Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di sekolah SMA Nurul Amal Palembang adalah kurang pahamnya para peserta didik dengan pentingnya aktivitas berolahraga dan pentingnya kesehatan untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah para peserta didik dapat memeahami betapa pentingnya berolahraga dan kesehatan dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Metode dalam sosialisasi ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktek langsung. Berdasarkan hasil sosialisasi ini terlihat para peserta didik sangat antusias dalam menyimak, memahami dan mempraktikkan langsung kegiatan yang disampaikan oleh para pemateri. Berdasarkan angket yang diberikan bahwa rata-rata peserta didik cukup memahami pentingnya berolahraga dan pentingnya kesehatan untuk diri sendiri dan lingkungan sekitar. Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini diharapkan para peserta didik dapat menerapkan polah hidup sehat dan berolahraga dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping berbasis multimedia terhadap hasil belajar IPA materi kalor kelas V SDN 31 Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping berbasis multimedia terhadap hasil belajar IPA kelas V SDN 31 Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SD Negeri 31 Palembang, dengan sampel kelas V.B sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 30 siswa dengan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran mind mapping. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experimental Desain dengan tipe One-Group Pretest-Posttest Desain, dan teknik pengambilan sampel Sampling Purposive. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes esai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Independent Sampel t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan Terdapat keefektifan penggunaan model pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V, karena diperoleh nilai signifikan= 0,00 jika dibandingkan dengan 0,05 maka nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan media audio visual materi dasar dasar atletik terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 90 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen kuasi (Quasi Experimental Design), dengan bentuk desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V A sebagai kelas control berjumlah 22 siswa dan V B sebagai kelas eksperimen berjumlah 22 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan penelitian hasil belajar menggunakan audio visual pada materi dasar-dasar atletik dibuktikan pada tes akhir (posttest ) di kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata-rata 81,4 dan di kelas control dengan nilai rata-rata 67,7. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t (Independent Sampel T-test). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa nilai thitung = 3,543 >ttabel = 1,681 dengan derajat kebesaran 42 (df 42). Dengan memperhatikan criteria pengujian, yaitu probality <0,025 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak, sedangkan Ha diterima hal ini disebabkan adanya keefekfikan penggunaan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada materi Dasar- Dasar Atletik SDN 90 Palembang.

This research is motivated by the fact that the application of this material has not been fully maximized and optimal, especially in science learning. And also students still have a lot of difficulties understanding learning material and solving problems a given problem, because in teaching and learning activities the teacher only uses direct learning (lectures) and is only fixated on textbooks. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the card sort strategy in learning science in class IV SD Muhammadiyah 10 Palembang. In this study using experimental research methods. Experimental research "To experiment is to try, to look for, to confirm" means to try, seek and confirm. The researcher concludes that learning the card sort strategy is a learning model that is very suitable to be applied because it can invite students to play an active and creative role in the learning process. the control taught using the conventional model was 67.50 and the average posttest score of the experimental class taught using the card sort learning strategy was 70.00 with a difference of 4.5. This shows that the posttest average score of the experimental class taught using the card sort strategy in science learning is higher than the average value of the control class taught using the conventional model. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant effectiveness of the card sort strategy in science learning for CLASS IV SD Muhammadiyah 10 Palembang on the material of style and motion.

The researcher aims to determine whether there is an effect of plyometrics training on shooting accuracy in futsal games. The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of plyometrics training on shooting accuracy in futsal games for extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. The method used in this study using the experimental method. The types of research used in this study were pretest, treatment and posttest where all participants were given plyometrics training. The sample in this study were 20 extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. Based on the data from the initial test (pretest) and posttest (posttest), the shooting accuracy showed that the results of the initial test obtained the lowest score of 18 and the highest score of 34, after being treated for 5 weeks the participants experienced an increase in the lowest score of 28 and the highest score of 48. It turns out that there is an effect of plyometrics training on shooting accuracy in futsal games for extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. From the results of the analysis using statistical tests, it can be concluded that tcount is 14.038 ttable is 2.093, so reject Ho and accept Ha means, "There is an effect of plyometrics training on shooting accuracy in futsal games for extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 35 Palembang".

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of agility training on the ability to dribble basketball at KOP basketball at the University of PGRI Palembang. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The number of population and samples used in this study were 20 people. The results showed that agility training could improve dribbling in KOP basketball athletes at PGRI Palembang University because there was an increase after being given treatment compared to before being given treatment

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the Make a Match learning model based on diorama media on science learning outcomes at SD Negeri 01 Pemulutan. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes when using the Make a Match learning model based on diorama media on natural science material at SD Negeri 01 Pemulutan. The research method used in this research is Quantitative Experimental with the Quasi-Experimental Design type and the experimental research design used in this research is the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 01 Pemulutan. The sample in this study used Cluster Random Sampling and the sample in this study was class IV B as the experimental class and class IV C as the control class. Based on the results of research data analysis on calculations using the t-test, it was found that the t-count was 4,469 > t-table 2,021 with a Sig value. (2-tailed) <.001 <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Make a Match learning model based on diorama media has an effect on the results of learning science in class IV SD Negeri 01 Pemulutan.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Contextual Teaching And Learning Learning Model Assisted by Teaching Aids on the Concept of Elementary Science in grade V students. This study uses the Quasi Experimental Design research method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design research plan. The population in this study was all grade V students of SD Negeri 01 Pemulutan. The sample used in this study was Total Sampling with class V. A as many as 26 students as experimental class and class V. B as many as 27 as control class. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests and documentation. The analytical technique used in this study used a t-test. In the post-test results of the control class and experimental class showed a significant difference after the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model, the data analysis obtained was <0.001< 0.05, then rejected and accepted. So after testing, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Learning Model Assisted by Teaching Aids on the Science Concept of SD Negeri 01 Pemulutan.

The problem in this research is that the level of passing skills for volleyball is not known in the North Indralaya sub-district. This study aims to determine the Level of Service Skills for Volleyball at the Athlete Club of North Indralaya District. The variable in this study is a single variable, namely service skills on volleyball. The population in this study were soccer athletes, totaling 20 athletes, while the sample was taken using a total sampling technique so that all populations were sampled in this study. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. Data collection techniques using the above service test instrument. Data analysis using the Percentage Formula. The results showed that the level of top service skills at the volleyball club in North Indralaya District showed that the athletes who had good categories were 13 athletes (65%) of which 7 athletes from the Cambodian volleyball club and 6 athletes from the Mawar volleyball club, which had sufficient 4 athletes (20%) where 2 athletes from the Cambodia volleyball club and 2 athletes from the Mawar volleyball club, who have a less category 2 athletes (10%) where 1 athlete from the Cambodia volleyball club and 1 athlete from the Mawar volleyball club, and who has a bad category of 1 athlete (5%) from the Mawar volleyball club. It was found that the athlete's score showed an average of top service skills at the volleyball club in North Indralaya District of 38.01. The average value of the second club shows that the service skills on the ball are in the sufficient category.

Membaca merupakan salah satu aspek yang wajib dikuasai dalam melakukan keterampilan berbahasa. Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca diperlukan metode yang tepat, salah satunya adalah metode SQ3R. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah pengaruh metode pembelajaran strategi survey (SQ3R) terhadap keterampilan membaca pada siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah 10 Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran strategi survey (SQ3R) terhadap keterampilan membaca pada siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah 10 Palembang. Metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membaca siswa kelas eksperimen 75,24 yang diajarkan menggunakan strategi survey SQ3R lebih tinggi dibandingkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas kontrol 63,00 yang tidak diajarkan menggunakan strategi survey SQ3R lebih rendah. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh strategi survey SQ3R terhadap keterampilan membaca pada kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah 10 Palembang.
