Abstract

ABSTRACTChristy O. Pua.The Perception of Vegetable’s Consumers in Manado City about Free Pesticide Vegetables Product. Under guidance of Jen Tatuh as chairman, and Vicky R. B. Moniaga and Leonardus R. Rengkung as members.The objective of this research is to measure the consumer’sperception in Manado City to some aspects about free pesticide vegetables product, especially about secure aspect for consumer’s health. The method used in this research is survey method. This research uses primary data. Sampling method used in this research is accidental sampling. The primary data are obtained from respondents, who buy vegetable in Pinasungkulan Traditional Market and Hypermart Supermarket, total respondents are 40. Data is analysed by descriptive used Likert Scale.The result shows that perception of vegetable consumer about free pesticide vegetable product classified as strong. It means that they have high awareness about the those products. The highest of indicator perception index is the consumer persception about savibility product for healthness, it means people have already know that free pesticide vegetable is healthy. The indicator lowest perception index is the consumen persception that the habit of consumption the free pesticide vegetable is as a tradition in the family, it means that consumer is used to consumed free pesticide vegetable. The reasons for consumer buying free pesticide vegetable product are the prices relatively expensive compared with non free pesticide vegetable product, and it is hard to find that product’s in market, which makes the consumers, still doubt to consume of free pesticide vegetable products as a lifestyle or a tradition in the family, especially consumer who buy vegetables in traditional market.

Rengkung as members.The objective of this research is to know the mix of crop farming anddetermine farm in come mix plant the manumpitaeng village, manganitu subdistrict, Sangihe Island Regency.Data connected in this study is primary data and secondary data.Determining the sample of the research is conducted by purposive randomsampling which is based on a mixed crop farming that are already production.Sample used in this research is 9 people. Data in the study were analyzeddescriptively where the data collected is presented in tabular from and todetermine whether a mix crop farming is profitable or not by using R/C ratio farmin come mix plant, in village Manumpitaeng. Manganitu District, Sangihearchipelago district of the analysis return cost ratio (R/C) as a whole is greaterthan one that was 1,83 it means that the income earned in a single productionprocess is beneficial.

Abstract

ABSTRACTRuth Trifosa Mantiri. Dynamic Capabilities of Farmers Group Barameji In Kakaskasen 2 Village, North Tomohon sub District. Under guidance of Grace A. J. Rumagit a chairman, Leonardus R. Rengkung and Yolanda P. I. Rori as members.The objective of research is to analyze the dynamic capabilities based on the elements of adaptive, absorptive, innovative, and networking as forming factors of Barameji Farmer’s Group, and to know the efforts made in using and increasing those four elements to build a group to be able to conduct a sustainable development and can win the market competition.This research was conducted from February until May 2014, started from preparation until report compilation. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. This research was carried out with saturation sampling technique, in which include all members of a population of 14 people. Data analysis was done descriptively using a Likert scale and followed by t-test.The results showed that those element of adaptive, absorptive, innovative, and networking are strong elements as a forming factor in the dynamic capabilities of Barameji Farmer’s Group. Adaptive capability was used to identify natural phenomena and build green house, and the use of dolomite. As the effort in increasing adaptive capability, the approach and deepening characteristics of partner and competitors, as well as green house renovation could be conducted. Absorptive capability be used in the evaluation of implemented activities and strategies of other farmers. Increasing of absorptive capability was conducted by expanding the network and more intense of searching information.The use of innovative capability was conducted through the discovery of some innovation process, whereas its increase sought by strengthening absorptive continuous. The networking capability used in cooperation, then improved by expanding the partnership and develop a seed distribution system.

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this research is to find out the feasibility of CV Rajawali Tunggal Perkasa wooden house business in North Woloan 1 village, West Tomohon sub District. The research was done for nine months, from February, 2014 to October, 2014. Source of data used were primary data and secondary data related to this research. Data was analyzed by using financial analysis methods, comprising of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return, Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Payback Period (PBP), and Sensitivity Analysis.CV Rajawali Tunggal Perkasa wooden house business has an NPV of (Rp 17.908.125.332), B/C Ratio of 1,9 and a Payback Period of 0,283 years which mean that the company has redeemed its investment before the project ends. Results of the financial analysis showed that CV Rajawali Tunggal Perkasa wooden house business was feasible to develop and it’s business is sensitive to price of raw materials increase over 307,8812612145 percent and the selling price of wooden houses decrease by 62,43396290039 percent.Keywords : financial analysis, industry, wooden house

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Yunetris Sarendaren. Analysis of Consumer Satisfaction Of Bulk Cooking Oil Consumption In Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado (under the guidance of Dr. Ir. Leonardus R. Rengkung, ME as a Chairman, Ir. Joachim Dumais, ME as a Member, Ir. Vicky R.B Moniaga, MSi as Members).  The objective of this research is to determine the level of customer satisfaction of the cooking oil products in the city of Manado in terms of price, product, location and service in Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado. Data collection was conducted for 3 months from January to March 2015. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by using questionnaire to respondent. Secondary data was collected from all business owners/store cooking oil involved in this study that were the traders in the Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado.  The research result showed that the price and products offered by 13 stores around the Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado is affordable therefore the public or consumers are satisfied with the price of cooking oil and product sold in the market. On the other side the place and service of Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado were still needed to improved.  Keyword : Cooking Oil Consumption, and level of satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Rice Inventory Management at PT. Semarak in Bitung and Analysis of Rice Inventory at PT. Semarak in Bitung. This research was conducted during the month of March 2015 in Bitung. In this study, the data used is  primary data from interviews with head Of Warehouse and secondary data from PT. Semarak Company in Manado.  Data is processed using by Economic Order Quantity method. The survey results revealed that Inventory Management at PT. Semarak Warehouse in bitung still not yet efficient, as well as the ordering cost is not yet economical, this is shown by the inventory cost the company more than the results of the analysis using by Economic Order Quantity method with ordering optimal rice every time a order by Economic Order Quantity method is 4.700 sack with total inventory cost economical is Rp. 54.411.370,-. Abstract

ABSTRAK The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumption patterns of poor people in the village of Tiwoho.The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by directly asking to the respondents based on a list of questionnaire in the village of Tiwoho, whereas secondary data is taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The determination of the location is done by using purposive sampling in the village of Tiwoho consits of  301 poor households as population taken 27 households as the reperesentative sample.The results showed that the higher the number of dependents, the expenditure on consumption will also increase, and the higher the level of education, the patterns of consumption will be higher as well. The consumption patterns of poor people who live in the village Tiwoho Wori District of North Minahasa Regency is divided into two categories, namely food and non-food consumption. The largest consumption patterns is on food consumption because of the influence of population income.  Keywords: Consumption pattern, Poor People
