in helping local governments to fill the gap between current and ideal conditions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh independensi, kompetensi, akuntabilitas dan due professional care auditor terhadap kualitas audit. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor yang masih aktif baik junior maupun senior. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode probability sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor di seluruh Kantor Akuntan Publik di Bali yang terdaftar di Direktori Kantor Akuntan Publik tahun 2018. Sedangkan untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan, akuntabilitas dan due professional care auditor berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit. Sedangkan independensi dan pengalaman tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit. Kata kunci: independensi, akuntabilitas, due professional care dan kualitas audit.

The government as the provider of public services often creates dissatisfaction for the community, this shows that there is still a lack of implementation of good governance, which can lead to maladministration and harm the community. The purpose of this study was to describe the conditions of the implementation of Good Governance on the process of public services and the quality of public services provided by the District government to the community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in order to explore the problems and modes of public service delivery in sub-district units. Based on the research findings, it shows that overall the implementation of public services observed from 9 aspects or elements in the four sub-districts in Pekalongan City can be said to be relatively good enough and even good in its implementation. In general, the problems that are obtained from the results of all observed aspects that occur in the four (4) districts are related to the 6th point of implementing competence, the 8th point of complaint handling, and the 9th point of infrastructure. The results of this study indicate that descriptively, the implementation of Good Governance which is observed from the aspects of transparency and accountability has generally been applied in the organization of the four sub-districts in Pekalongan City but has not been fully implemented properly. Meanwhile, inferentiallly the implementation of Good Governance has a positive and significant effect on public services in the four districts with different levels of influence in each District Office.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengangkat topik pengelolaan aset desa pada desa-desa di Provinsi Bali sebab kasus-kasus penyalahgunaan aset desa oleh aparat pemerintah desa telah menjadi problematika yang marak terjadi pada desa-desa di wilayah Provinsi Bali. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh optimalisasi pemanfaatan aset desa dan profesionalisme pengelolaan aset desa terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli desa. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 87 kepala desa dan sekretaris desa di wilayah Kabupaten Buleleng, kabupaten terbesar di Provinsi Bali. Data selanjutnya dianalisis secara kuantittatif menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya-upaya optimalisasi dan profesionalisme pengelolaan aset desa secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli desa. Kata kunci: optimalisasi pemanfaatan aset desa, profesionalisme pengelolaan aset desa, pendapatan asli desa, Kabupaten Buleleng Provinsi Bali ABSTRACT This study addresses the issue of village assets management in Bali Province of Indonesia since the cases of misuse and abuse of village assets by village apparatuses became a frequent problem in the Bali Province. The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of optimization of village assets utilization and professionalism of village assets management on the improvement of village original revenues. The data were collected through self-administered questionnaires distributed to 87 village heads and village secretaries in Buleleng Regency, the largest district of Bali Province. Data analysis was performed using multiple linier regression technique. This study found that the efforts of optimizing the utilization and professionalism of village assets management significantly have positive impact on the improvement of village original revenue.
