One of the Human Resources (HR) management activities carried out is the selection of the best technicians. As is the case with Central Ponsel in determining the best mobile technician. It is not an easy thing to get a qualified HR workforce. The process of selecting technicians is still conventional, all data for new technician candidates is recorded manually, so it takes a long time to process the selection results and is still not accurate. The selection of technicians is based on kinship, resulting in an unobjective assessment and social jealousy for other prospective technicians. This has resulted in the owners of Central Ponsel having difficulty making decisions on choosing the best technician because the process of recapitulating the results of the technician's performance evaluation is done independently and manually, resulting in less accurate assessment results, there is no ranking of the final assessment results so that it is difficult to get the title of the best technician. If allowed to drag on then this can certainly hamper performance and operations which can also cause losses for the owner of Central Ponsel. So to solve the problems mentioned above, you can apply the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method in a Decision Support System (DSS). The purpose of this research is to produce a system that can assist the owner of Central Ponsel in determining the best technician so that they are able to make decisions more effectively and efficiently. Based on the calculation that is declared acceptable is the alternative A-03 with the highest score of 75,625 as the best mobile phone technician. This system is expected to assist in providing recommendations for the best technicians who can be selected to carry out tasks tailored to the needs and conditions.

Employees of the Batubara District Social Service are not familiar with the many facilities provided in the Microsoft Word software. Because so far they have not been provided with direct training for the introduction of these functions. To need encouragement to improve the ability to operate office software, especially Microsoft Word software in processing information data. This community service activity aims to improve the ability of Social Service Employees to use Microsoft Office properly and improve skills in performing services and work in their workplace. The training method is by means of discussion and interactive in conveying knowledge to training participants. This activity uses knowledge in theory and practice in the classroom. The success of this training activity is measured by measuring the results of the participant's assessment through a written test. This training provides knowledge that can be implemented in the trainees' workplaces. Knowledge of this application is expected to contribute to improving the ability of information data which is very helpful in completing tasks in the agency. The results of the assessment in participating in this training used pretest and posttest tests. The participants were able to understand the training material based on the results of the pretest scores with an average score of 57.5 and posttest results with an average score of 87.5.

Online transactions are transactions that are very popular with many parties today because of the ease of access, ease of transactions and security possessed by each e-commerce, the number of parties who use e-commerce because of the dependence and availability of smartphones and the habits of the current generation on digital age. Every transaction habit contains its own risk to its users, so it is necessary to know the things that must be fulfilled as a user in choosing e-commerce to reduce the risk that will be accepted in the future. This study uses a decision support system logic in analyzing the selection of the best e-commerce using the moosra method. Consider using the method not only based on decisions made by yourself but based on considerations from several previous studies. The results obtained from this study using the moosra method are the highest value of 3.26323 on e-commerce lazada as the best e-commerce.

Many people have died of sudden heart attacks. The role of a specialist doctor is very necessary to overcome this, but the role of the doctor is also bumped due to limitations in terms of numbers and hours worked. In addition, in general, people with heart disease often ignore and do not understand the causes and symptoms of heart disease. Most patients are reluctant to have their heart health checked because they are constrained by expensive medical expenses, as well as a lack of service to patients. In the process of consulting for heart disease, the patient must come to the hospital and do an examination in person which of course must go through a series of procedures starting from registration onwards to get results. To overcome this problem, an expert system application is needed for the early diagnosis of heart disease. The purpose of this study was to build a web-based system of heart disease diagnosis expert applications. This expert system application uses the Hybrid Case Base method which is a combination of the Rule-Based Reasoning (RBR) and Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) systems. The RBR system and the CBR system have their advantages and disadvantages. The analysis and design of the systems used are UML and Entity Relationship Diagrams. In this expert system application, patients will consult by answering several questions about the symptoms of heart disease displayed by the system by checking the symptoms they experience. Then the system will provide diagnostic results based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. The results of this study can diagnose the type of heart disease experienced by patients and their treatment solutions and what percentage of the patient is likely to suffer from the disease quickly

In the current condition of the patient, if he has experienced early symptoms of skin disease due to the exanthema virus, it is felt that he cannot directly consult with a dermatologist because of the high cost and limited time for specialists to carry out activities in the hospital. So the author needs to make an expert system application that can overcome this. Through this application, users can consult with the system like consulting an expert to diagnose symptoms that occur to users and find solutions to problems encountered. This expert system is made by providing appropriate or not or with several choices of answers that are recommended from the symptoms that occur. System. Diagnosing skin diseases due to exanthema virus, the author uses the Case Based Reasoning method. The CBR method is a weighting technique by comparing new cases with old cases. With the diagnosis based on the data provided by the patients and experts then analyzed by case based reasoning method and stored as a knowledge database in the expert system. So that this expert system can help to take solutions for handling problems when patients suffer from skin diseases due to the Exanthema Virus.

Penyakit Diabetes Mellitus (DM) dapat didiagnosa berdasarkan data fakta ataupun gejala yang dialami pengguna sistem dan kadang gejala awal yang dialami pasien penyakit DM masih biasa saja sehingga dianggap dalam kondisi masih sehat. Dengan memperhatikan data fakta ataupun gejala-gejala yang dialami, diharapkan sistem ini dapat mendiagnosa tipe pada penyakit DM, sehingga gangguan atau penyakit dapat terdeteksi lebih awal dan penangannya. Terutama pasien yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran perlu ditangani dengan cepat karena berdasarkan jumlahnya cukup banyak pada setiap tahunnya. Kemajuan sistem pakar dapat mengatasi permasalahan ini yaitu dengan merancang sebuah sistem komputer berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan database dan bahasa pemrograman seperti PHP-MySQL sehingga dapat membantu penderita untuk mendiagnosa gejala-gejala dan tipe penyakit tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit Diabetes Mellitus berbasis web. Aplikasi sistem pakar dalam pengambilan keputusan ini menggunakan metode Bayes dalam menghadapi suatu permasalahan, sering ditemukan jawaban yang tidak memiliki kepastian penuh. Peluang atau probalitas ini dapat berupa hasil suatu kejadian. Pada analisa permasalahannya sehingga didapatkan persentasi dari tipe penyakit tersebut. Hasil dari implementasi sistem yaitu sistem memberikan pilihan berupa gejala-gejala yang harus dipilih oleh pasien berdasarkan gejala yang dialami oleh pasien dan hasil dari proses tersebut adalah penyakit diabetes gestasional dengan bobot lebih tinggi dari penyakit diabetes lainnya yaitu bobot =1.66. Sistem juga akan memberikan informasi dalam penanganan penyakit diabetes tersebut

Kidney disease is one of the non-communicable diseases with the highest proportion in Indonesia and is one of the causes of death in this country. Especially in Asahan District, the number of kidney patients who die is increasing over time, so there needs to be effective treatment so that kidney disease is no longer feared by the public because it is easy to treat. Many patients who experience kidney disease are getting worse because they cannot detect the early symptoms of kidney disease, which is still considered trivial. There is no information about kidney disease and its symptoms, making it difficult to diagnose the disease. In the diagnosis of this disease is limited to conventional diagnosis with doctors. it is necessary to build a system on a computer application to help diagnose kidney disease. To determine the level of kidney disease, an expert diagnostic system was made with the method used in this case is the Dempster Shaper method. This method is an approach method that is used is to measure the strength of evidence (facts) in supporting a set of propositions by providing a way to combine evidence from sources and bring or provide a level of confidence (represented through the trust function) which takes from all available evidence with input. required attributes and the likelihood of the disease and associated symptoms. The result of the implementation of the system is that the system provides an alternative to the symptoms experienced by the patient and the results of the process the system will provide information on kidney infection by 60% and also provide solutions with treatment

Halim Jaya Kisaran shop is one of the trading businesses that sells people's basic needs such as shoes and bags. This store requires forecasting in an effort to process data and generate accurate reports. This is done because the Halim Jaya Kisaran Store to determine the demand for shoes is unpredictable, so it often experiences a lack of shoes to be purchased in order to serve the demand for shoes needed by customers. In designing this system, the author uses the Double Moving Average (DMA) forecasting method for the decision support process in determining the number of shoe stocks to be sold for the next month, using the calculation method. This forecasting application was created using the Visual Basic Net 2010 programming language with Microsoft Access as the database. From making the system an application can be produced that can control optimal and economical demand and with a high level of accuracy and can predict the number of shoe requests at the Halim Jaya Kisaran Store so that the forecast results can help the store to avoid running out of stock of shoe requests at the Halim Jaya Kisaran Store

Perkebunan Nusantara III (PTPN III) Mambang Muda North Labuhan Batu Regency is one of 14 Plantation State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in plantation business, processing and marketing of plantation products. The Company's business activities include cultivating and processing oil palm and rubber plants. In the world, Sumatra is known as a producer of high-quality rubber, more than 38,000 hectares of PTPN III Mambang Muda rubber land in Labuhan Batu Utara Regency are endeavored to produce the best quality latex in the world. Behind the production of quality sap, reliable employees are needed in processing the sap, therefore PTPN III Mambang Muda must provide an annual bonus in addition to the basic salary to boost the performance and work productivity of its employees. However, the problem that occurred at PTPN III Mambang Muda was that it could not estimate the amount of the bonus correctly in giving the annual employee bonus because there were no criteria in staff who had priority to get a salary bonus including work performance, work discipline, and years of service. using conventional systems, the closeness of managers to employees often results in decisions that are different from what they should be, this causes the results of the decisions to be incorrect. The method used in decision support for granting annual bonuses to employees is the Simple Additive Weighting method because this method can select staff from various other alternatives who are entitled to receive bonuses from the company which results from this study are able to rank employees of PTPN III Mambang Muda Labuhan Batu Utara Regency. Employees who get bonuses are employees with the top 3 scores, namely: Rudiadi with a score of 0.788235, Zulkarnaen with a score of 0.776471, and Arif Sitorus with a score of 0.752941

Pest and disease attacks often occur in hydroponic plants so that many plants are damaged and result in losses for farmers or crop failure. The problem of pests and plant diseases is the main obstacle in increasing agricultural productivity, these conditions affect farmers' income and the provision of hydroponic plant food. The farmers do not know what types of pests and symptoms of diseases attack plants, making it difficult to handle diseases on hydroponic plants. Likewise for hydroponic plants located at the Agricultural Service of Asahan Regency which are attacked by pests, hydroponic experts say that the appearance of small leaf spots appears on the upper side of the leaves that damage hydroponic plants and because the cause of pests that cause disease in hydroponic plants is unknown, so farmers are hesitant to take countermeasures. An expert system is a computer program designed to make decisions such as decisions taken by an expert or expert. Therefore, an expert system with the Certainty Factor method is made in the diagnosis of pests and diseases in hydroponic plants. The purpose of this study was to apply the certanity factor method to diagnose pests and diseases in hydroponic plants. The results of the pest data test found spider mites with a confidence level of 79% and wet rot disease with a confidence level of 62%. The conclusion obtained is that the certainty factor method can detect early types of pests and diseases on hydroponic plants quickly and accurately.
