Abstract

Entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive influence on entrepreneurial motives. Therefore, the motivation is very suitable given at school age. Children of school age who have an entrepreneurial education background are one of them is in SMK Negri 6 Tanjung Balai which has a Marketing Department. So this kind of motivation is suitable for students who have the jurasan. Motivational ways are: Providing an understanding of Technopreneurship and Entrepreneurship, Providing motivation about starting entrepreneurial activities in accordance with good entrepreneurial characteristics, Explaining about e-commerce in an effort to deepen technopreneurship, Explaining the virtues of e-commerce applications and tools so as to help budding business people by using several examples. Community service activities at SMK Negeri 6 Tanjung Balai students have been completed at THE 6 Tanjung Balai State Vocational Hall with the topic of Motivation for The Implementation of E-Commerce in Building Entrepreneurial Interests of SMK Negeri 6 Tanjung Balai Students in the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 on September 5-6, 2019 and attended by students of smk negeri 6 TanjungBalai Business Department as many as 37 people

Abstract

Abstrak: Menurut hasil penelitian terdahulu bahwa ANBK harus diikuti dengan menggunakan komputer oleh siswa yang sudah terdaftar sebagai peserta ujian ANBK. Untuk pelaksanaan ANBK di sekolah ini, punya beberapa kendala dalam mengoperasikan perangkat keras seperti mengoperasikan komputer, laptop dan perangkat lunak, yang berdampak pada kenyamanan dalam melaksanakan ANBK di sekolah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan sistem ANBK dengan baik. Metode pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dengan cara diskusi dan praktek untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan pengenalan komputer dan latihan penggunaan aplikasi ANBK kepada peserta pelatihan sebagai perlunya sosialisai Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK). Pelatihan ini mampu memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang dapat diimplementasikan siswa pada sistem ANBK di komputer. Semua peserta mengikuti kegiatan ini hingga selesai. Penilaian kegiatan ini menggunakan pretest dan posttest dimana para peserta sudah mampu menyelesaikan materi ini, berdasarkan hasil pretest nilai rata-ratanya 52 dan nilai posttest dengan nilai rata-ratanya 91,333.Abstract: According to the results of previous studies that ANBK must be followed by using a computer by students who are already registered as ANBK exam participants. For the implementation of ANBK in this school, there are several obstacles in operating hardware such as operating computers, laptops and software, which have an impact on comfort in implementing ANBK at school. The purpose of community service activities is to improve students' ability to use the ANBK system properly. The training method is carried out by means of discussion and practice to convey knowledge of computer introduction and training in using the ANBK application to training participants as the need for socialization of the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK). This training is able to provide understanding and knowledge that can be implemented by students in the ANBK system on a computer. All participants participated in this activity until it was finished. The assessment of this activity uses a pretest and posttest where the participants have been able to complete this material, based on the results of the pretest the average score is 52 and the posttest score is 91.333.

Abstract

Employee leadership is someone who is influential to be a role model and example for many employees who have positions below him, a company will definitely choose to increase employees to become employee leaders as a form of appreciation to employees who have quality and good work performance for their loyalty to their work towards a company and the importance of conducting employee leadership elections to motivate and fill vacancies caused by several factors, both internal and external factors. The owner of the company strives to avoid gaps in the rights of employees so that the owner of the employee must conduct an employee leadership election by utilizing the existence of technology in making a decision. In this study, the selection of employee leadership was carried out using a decision support system with the help of the ROC-SAW method so as to get the results of the candidate or alternative A4 which became the main choice for employee leadership with a value of 85%.

Abstract

Respiration or commonly referred to as breathing is the process of inhaling free air containing O2 (oxygen) and expelling air containing CO2 (carbon dioxide) as the rest of the oxidation out of the body. In detecting diseases of the respiratory system, it takes the role of a doctor as an expert in the field of health to detect it. To consult a doctor, one must come to the hospital and undergo a series of procedures, so that it takes time to queue and is not effective if the patient has to get treatment quickly. To overcome this problem, an expert system is needed that can be accessed easily, provides accurate, fast and accurate information on detection results and provides education on early treatment of disease detection results. The method used to detect respiratory system diseases is the certaity factor method. From the calculations that have been inputted by the patient, the results obtained are 93% confidence in Pneumonia. The application of an expert system with the Certaint Factor method in early detection of web-based respiratory system diseases based on the patient's symptom history provides convenience for patients and provides education about respiratory system diseases and how to treat them.

Abstract

Abstract: Teachers And Staff Of Elementary School 010240 Pematang Cengkring, Medang Deras Subdistrict are required to be dynamic towards the development of technology that is developing so rapidly that their students are able to develop by using applications that are already available such as Powerpoint applications. In using the Microsoft Powerpoint application by using a sliding percentage at SD Negeri 010240 Pematang Cengkring, Medang Deras District, this is not optimal due to the lack of teachers and staff's ability to present presentations using media presentations. This is from the STMIK Royal Kisaran Community Service Team (PKM) providing training to teachers and staff as an addition to the deepening of Microsoft Powerpoint material in order to provide skills to this application. Dalam penggunaan aplikasi microsoft powerpoint dengan menggunakan slide presentase di SD Negeri 010240 Pematang Cengkring Kecamatan Medang Deras  ini  belum optimal dengan kurangnya kemampuan guru dan staf dalam menyajikan presentasi dengan menggunakan media presentasi.  Hal ini dari Tim Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dan staf tersebut sebagai penambahan pendalaman materi microsoft powerpoint agar memberikan skill pada aplikasi ini. Abstract

Abstract: Activities devotion to the community is in the form of training table for the processing of student value for employees and teachers SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. It aims to provide knowledge, skills, which are expected to result in changes in knowledge, skills and from employees and teachers so that the process of processing student values can run smoothly and easily. Target audiences in community service activities are employees and teachers of SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. The training activities are presented with lecture, demonstration and question and answer methods. The availability of adequate lecturers, enthusiasm of the participants, and the support of the principal is a support for the implementation of this PKM activity. The obstacles faced is the ability of participants to use this application is still low. Benefits derived from this activity include participants can know about the significance of the use of Micrososft Excel primarily using the table on processing the value of suswa always used by teachers in schools in entering student value and application of basic formula in accelerate the processing of other data. Hal  ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan  dari para  pegawai dan guru sehingga proses pengolahan nilai siswa  dapat berjalan dengna lancar dan mudah.  Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pegawai dan guru-guru SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran . Kegiatan pelatihan ini disajikan dengan metodeceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Ketersediaan dosen yang memadai, antusiasme peserta, dan dukungan kepala sekolah merupakan pendukung terlaksananya kegiatan PKM ini.Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah kemampuan peserta menggunakan porgram aplikasi ini masih rendah.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain peserta dapat mengetahui tentang arti pentingnya penggunaan Micrososft Excel terutama menggunakan tabel pada pengolahan nilai suswa yang selalu digunakan oleh para guru-guru di sekolah dalam memasukkan nilai siswa dan aplikasi formula dasar dalam mempercepat pengolahan data lainnya. Kata Kunci:  Guru,Microsoft Excel, Nilai siswa,  Pegawai, Tabel

Abstract

Abstract: The Mandiri Computer Education Course (LKP) Institute, Asahan, North Sumatra, is a training institution that provides Information Technology training packages. During this time the training carried out by tutors only featured internet or existing people's blogs without teaching them to create blogs. Then the Community Service Team (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran providing training to students of the LKP as an addition to the deepening of blog material that is felt necessary to be given to students LKP. Implementation is done by direct practice accompanied by presentations and discussions and using computers to provide direct understanding to students LKP. Abstract: STMIK Royal Kisaran Community Service Team (PKM) provided training to students of Asahan Regency Mandiri Computer Education Course (LKP), because they saw that there were still many school children and residents around the village who were still very limited in knowledge of computer technology and its applications around the village. there is no nearest computer course. The training material taught at the Mandiri Computer Institute of Training and Education (LKP) is office administration using Microsoft Office 2010 application programs, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet. Abstract

A scholarship is a gift given by the government or a university to help reduce the cost of education where the higher the level of education taken, the more money that must be provided to fulfill, the opportunity to be able to continue master's education is the dream of many young scholars. Every opportunity that is open to get a master's scholarship makes many prospective scholarship recipients compete to register themselves as participants, but not all participants who apply to receive scholarships get the same opportunity because the quota is limited. It is necessary to make a selection in determining the award of scholarships to the right people and avoid fraud in the selection process, this can be solved by using the application of computer science, namely a decision support system assisted by applying the SAW method in obtaining more systematic results based on previous research. the results obtained in this study

Abstract

Abstrak: Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik di pemerintahan desa dapat dilakukan dengan tata kelola yang baik dengan melaksanakan program-program yangmendukung kinerja aparatur desa dalam melayani masyarakat. Pada Desa Guntung di daerah Batubara, dalam stata kelola administrasi dan pelayanan masyarakat masih secara manual sehingga proses pelayanan masyarakat lambat, sumber daya manusia berpendidikan relatif rendah, penguasaan teknologi yang kurang khususnya penguasaan penggunaan komputer sehingga perangkat desa masih memerlukan mendapat pelatihan tentang tatakelola administrasi. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah supaya dapat memberikan pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai administrasi desa kepada peserta, memberikan pelatihan berbasis komputer tentang tata kelola administrasi dan pelayanan masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan, diskusi secara interaktif kepada seluruh perangkat desa yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengelolaan administrasi desa. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pengetahuan secara teori dan praktek di ruangan. Pelatihan ini memberikan penilaian kepada para peserta melalui tes tertulis menggunakan pretest dan posttest dengan banyak peserta yang ikut berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penilaian akhir kegiatan, para peserta dapat memahami materi yang disampaikan berdasarkan dari hasil angka penilaian hasil posttest, nilainya mulai dari 85 sampai 95 dengan nilai pencapaian 92 persen.Abstract: To improve public services in the village government, it can be done with good governance by implementing programs that support the performance of the village apparatus in serving the community. In Guntung Village in the Batubara area, administrative management and community services are still manual so that the community service process is slow, educated human resources are relatively low, technology mastery is lacking, especially mastery of using computers so that village officials still need to receive training on administrative management. The purpose of this service activity is to provide participants with adequate knowledge about village administration, provide computer-based training on administrative governance and community services. The method of implementing the activities used is in the form of training, interactive discussions with all village officials who are directly related to the management of village administration. This activity uses knowledge in theory and practice in the room. This training provides an assessment to the participants through a written test using a pretest and posttest with 30 participants participating. The results of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the posttest results, the scores ranged from 85 to 95 with an achievement value of 92 percent.
