Abstract

SMK Pusat Keunggulan merupakan salah satu program prioritas dari Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi Kemendikbud pada tahun 2021. Program ini sebagai upaya pengembangan SMK dengan program keahlian tertentu agar mengalami peningkatan kualitas dan kinerja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Mengetahui penerapan program SMK pusat keunggulan di SMK cokroaminoto kotamobagu, (2) Mengetahui kompetensi siswa program keahlian teknik pemesinan di SMK cokroaminoto kotamobagu, (3) Mengetahui pengaruh penerapan program SMK pusat keunggulan terhadap kompetensi siswa keahlian teknik pemesinan di SMK cokroaminoto kotamobagu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan pada SMK cokroaminoto kotamobagu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 50 siswa, Jenis angket dalam penelitian ini adalah angket tertutup dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa: (1) Penerapan Program SMK Pusat Keunggalan Siswa di SMK Cokroaminoto Sebagian Besar Berada Pada Kategori Sangat Tinggi Sebanyak 23 Siswa atau sebesar 46%. (2) Kompetensi Siswa di SMK Cokroaminoto Sebagian Besar Berada Pada Kategori Sedang Sebanyak 19 Siswa atau sebesar 36%. (3) SMK Pusat Keunggulan berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kompetensi Siswa SMK Teknik Pemesinan di Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu Sebesar 58,5%

Abstract

This study analyzed the factors causing the decline in the quality of Pinogu coffee using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, involving seven respondents from farmers and MSMEs. The analysis identified six main criteria: color irregularity, musty odor, moisture, physical damage, mass/weight, and hollow beans. Based on the AHP calculation, bean color irregularity emerged as the most dominant factor (weighting 42%), followed by musty odor and mass/weight (each 19%). A Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.03 (<0.1) indicates a high level of assessment consistency. These findings reveal that the main quality problems originate from the harvesting and post-harvest handling stages. The study recommends that Wakapu MSMEs prioritize improvements in the ripe fruit selection process and moisture control as strategic steps to improve quality. The study results provide a practical contribution in the form of an effective intervention priority scale for local coffee entrepreneurs with limited resources.

Abstract

Sustainable coffee production has become increasingly crucial amid the challenges of climate change and growing consumer demand for eco-friendly products. This study explores the integration of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) methodology to enhance sustainability practices at a Pinogu coffee producer. By combining risk identification with data-driven quality improvement, the research provides a comprehensive framework for addressing production inefficiencies and quality issues. The implementation of FMEA-FMECA effectively identified critical failure modes impacting product quality and operational performance, while DMAIC supported continuous improvement through waste reduction and process optimization. The findings demonstrate that aligning risk management tools with quality enhancement strategies offers a viable model for sustainable agricultural practices. This study not only delivers practical guidance for the coffee industry but also contributes valuable insights to the broader discourse on sustainable supply chain management in agribusiness.

Abstract

This current research aimed to plan an optimal and scheduled production to minimize defects in production quantities, excess or shortage of production quantities with minimum costs. The method used was Dynamic Progamming to develop optimal scheduling, by forecasting average production using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model. The ARIMA was employed to forecast the average amount of production data of CV Shohat Gorontalo which were the data for the last 24 weeks or during 6 months. The result obtained was that the minimum cost was always obtained at the inventory figure I = 0, because having less inventory or even no inventory would reduce the total cost due to the small holding costs when compared to production costs. The cost incurred for the production schedule during the July- December of 2023 period was IDR 9,161,954,550. In addition, the data were the optimal result in minimizing production costs using the Dynamic Programming method. Abstract written in English. Abstract

Driver behavior is the most dominant factor in accidents. Almost all accidents are preceded by violations of traffic signs. Through previous accident data, important and useful information can be known. The study aims to analyze two-wheeled motorbike riding behavior using Naturalistic Driving Study (NDS) and determine the influence of age and behavior of 150cc motorbike riders. Data taken from recordings taken by respondents and questionnaires. The results of the regression test to determine differences in age on motorbike rider behavior with a constant value of a = 196.03 show that this figure is a constant number which means that, if it does not involve age (X), the value of riding behavior (Y) is -5, 3956x. The regression coefficient is -5.3945. This figure is minus (-), which means that age (X) has a negative effect on driving behavior (Y).

Abstract

Abstract: Measuring Workload of Workers at UD. Bintang Jaya Mandiri uses CVL and NASA-TLX The amount of physical and mental load depends on the level of difficulty of each activity, causing different workloads. The method for measuring physical workload uses the %CVL (Cardiovascular Load) method, while the method for measuring mental load uses the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) method. Calculation results from workers at UD. Bintang Kaya Mandiri used the %CVL method in shift I. The values ​​obtained were classified as "Medium" (30% to ≤ 60%) "Required improvement but not urgent" for 18 people and classified as "Low" (≤ 30%) "There is no fatigue in workers" as many as 2 people, while shift II scores obtained were classified as "Medium" (30% to ≤ 60%) "Required improvement but not urgent" as many as 16 people and classified as "Low" (≤ 30%) "There is no fatigue among workers ” as many as 4 people. Measuring mental load using the NASA-TLX method in shift I, the scores obtained were classified as "Quite High" (30-49) by 1 person and classified as "High" (50-79) by 19 people, while in shift II the scores obtained were classified as " Fairly High” (30-49) as many as 3 people and classified as “High” (50-79) as many as 17 people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution route determination of PT. Cipta Langgeng Mitra Sukses's food products using the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) method. This study uses a quantitative approach to design the optimal distribution route at PT. Cipta Langgeng Mitra Sukses in Gorontalo Regency. Through Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm simulation, this study analyzes the variables of distance, time, and cost with data obtained from literature studies, interviews, and field observations. The results of this study indicate that the optimal route formed is able to minimize travel distance, time, and operational costs. Fleet 1 traveled a distance of 38.7 km in 79 minutes and costs Rp26,316, while Fleet 2 traveled 37.2 km in 99 minutes and costs Rp25,296. The evaporation mechanism and pheromone intensity influence the route selection, where the 5th route for Fleet 1 and the 1321st route for Fleet 2 are the fastest and most efficient routes. These findings prove that Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is effective in determining the optimal distribution route for the company.

Abstract

At PT Putra Argam Mandiri there are still product defects in every distribution process. Product defects that are often found at PT Argam are hang guards and foot rings that are peyot due to being crushed with other products during transportation and leaking bodies. The number of defective products produced on average for the last 6 months period reached 487 units. So that the Overall Equipment. Effectiveness method is needed in order to streamline the performance of the tool and be able to function as it should. That way the tool will work properly and will produce quality productsBased on the research conducted, the conclusions obtained from the results of the OEE calculation on the Filling machine PT. Putra Argam Mandiri during the period October 2024 to March 2025 resulted in an average OEE of around 86.55%.

Abstract

Inventory control is a very important managerial function because physical inventory usually involves the largest capital investment in current assets for many companies. Therefore, inventory must be managed and recorded well so that the company can sell its products and generate revenue, thus achieving the company's goals. With inventory, companies are able to carry out the production process continuously and avoid shortages of goods and delays in meeting customer demand, which can be detrimental to the company. Not optimal control of spare parts inventory can result in inventory shortages (out of stock). This study aims to optimize inventory with the ABC method and the probabilistic model Q. The results show the classification of spare parts into categories A (41%, 81%), B (18%, 10%), and C (41%, 9%). The Model Q reduces inventory costs by IDR 295 million. This study provides practical recommendations for inventory management in the automotive industry.
