Abstract

Mercury (Hg) is a pollutant that is dangerous because it is toxic when it accumulates in living tissue and is difficult to decompose in the environment, if it is polluted it will be very dangerous for the environment and living things around it. In this study the aim was to determine the mercury content of the morphometrics of fish in the Selikat River, Tambang Saweak Village. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 2 species of fish were exposed to mercury and not exposed, namely Cere fish (Gambusia affinis) exposed to mercury of 0.47 mg/Kg and Putian fish (Rasbora argyrotaenia) exposed to mercury of 0.43 mg/Kg. Where in the two fish there are morphometric differences, namely differences in body height (TB), tail stem height (TBE), dorsal fin length (PDO) and anal fin length (PA). This happens because fish that are exposed to toxic compounds or heavy metals such as mercury (Hg) can experience tissue damage and affect the body size and body shape of the fish. If fish exposed to mercury are eaten by humans, it will have consequences for human health such as poisoning and can cause ataxia, decreased speech and hearing ability, tremors, dysarthria and ultimately death.

Abstract

All schools, both middle and high school levels, are preparing to implement the Merdeka Curriculum in the following year. Learning innovations in the Merdeka Curriculum must be accompanied by the ability to assess learning outcomes and processes appropriately. Assessments are no longer based on paper and pencil tests but must authentically assess student skills. Through authentic assessment as an alternative assessment, students are accustomed to carrying out work according to job demands, where tasks are designed to follow real-world replication. Authentic assessment has the potential to improve learning for students ready to work in the real world. The ability to design authentic assessments is provided in this activity through the I-CARE design at SMPN 03 Lebong and MAN Rejang Lebong. This activity was attended by 30 teachers from both schools. The results show that the majority of teachers can distinguish between diagnostic, formative, and summative assessment functions, besides being able to understand the types of authentic assessment and being able to design authentic assessments to support student-centered learning by the character of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Learning Outcome (LO) is a formulation of learning outcomes expected to be met by students. LO is structured to equip the competencies that graduates want to achieve. Each course in a program carries LO content that students must achieve. Through the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) prepared by expert lecturers, it will be seen how the LO is provided through the learning process and how to measure it. This study aims to analyze the achievement of LO in 8 (eight) Study Programs at the University of Bengkulu's FKIP which are being proposed for international accreditation. This LO achievement analysis is also linked to the competence of lecturers. The LO used by the 8 Study Programs to meet the requirements of the IQF is in line with international frameworks, one of which is the Europian Qualification Framework (EQF). Therefore, the results of this study support the quality assurance of a program or institution in achieving one of the components of international accreditation. The results of this study found that the scientific fields of the lecturers in each study program were in accordance with the qualifications (qualified) and could be accounted for which was strengthened by the fact that almost all lecturers had the status of certified lecturers. This is supported by the number of reputable national and international publications, scientific works that are registered with copyrights, works in the form of books or book chapters that are registered with ISBNs and others. In addition, learning outcomes have been measured in each program and show readiness towards international accreditation.
