Abstract

The competition is an event for the success of a school in showing the success of a school educating their students, one type of competition is the paskibraka competition between schools, the problem that often occurs in the process of selecting prospective participants for the paskibrakan competition is to designate students who are considered to meet the expected competencies, this will have an adverse impact on the consideration of interest, endurance and knowledge of the paskibra so that it is maximal in achieving the expected goals in a competition, subjective selection is considered inappropriate today, it is necessary to make decisions using technological assistance in order to minimize errors in selection process, in this study a decision-making system was used to obtain more structured results in the form of logical calculations, the use of decision support systems has been widely applied o by leaders in making decisions, the logic of decision making is in the form of calculations using the application of decision making methods, one method of application is the Simple Additive Weighting method in finding the value of the data to be selected, and to improve research results so that they are more accurate a combination of weighting methods for consideration such as the method AHP, a combination of methods or AHP-SAW hybrid get the results of 1.0 as the highest value

Abstract

Graphic design teacher is one of the teachers who is really needed in various schools or universities, because graphic design is really needed to provide knowledge that can be used to get jobs according to abilities. However, in accepting graphic design instructors, they must really master the field of design and have a lot of experience in teaching that field. In this research, several criteria are needed including Education, Experience, Creative, Innovative, and Communicative. So with that the criterion data can support this research in solving problems and getting accurate and detailed results. And this research really needs a supporting system to solve this research. The system is a Decision Support System (DSS) and the method used to produce an appropriate ranking, this method is the Preference Selection Index (PSI). So the application of this method can produce the highest rank that will be accepted as a graphic design teacher on behalf of Putra Andiyono with a total score of 1.0331.

Abstract

Abstrak: SMK BM Yapim Simpang Kawat mengedepankan menggunakan literasi internet berbasis web. Hadirnya fasilitas internet dapat dimanfaatkan guru selaku pendidik sebagai sarana transfer informasi materi interaktif ke siswa sehingga memudahkan pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Melalui internet para pelajar bisa menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan, mencari bahan pelajaran, literatur atau bahan-bahan tugas sekolah. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk menggunakan internet secara bijak dan aman yang perlu diberikan kepada siswa, agar penggunaan internet memberikan manfaat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan informasi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan kreativitas siswa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan kepada 1 mitra yaitu SMK BM Yapim Simpang Kawat, dengan penyajian materi, praktek, pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meningkatkan kreatifitas dan kualitas siswa dimana peserta pelatihan sudah mampu menyelesaikan materi pelatihan ini dengan baik dan lancar, dengan nilai posttest rata-ratanya 91,325.Abstract: SMK BM Yapim Simpang Wire emphasizes using web-based internet literacy. The presence of internet facilities can be used by teachers as educators as a means of transferring interactive material information to students so as to facilitate the implementation of teaching and learning activities in class. Through the internet, students can add insight and knowledge, look for study materials, literature or school assignment materials. The purpose of this PKM activity is to use the internet wisely and safely which needs to be given to students, so that the use of the internet provides benefits to increase knowledge and information in increasing student competence and creativity. The implementation of this community service activity was carried out to 1 partner, namely SMK BM Yapim Simpang Wire, with the presentation of material, practice, assistance and evaluation of activities. The results of this community service activity increased the creativity and quality of students where the training participants were able to complete this training material properly and smoothly, with an average posttest score of 91.325.

Abstract

The performance of lecture during brave learning has drastically decreased due to the lack of communivation between lectures and students. As a result of bold learning. Lecturers often do not do learning using zoom meetings but only provide material without explaining it. Then the risk that will arise for lecturers who do not provide student learning reports will result in students not being enthusiastic in lectures, so that they can be reviewed in an assessment of lecturer performance. Therefore a decision support system is made to facilitate the calculation process of all criteria for assessing lecturer performance. The purpose of this decision support system is to determine the criteria for a problem using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method.

Abstract

The Asahan District education office requires a decision-based system application that can determine the location of teacher transfers. To design and build a decision-making system for determining the placement of junior high school teachers in the teacher transfer process in Asahan Regency. This system can help Regional Leaders as decision makers to weigh and determine a teacher candidate who is eligible to occupy a school location from several alternative teacher candidates who meet the criteria. Data was analyzed using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. This application is designed using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language using the Microsoft Access database and Crystal Report as a report which is a support for the process of designing this system. The report produced by this system is a report on the results of the selection of teachers who will be transferred

Abstract

Teknologi menjadi peran penting dalam kegiatan pemerintah dan masyarakat. Menjadi pemantik dan penyemangat bagi birokrasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kemajuan teknologi dan pemahaman masyarakat akan pelayanan publik semakin meningkat. Digitalisasi adalah satu kata yang tak mungkin lepas dari pembahasan dunia industri dan informasi di abad ke-21 ini. Berbagai bentuk digitalisasi terus digenjot, dalam rangka memudahkan semua proses yang berjalan. Digitalisasi adalah sebuah proses yang krusial, dan wajib dilakukan setiap jenis bisnis jika ingin terus berkembang. Peran digitalisasi bagi masyarakat dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah ini sesuai  Instruksi Presiden No 6 Tahun  2001 tentang Telematika. Banyak peran digitalisasi bagi masyarakat dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah salah satunya yaitu banyaknya sekarang belanja online atau e-commerce tentu menambah pendapat pajak negara dan daerah.  Dalam hal ini masyarakat perlu memahami hal-hal yang dilarang menurut UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Perbuatan yang dilarang terhadap penggunaan informasi dan transaksi elektronik dalam undang-undang diatur dalam Pasal 27 hingga Pasal 37 UU ITE. UU ITE melarang berisikan kategori perbuatan yang melakukan manipulasi, penciptaan, perubahan, penghilangan, pengrusakan Informasi Elektronik dan/atau Dokumen Elektronik dengan tujuan agar informasi elektronik dan/atau dokumen elektronik tersebut dianggap seolah-olah data yang otentik. UU ITE juga melarang bahwa setiap orang yang mengakibatkan kerugian bagi orang lain.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan melalui pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) di Kantor Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Tanjungbalai. Melalui metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa melalui kolaborasi antara DPRD dan masyarakat, pemanfaatan TI telah menghasilkan perubahan positif dalam proses penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Implementasi sistem TI telah meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data, komunikasi internal, dan interaksi dengan masyarakat. Meskipun menghadapi beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan akses dan pemahaman, upaya-upaya terus dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kekurangan tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkuat pemahaman akan pentingnya TI dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemerintahan lokal.

Abstract

In supporting plantation operations, one of the obstacles faced by plantations is the processing system for palm oil principal inventory data, fertilizer dosage data and fertilizer demand data which are still done manually, resulting in delays in processing fertilizer realization and takes a long time. This research began with several methods, namely (interviews) directly to the speakers, field studies, literature studies and direct observations of the system created. This study aims to make it easier for management to see the availability of stock of goods from manuals to computerized systems using web-based systems, this system is closely related to computer media, hoping this system can produce information easily, quickly and accurately. Information system processing data for palm oil principal inventory, fertilizer dosage data and fertilizer demand data which are still done manually causes delays in processing fertilizer realization data processing, by using a system designed the information system processing data for principal oil palm inventory, fertilizer dosage data and data fertilizer needs can help agencies in processing data quickly, precisely, and accurately.

Abstract

To get information about a cafe in accordance with consumer desires is not easy, sometimes consumers feel confused. This is a problem in providing solutions in choosing the right and best cafe places according to the tastes of consumers in Kisaran City. To provide solutions to problems that arise, a decision support system (DSS) is made using the AHP method to make it easier for users to provide solutions to their problems. The method used is to collect data on filling out forms given to consumers who frequently visit several cafes in Kisaran. The results obtained in the implementation of this study were selected as the criteria for a place with the alternative being Callisto Cafe.

Abstract

Taufik Sport shop is a store engaged in the sale of sports equipment, located in West Kisaran City, Asahan Regency. Every day many sales transactions occur at the Taufik Sport Kisaran Store, which of course will affect the supply of sports equipment in the warehouse. The problem faced by the Taufik Sport Kisaran Store is the difficulty in predicting the number of sports equipment that must be available in the following month in order to meet customer demand and not cause the accumulation of goods in the long term. The forecasting process has been carried out only based on estimates by looking at the sales data recap of the previous month. Therefore, it is necessary to build an application for forecasting sales of sports equipment using the Single Moving Average method and the Weighted Moving Average method to get more accurate forecasting results. The data used for this study is data on sales of sports equipment from March 2021 to February 2022. This study aims to compare the Single Moving Average and Weighted Moving Average methods in predicting sales of sports equipment and determine the level of accuracy of the two methods. The Weighted Moving Average method is a method that uses a technique of giving different weights to the available data with the thought that the most recent data is the most relevant data for forecasting so that it is given a greater weight, while the Single Exponential Smoothing method does not use weighting in forecasting calculations but take the average value of the price of a sale in a certain time range back. The results of this study are based on the MAPE value, the WMA method is better than SMA because it is more suitable for forecasting fluctuating sports equipment sales data. The comparison indicator is seen from the forecasting accuracy by finding the smallest error value between the two methods
