This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and perceived quality on purchasing decisions of Acer Laptops at Sinar Karya Computer Manna. The samples used in the study were consumers of acer laptops in Sinar Karya computers as many as 50 customers who came to the store. Data collection is done by using quantitative. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0 and hypothesis testing in these observations using t test and F test. Multiple Linear Regression Equation produces equation Y = 43.778+ 0.122 X1 +(-0.154 ) X2 . From these observations, Brand Image and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.36 which indicates that the variable Brand Image and perceived quality is able to contribute 36% of which 64% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The partial gain explains that the two independent variables are brand image and perceived quality with a value of t count < t table, namely 0.915 and 1.095 < t table 2.010. The two X variables have the greatest influence on the Y variable in Sinar Karya Computer Manna Kab. South Bengkulu.

The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Supervision (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at BPKD Office Seluma Distric because the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05. Work discipline (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at BPKD Office Seluma Distric because the significant value is 0.025 < 0.05. Career development (X3) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the BPKD Office Seluma Distric because the significant value is 0.002 < 0.05. Supervision variables (X1), work discipline (X2) and career development (X3) simultaneously or together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at BPKD Office Seluma Distric because the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Method of analysis used in this study is a comparative method. Comparative Research is a study that compares the existence of one or more variables in two different samples. Where in this study the researchers compared one variable with two different objects. The results showed that the accounting information system for the inventory of raw materials at Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City, includes transactions for business use, system classification, production cycles. For transaction processes in Perumda Tirta Hidavah, Bengkulu City, such as the purchase process. the process of changing, the process of providing goods. For the use of SIA for businesses related to Perumda Tirta Hidayah are able to improve products or services, can cope with running out of raw materials, can provide the right information While the classification of related systems at Perumda Tirta Hidayah is about open and closed systems, man-made or artificial systems God, and a system whose performance can be ensured, And there is also a production cycle involved in Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City in the production orders for the raw materials needed, payment of salaries, the product process is complete. This production cycle has a match and a discrepancy as the salaries of permanent employees are not paid based on the same absences that exist in the production cycle in the TMBooks book.

Sejak Pendemi covid-19 tren tanaman hias masih terus melambung tinggi, sejumlah tanaman hias harganya bahkan sangat gila-gilaan. Tahun berganti tetapi wabah Corona belum juga berakhir, harus ada langkah jitu agar masyarakat tidak menjadi kaum rebahan yang berkepanjangan. Mencari kegiatan yang sifatnya menyenangkan, menyalurkan hoby, bisa mempercantik lingkungan, sekaligus mendatangkan uang. Ya itu tadi bertanam tanaman hias dan menjualnya secara online. Masyarakat warga RT 34 Kelurahan Sidomulyo, Kota Bengkulu terdiri dari 35 KK, dimana setiap rumah memiliki lahan pekarangan yang cukup untuk diolah dan dimanfaatkan bertanam tanaman hias. Terlihat banyak warga yang menghiasi pekarangannya dengan bunga yang beraneka ragam. Tetapi warga belum berpikir untuk dibisniskan. Mayoritas warga di RT 34 masih memanfaatkan pekarangan dengan bertanam bunga hanya sekedar menyalurkan hoby dan mengikuti tren saja. Padahal jika dioptimalkan dapat menghasilkan uang yang nilainya tidak sedikit. karena itu diperlukan penyuluhan dan pendampingan dengan metode pembelajaran langsung tepat menuju sasaran dan tujuan. Adapun manfaat pembelajaran langsung agar warga RT.34 dapat memanfaatkan segala fasilitas yang ada termasuk handphone untuk memulai berbisnis tanaman hias secara online.

Pandemi yang melanda dunia memberikan dampak yang besar kepada dunia pendidikan yang mengharuskan siswa untuk belajar daring dari rumah, termasuk untuk belajar Bahasa Inggris, pembelajaran yang biasanya langsung dengan guru secara tatap muka seketika berubah. Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris sering dianggap sulit oleh siswa karena itu kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan agar belajar Bahasa Inggris tetap menyenangkan dimasa pandemi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Guyub Rukun Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah belajar dengan gambar dan lagu. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between consumer behavior and the decision to purchase LPG gas at PT. MANDIRI Tebat Kubu Village, Manna City Sub- District, South Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study was 80 people from Tebat Kubu Village, South Bengkulu Regency. Because all the populations in this study were sampled, the sampling method used was the slovin method. The informasi collection method used was observation and questionnaires and analyzed through validity testing, reliability testing, spearman rank correlation, and hypothesis testing. Consumer behavior with purchasing decisions has a moderate correlation because the number 0. 58 is in the interval 0. 40- 0. 588. This shows that there is a moderate correlation between consumer behavior and purchasing decisions at PT. MANDIRI Tebat Kubu Village, Manna City Sub- District, South Bengkulu Regency. The result of the hypothesis of the relationship between consumer behavior and purchasing decisions is that the t_count value is much greater than the t_table value( 6. 35>1. 66), meaning that there is a significant relationship between the purchasing decision variables and the consumer behavior variables at PT. MANDIRI in South Bengkulu.

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of work motivation, compensation and participatory leadership style on employee performance at PT Kusuma Raya Utama of Central Bengkulu. The sampling method using saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and its components are processed by the SPSS program.The results showed that motivation, compensation and participatory leadership style had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Kusuma Raya Utama of Central Bengkulu which indicated the coefficient value of the three independent variables (X) was positive and the value of sig. 0.000 is below 0.05 (0.000<0.05), so the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable (1257.621>2.71). Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance which is indicated by the positive motivation coefficient and the sig value. 0.000 is below 0.05 (0.000<0.05), so the value of t countis greater than t table (2.678>1.66277). Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance which is indicated by a positive compensation coefficient and a sig value. 0.009 is below 0.05 (0.009<0.05), so the value of tcount is greater than t table (9.143>1.66277). Participatory leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance which is indicated by the coefficient value of the positive participatory leadership style and the sig value. 0.000 is below 0.005 (0.000 <0.005), so the value of t count is greater than t table (2.678>1.66277)..

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and work environment with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma. The analytical method used to assess leadership and work environment with job honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma uses Spearman Rank correlation analysis and t-test and the number of samples in this study were 42 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that the calculation of Spearman rank correlation between leadership and job satisfaction of honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma obtained a value of 0.719 located between the intervals of 0.600 - 0.799, meaning that leadership has a strong relationship with job satisfaction and obtained values tcount 6,543, where tcount > ttable (6,543 > 2,021), which shows that leadership has a significant relationship with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma. While the results of calculations between the work environment with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma obtained a value of 0.930 located between intervals of 0.800 - 0.1000, meaning that the work environment has a very strong relationship with job satisfaction and obtained a tcount of 16.008, where tcount > t table (16.008> 2,021), so it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant relationship with honorary employee satisfaction in the watcher office water irrigation area of seluma.

: The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of income accounting information system at PT. Hanan Properti Bengkulu. Data collection methods used were documentation and interviews. Documentation was done by collecting the data from sources of existing documents by making copies or relying on existing company records and records regarding the income accounting information system. The interview was done directly to the leadership or employees directly related to the activities of the income accounting information system. The analytical method used was a comparative method of comparing data obtained by the company with the theory presented by Mulyadi. General accounting information system that applies in general, according to Mulyadi, consists of revenue cycles (sales, delivery, billing and cash receipts), related functions (sales function, credit function, recapitulation function, submission function, billing function, accounting function), accounting records used (sales journal, accounts receivable cards, additional cards for receipt of advances, recapitulation and general journals) and document flowcharts (sales section, credit section, recapitulation section, submission section, billing section, accounts receivable section, additional cash receipt card section advance, and journal section). The results of this study indicate that in the comparison of income accounting information system at PT. Hanan Properti Bengkulu, including: income cycle (sales and credit), related functions (internal parties, namely sales and accounting functions, external parties, ie credit functions), records used (realization report, sales recapitulation, sales journal, receipt of money payments advance, additional books for advance payments) and document flow charts (sales department and credit department). So, the comparison of existing accounting information system at PT. Hanan Properti Bengkulu, there is a conformity in the income cycle with the theory, while the accounting records used and the related functions and document flow chart do not correspond to the theory.
