This study aims to determine the allocation of credit funds in the Partnership Program byÂ culinary business partners of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Manado Region (Program KemitraanÂ oleh pelaku usaha kuliner Mitra Binaan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Wilayah Manado).Â Respondents were selected on all Culinary Business Partners. The data used in this study are primaryÂ data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 14 Foster PartnersÂ (respondent) using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the office of PT TelekomunikasiÂ Indonesia Tbk in the Manado Region, the internet through the google scholar to get electronic books,Â journal articles and thesis related to the research topic about the allocation of the Partnership ProgramÂ Credit. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive statistical method. The results showed thatthe Partnership Credit Program was not used for productive purpose or sector, namely the consumptiveÂ sector but was used for household consumption, the cost of children's education, home renovation, buyingtelevision and saving. The percentage of the Partnership Program Credit used for the productive sectorÂ was 42.18%, the consumptive sector amounted to 27.75% and savings amounted to 30.07% from the totalamount of loans disbursed to the amount of Rp. 369,000,000, - for a total of 14 culinary businessÂ partners.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the benefits of tofu industry. This research was conducted at the tofu factory UD Makmur Sentosa in Kleak Urban Village, Hamlet V, Malalayang Sub-district, Manado City. The data collection method in this study used primary data collected through direct interviews with 2 business owners (husband and wife) and the entire workforce of 5 workers based on a list of questions prepared previously. Total respondents were 7 people. Secondary data obtained from the internet through Google Scholar to get articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to research topics on the Profit of the business of Tofu Factory. Data collected in the form of data characteristics of business actors, raw materials, production, capital, and production costs. Tofu business UD. Makmur Sentosa is a small business that began operating in 2000 using its own capital. The amount of soybean raw material used in one month is 7,910 kg and produces 1,582 buckets of tofu, and produces a profit of Rp.41,811,780. So getting an R / C ratio> 1 is 1.49, it means that in March 2019 the UD tofu business. Makmur Sentosa experienced profits so this business was worth the effort.*eprm*

The purpose of this research is to analyze the value added of raw peanuts to roasted peanuts. This research was conducted at UD. â€œMerpatiâ€ at Tombasian Atas Village, West Kawangkoan Sub-district. Primary data collection is done through direct interviews, with the help of a list of questions, to the owner who is a entrepreneur and manager of the roasted peanuts processing industry and to employees. Added value is the difference in the value of output with the value of the main raw materials and the contribution of other inputs (IDR/ kg). The results showed that the added value obtained of 1 kg of raw peanuts at a price of IDR 4,000 processed into roasted peanuts at a price of IDR. 22,000, - Add value for 1 kg of roasted peanuts that have been packaged, that is IDR. 45,000,-.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the contribution of the agricultural sector to the economy in Minahasa Regency for the 2014-2018 period. This research was conducted from March to May 2020. The data collection method used secondary data, which was sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Minahasa Regency, and other sources such as mass media, journals, and other literature that related to this research topic. The variable measured in this study is the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Minahasa Regency at Constant Prices (ADHK) in 2014-2018. Data analysis used descriptive analysis method by making tables and percentages to explain the contribution of the agricultural sector to the economy in Minahasa Regency for the 2014-2018 period. The results showed that the contribution of the agricultural sector to the economy of Minahasa Regency from 2014 to 2018 continued to decline, with an average decline of 0.60% per year. However, the agricultural sector is still the largest contributor to the economy of Minahasa District.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the consumer assessment of the 7P component of the Chatime Manado Town Square product. This research was conducted from January to March 2020. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from books and journals related to this research topic. The results showed that the 7P component elements of the consumer products assessed, it's just that the products were always available, consumers considered disagreeing because according to consumers, Chatime Manado Town Square still often ran out of stock of certain drinks. At price and place, consumers agree. Promotion and consumer people judge neutral. In the process section, consumers agree that they agree, it's just that in the process section to get a fast product, consumers think they don't agree because according to consumers, the process to get the product has to wait in a queue and still takes quite a long time to get the product. Then on physical evidence, consumers assess agree, but in the complete room facilities section, consumers consider that they strongly disagree because according to consumers there is no wifi and consumers feel that tables and seats are still lacking.

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the complete systematic land registration program (PTSL) in Tumpaan District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from February to June 2020. The data sources in this study used primary and secondary data. Primary data is through direct interviews with implementers and participants. The number of respondents was 4 authorized officers and 21 participants in complete systematic land registration in 2017. Secondary data is data obtained through related agencies in this study. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the Complete Systematic Land Registration Activity in Tumpaan District, South Minahasa Regency has been running according to the activity stages. There were 18 or 85.71% of respondents who considered the implementation of PTSL activities in the good category, while 3 people or 14.28% considered it very good. The response to the counseling carried out by the National Land Agency Office of South Minahasa Regency, there were 2 people or 9.52% of respondents who said they did not understand the counseling delivered, while 19 respondents or as much as 90.47% said they understood the counseling about PTSL that was delivered. There were 7 people or 33.33% of the total respondents who felt very profitable about the existence of this PTSL program while 14 people or 66.66% of respondents felt the PTSL program was for them. 10 respondents or 47.61% of the total respondents did not experience difficulties in the process of managing PTSL, while 11 respondents or 52.38% had difficulties where the completeness of the files and data they had did not meet the requirements.*eprm*

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity of the chrysanthemum seeding business using shoot cutting techniques if there is a change in seed production, selling price of seeds and cost of seedling production. The research was conducted using a case study method on chrysanthemum breeders with shoot cutting techniques in Kakaskasen Dua from August to October 2020. Data were collected through interviews and field observations. The data analysis usedin this research are financial feasibility analysis with investment criteria of NPV value, Net B/C, IRR, PP and sensitivity analysis. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the chrysanthemum seeding business using shoot cuttings in Kakaskasen Dua is considered profitable, so it is feasible to continue as a solution to meet the demand for chrysanthemum seedlings. The limit for reducing the production of chrysanthemum cuttings that are still tolerable so that businesses do not lose money is 11.77%, the limit for decreasing the selling price of seeds is up to 11.77% and the limit for increasing the cost of producing seeds is up to 19.08%.

This research aims to describe land use changes and land value zone changes, analyze land use changes to land value zone changes from 2014 to 2019, and predict land use changes for 5 (five) years from 2020 to 2025 in Mapanget District. The analytical methods used in this research are spatial analysis and trend analysis. The results showed that changes in land use increased and decreased, while changes in land The results showed that there was an increase and decrease in land use change, while changes in land value increased every year, land use changes did not directly affect land values because they were influenced by internal and external factors, and the results of land use predictions increased for land use changes. settlements and offices & trade as well as decreased land use for changes in agricultural land use in Mapanget District.

This research aims to analyze the level ofÂ income disparity of oil palm farmers in Sei Jawi-Jawi Village, Panai Hulu District, Labuhan Batu Regency. This research was conducted from April to May 2021. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by direct interview to 38 respondents usingÂ questionnaires. secondary data obtained from government agencies, or institutions related to this research. The research is carried out by using surveys method and data analysis used to calculate the level ofÂ income disparity of farmers was the Gini Ratio and World Bank. The research result showedÂ that the level of income disparity of oil palm farmers, based on Gini Ratio, was 0.32 and 0,28, which was in low category.

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of local fruit consumers with products, prices, locations, and promotions at Freshmart Tikala, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from April to June 2021. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken from filling out a questionnaire with 35 respondents and secondary data was taken from Freshmart Tikala with Likert scale measurements and secondary data from the literature that supports and has a relationship with this research. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis. The sampling method was carried out using a non-probability technique with an accidential sampling design. The results of this study are the level of consumer satisfaction from the product, price, place, and promotion variables gets very satisfied criteria because the percentage results are between 80% - 100% while the promotion and location variables get satisfied criteria because the percentage results are between 60%-80%.
