Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics and preferences of Fellow Coffee Manado and Fellow Coffee Bitung consumers with 4 attributes, namely price, variants, facilities and service. The research was carried out from June to August 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 84 samples taken totaling 42 respondents for each location. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data measured using a Likert scale were analyzed using conjoint analysis. In the data processing process, using the SPSS version 27 program as a tool, the data is presented in table format and explained descriptively. The research results show that the order of attributes that have the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Manado is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. Attributes of fellow iced milk coffee variants and the second utility of Cafe Latte. The facility attributes free wifi and utility of both table and chair layouts. The service attributes are fast and the second utility is friendly. Meanwhile, the attribute that has the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Bitung is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. Attributes of the fellow's iced coffee milk variant and the second utility of salted caramel macchiatto. The facility attribute is the availability of electrical plugs and utilities, both the layout of tables and chairs. Friendly service attributes and fast second utility.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate and analyze the income of paddy rice farming in Mongkoinit Village, Lolak District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months, from May 2023 to July 2023 starting from preparation to preparation of a research report The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained in the research field, namely from interviews with paddy rice farmers, while secondary data were obtained from agencies related to the research.The sample used is purposive sampling (intentionally). Farmers who were sampled were 10 respondents Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the average income of paddy rice farming obtained by farmers in Mongkoinit Village was Rp. 207,500,000 with an average income per hectare of Rp. 20,750,000 The average cost of paddy rice farming costs IDR 115,111,750. With an average cost per farmer of Rp. 11,511,750. Thus, the average rice farming income earned by farmers in 1 planting season in Mongkoinit Village is Rp. 92,388,250 with an average farmer income of Rp. 9,238,825 R/C Ratio, which is 1.80 which is greaterthan 1, indicating that this lowland rice farming is profitable and feasible to cultivate.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the income of farmers who cultivate land under coconut trees with intercropping. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data is a source of data obtained directly from original sources or not through intermediaries. Meanwhile, secondary data is data sourced from the Tontalete Village office, Kema District, North Minahasa Regency and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Sampling was carried out randomly (Simple Random Sampling). The total research sample was 13 corn farmers and 2 chili farmers. The research results were analyzed using farming income analysis. The results of this study show that farmers utilizing coconut plantation land with intercropping in Tontalete Village, Kema District, North Minahasa Regency, obtained an average production cost of corn intercropping respondents amounting to IDR8.445.822,00 per hectare, with revenue of IDR21.868.750,00 per hectare, resulting in an income of IDR13.422.929,00 per hectare. Meanwhile, respondents growing intercropped chili had an average production cost of IDR10.865.342,00 per hectare, with revenue of IDR69.307.857,00 per hectare, and income of IDR58.442.515,00 per hectare over 8 harvesting periods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost structure and income of shallot farming. This research was conducted for two months in the Greater Sinsingon Region, East Passi District. Sources of data used primary data taken through direct interviews with farmers and secondary data obtained from each village secretary. The sampling method used is the Simple Random Sampling Method, which is taken at simple random with a lottery population of 65 farmers obtained a sample of 15 farmers. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and then presented in tabular form. The results of the study show that the income received by farmers who cultivate shallots in the Greater Sinsingon Region is Rp 76,410,670. The largest cost incurred for farming shallots is the labor cost, which is 63.38%. The average cost incurred is Rp 1.305.955 and an average of Rp 6,400,000 thus the average income obtained by farmers is Rp 5,094,044,-.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the profit of goroho banana chips business “Marindi” in Karombasan Utara Village, Wanea District, Manado City. The research was conducted from February to March 2023. This research was conducted at the “Marindi” goroho banana chips business located in North Karombasan Village, Wanea District, Manado City. The data taken is primary data using direct interview techniques with business owners, based on questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. The sampling method used in this research is a case study by determining the Goroho Banana Chips business in North Karombasan Village, Wanea District, Manado City. Data analysis carried out in this research is descriptive analysis method and presented in tabular form. Then measured using revenue analysis, profit, total costs incurred, and revenue cost (R/C). The results showed that the total revenue of the “Marindi” goroho banana chips business during January 2023 amounted to Rp13,140,000 / month with production costs / month of Rp6,062,765 overall the total profit earned by the “Marindi” business amounted to Rp7,077,235. The feasibility of the “Marindi” goroho banana chips business shows an R / C Ratio of 2.16 with an R / C value> 1, so the business profit is feasible to run.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Coffee Kangen in Bitung City, both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted from August to October 2023. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, specifically targeting individuals who had visited Coffee Kangen in Bitung City. The data utilized included both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors, employing the slovin method, resulting in a total of 35 respondents. Secondary data were obtained through observations and the profiling of Coffee Kangen. Data analysis techniques involved validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroskedasticity testing, linearity testing, multiple linear regression, T-test, F-test, correlation coefficient testing, and determination coefficient testing. The statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 26. The research findings revealed that, partially: 1) Price significantly influences customer satisfaction, and 2) Service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction. Furthermore, simultaneously: Price and service quality together significantly impact customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business profits of Ummi Hidayah Restaurant in the Tondano Boulevard Area, Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques used using descriptive analysis, namely analyzing, describing, and interviews. Data analysis used is using the calculation of costs, revenues and profits. Based on the results of the study, it is obtained that the amount of profit of the ummi hidayah Muslim restaurant business in the Tondano boulevard area can be categorized as a profitable business with a service profit and total revenue of Rp17,860,046 per month.
