Abstract

Inventory control is a very important managerial function because physical inventory usually involves the largest capital investment in current assets for many companies. Therefore, inventory must be managed and recorded well so that the company can sell its products and generate revenue, thus achieving the company's goals. With inventory, companies are able to carry out the production process continuously and avoid shortages of goods and delays in meeting customer demand, which can be detrimental to the company. Not optimal control of spare parts inventory can result in inventory shortages (out of stock). This study aims to optimize inventory with the ABC method and the probabilistic model Q. The results show the classification of spare parts into categories A (41%, 81%), B (18%, 10%), and C (41%, 9%). The Model Q reduces inventory costs by IDR 295 million. This study provides practical recommendations for inventory management in the automotive industry.

Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat atau sering disebut dengan puskesmas merupakan suatu unit pelaksana teknis Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota yang bertanggung jawab lama menyelenggarakan pembangunan kesehatan di suatu wilayah kesehatan. Salah satu sumber daya yang dibutuhkan puskesmas adalah perawat, perawat merupakan tenaga kerja yang paling berinteraksi dengan pasien. Dengan mengetahui jumlahperawatyang optimal di ruang UGD Puskesmas Kota Selatan menggunakan metode Work Load Analysis (WLA). Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah perawat shif  pagi di Unit Gawat Darurat Puskesmas Kota Selatan saat ini adalah 7 orang Perawat, kemudian setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode Work Load Analysis menghasilkan jumlah perawat yang optimal sebanyak 3 orang.

Abstract

Sistem perawatan yang dilakukan selama ini adalah bersifat breakdown maintenance yaitu pemeliharaan yang dilakukan setelah mesin mengalami kerusakan. Sistem ini belum memberikan data akurat kapan suatu mesin atau komponen mengalami kerusakan, sehingga strategi yang tepat untuk menjaga mesin tetap beroperasi adalah menentukan interval waktu perawatan yang optimal.Hasil analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) maka didapat komponen kritis pada Mesin Screw Press yaitu Komponen Worm Screw, Besi Shaft dan Press Cage diperoleh waktu penggantian Komponen Worm Screw 32 hari, Besi Shaft 68 hari, Press Cage 48 hari pada Mesin Screw Press 1 ; untuk Mesin Screw Press 2 Komponen Worm Screw 52 hari, Besi Shaft 128 hari, Press Cage 52 hari ; untuk Mesin Screw Press 3 Komponen Worm Screw dilakukan penggantian selama 56 hari, Besi Shaft 104 hari, Press Cage 64 hari ; untuk Mesin Screw Press 4 pada Komponen Worm Screw dilakukan penggantian selama 56 hari, Besi Shaft 72 hari, Press Cage 74 hari. Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk membantu dalam proses menentukan prioritas pengembangan infrastruktur di desa. Penggunaan metode yang umumnya masih memiliki kekurangan. DSS didesain untuk mendukung semua langkah pengambilan keputusan dan membantu mengevaluasi setiap kriteria yang muncul dengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), menetapkan kriteria dan memberikan bobot nilai sehingga mempermudah dalam mengambil keputusan terkait prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyediaan air bersih menjadi prioritas utama dengan bobot sebesar 0.69, diikuti oleh pengelolaan sampah dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 0.15. Prioritas ketiga adalah sanitasi dengan bobot prioritas 0.11, dan prioritas terakhir adalah perumahan atau bantuan perbaikan rumah bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu dengan nilai bobot prioritas sebesar 0.06.This research is focused on assisting in the process of determining the priority of infrastructure development in the village. The use of commonly employed methods still has its limitations. The Decision Support System (DSS) is designed to support all steps of decision-making and aid in evaluating each criterion using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. It establishes criteria, assigns weight values, thus facilitating decision-making related to the priority of infrastructure development needed by the community. The results of this research indicate that the provision of clean water is the top priority with a weight of 0.69, followed by waste management with a priority weight of 0.15. The third priority is sanitation with a priority weight of 0.11, and the last priority is housing or home improvement assistance for the less privileged with a priority weight value of 0.06.

Abstract

Penentuan kualitas kopra merupakan proses penting dalam industri perkebunan kelapa yang bertujuan untuk menentukan kualitas kopra yang dihasilkan. Namun, proses ini seringkali sulit dilakukan secara manual karena dipengaruhi oleh subyektivitas dari petugas yang melakukan pengamatan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu metode yang objektif untuk membantu proses tersebut, salah satunya adalah logika fuzzy. Logika fuzzy dapat digunakan untuk mengelola informasi tidak jelas dengan menggunakan aturan-aturan matematis dimulai dengan definisi himpunan fuzzy, definisi aturan fuzzy, proses fuzzyfikasi dan terakhir defuzzyfikasi. Studi ini bertujuan guna membangun sistem yang bisa menolong dalam penentuan mutu kopra di PT Multi Nabati Sulawesi dengan memanfaatkan logika fuzzy. Hasil dari riset ini menampilkan kalau sistem yang dibentuk bisa menentukan kualitas kopra dengan akurasi sebesar 95% dan memberikan rekomendasi kualitas yang sesuai dengan kondisi sampel yang diuji.Determining the quality of copra is an important process in the coconut farming industry that aims to determine the quality of copra produced. However, this process is often difficult to perform manually due to the subjectivity of the officers performing the observation. Therefore, an objective method is required to assist in this process, one of which is fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic can be used to manage unclear information using mathematical rules, starting with the definition of fuzzy sets, definition of fuzzy rules, fuzzyfication process, and lastly defuzzification process. This research aims to develop a system that can assist in determining the quality of copra in PT Multi Nabati Sulawesi using fuzzy logic. The results of this research show that the system developed can determine the quality of copra with an accuracy of 95% and provide appropriate quality recommendations based on the conditions of the samples tested

Abstract

Quality measurement consists of three stages: data collection, data testing, and data processing. In general, each of these stages requires a significant amount of time. The process starts with the data collection stage, which may involve questionnaires. Distributing, completing, and collecting questionnaires will take a considerable amount of time. Similarly, the second stage, data testing, is carried out to validate whether the data obtained in the previous stage is accurate or not. The third stage will only take place once the data from the first two stages is deemed valid. Data processing itself also requires a significant amount of time because the data must be entered individually. Based on this issue, a system is needed that can integrate all three stages to expedite the overall process. The objective of this research is to design a web-based service quality measurement application that can integrate all three stages simultaneously. The data processing stage in this research uses the Service Quality method, also known as the SERVQUAL method. The application design is carried out using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method with the prototype model. Application testing is conducted using three stages: alpha testing, beta testing, and usability testing. Alpha testing refers to internal testing of the application. Beta testing, using the black-box method, resulted in a score of 83.33%. Usability testing, using the System Usability Scale (SUS), obtained a score of 81, which falls within the Acceptability Range. In the Adjective Range category, the application was rated as excellent, and on the grade scale, it was rated as B.Pengukuran kualitas memiliki 3 tahapan, yakni pengumpulan data, pengujian data, dan pengolahan data. Secara umum, setiap tahapan ini dilalui dengan durasi waktu yang lama. Berawal dari tahapan pengumpulan data misalnya dengan kuesioner. Penyebaran, pengisian maupun pengumpulan kuesioner akan memerlukan waktu yang tidak singkat. Demikian pula, menuju ke tapanan yang kedua yaitu pengujian data, dimana tahapan ini dilakukan untuk menguji apakah data yang diperoleh pada tahapan sebelumnya valid atau tidak.  Tahapan ketiga akan dilakukan jika data yang diperoleh pada dua tahapan sebelumnya sudah valid. Proses pengolahan data pun akan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama karena datanya akan dimasukan satu per satu. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengintegrasikan ketiga tahapan tersebut untuk mempercepat keseluruhan proses. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah aplikasi pengukuran kualitas layanan berbasis web yang dapat mengintegrasikan ketiga tahapan ini sekaligus. Tahapan pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality atau lebih dikenal dengan metode SERVQUAL. Perancangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode pengembangan Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model prototype. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan tiga tahapan, yaitu alpha testing, beta testing, dan tes usabilitas. Alpha testing yaitu pengujian aplikasi secara internal. Beta testing menggunakan metode blackbox mendapatkan hasil sebesar 83,33%. Pengujian tes usabilitas menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan mendapatkan skor 81, yang masuk pada tingkat Acceptability Range. Pada kategori Adjective Range, aplikasi dinilai berada pada tingkatan excellent, dan pada grade scale berada pada tingkatan B.

Abstract

This current research aimed to plan an optimal and scheduled production to minimize defects in production quantities, excess or shortage of production quantities with minimum costs. The method used was Dynamic Progamming to develop optimal scheduling, by forecasting average production using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model. The ARIMA was employed to forecast the average amount of production data of CV Shohat Gorontalo which were the data for the last 24 weeks or during 6 months. The result obtained was that the minimum cost was always obtained at the inventory figure I = 0, because having less inventory or even no inventory would reduce the total cost due to the small holding costs when compared to production costs. The cost incurred for the production schedule during the July- December of 2023 period was IDR 9,161,954,550. In addition, the data were the optimal result in minimizing production costs using the Dynamic Programming method. Abstract written in English. Abstract

Driver behavior is the most dominant factor in accidents. Almost all accidents are preceded by violations of traffic signs. Through previous accident data, important and useful information can be known. The study aims to analyze two-wheeled motorbike riding behavior using Naturalistic Driving Study (NDS) and determine the influence of age and behavior of 150cc motorbike riders. Data taken from recordings taken by respondents and questionnaires. The results of the regression test to determine differences in age on motorbike rider behavior with a constant value of a = 196.03 show that this figure is a constant number which means that, if it does not involve age (X), the value of riding behavior (Y) is -5, 3956x. The regression coefficient is -5.3945. This figure is minus (-), which means that age (X) has a negative effect on driving behavior (Y).

Abstract

Abstract: Measuring Workload of Workers at UD. Bintang Jaya Mandiri uses CVL and NASA-TLX The amount of physical and mental load depends on the level of difficulty of each activity, causing different workloads. The method for measuring physical workload uses the %CVL (Cardiovascular Load) method, while the method for measuring mental load uses the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) method. Calculation results from workers at UD. Bintang Kaya Mandiri used the %CVL method in shift I. The values ​​obtained were classified as "Medium" (30% to ≤ 60%) "Required improvement but not urgent" for 18 people and classified as "Low" (≤ 30%) "There is no fatigue in workers" as many as 2 people, while shift II scores obtained were classified as "Medium" (30% to ≤ 60%) "Required improvement but not urgent" as many as 16 people and classified as "Low" (≤ 30%) "There is no fatigue among workers ” as many as 4 people. Measuring mental load using the NASA-TLX method in shift I, the scores obtained were classified as "Quite High" (30-49) by 1 person and classified as "High" (50-79) by 19 people, while in shift II the scores obtained were classified as " Fairly High” (30-49) as many as 3 people and classified as “High” (50-79) as many as 17 people.

Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan sepeda motor, keinginan konsumen untuk merawat kendaraannya juga semakin tinggi. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor fisik dalam lingkungan kerja, seperti suhu ruangan dan intensitas pencahayaan, yang berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mekanik di dealer motor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh suhu ruangan dan intensitas pencahayaan terhadap performa kognitif mekanik motor Yamaha Telaga. Faktor lingkungan fisik berinteraksi terhadap kenyamanan kerja, namun penelitian ini hanya menguji dua faktor utama, yaitu suhu ruangan dan intensitas pencahayaan. Objek penelitian meliputi kecepatan respons, konsentrasi, dan tingkat stres mekanik di PT. Hasjrat Abadi, Yamaha 3S Telaga, Desa Mongolato, Kecamatan Telaga, Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa suhu ruangan masih berada di bawah standar SNI 03-6572-2001, yaitu antara 20,5°C – 27,1°C, yang berpengaruh terhadap konsentrasi dan kenyamanan mental mekanik. Intensitas pencahayaan juga berada di bawah Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB) 500-1000 lux, akibat minimnya sumber cahaya alami. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pencahayaan yang kurang memadai dan suhu ruangan yang tidak optimal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat konsentrasi, kelelahan, serta kecepatan respons pekerja.
