Abstract

Abstract: The selection of majors at SMAS YPK Kedaisianam previously still used a manual system that was less effective in determining the right major for students. To overcome this, a new system that is easier and more accurate is needed. This system is expected to assist counseling guidance teachers in providing solutions for choosing majors to students. This study compares two methods, namely Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which have similarities in weighting criteria to produce more effective rankings. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach with numerical data analysis. This study aims to describe the comparison of the two methods in the decision support system for choosing majors at SMKS DAAR Muhsinin. The results of the study show that the use of more effective methods in the application system can make decision-making easier. The conclusion of this study is that the application of MFEP methods can improve accuracy and efficiency in the course selection process.Keywords: decision support system; mfep and saw methods; major selection. Abstrak: Pemilihan jurusan di SMAS YPK Kedaisianam sebelumnya masih menggunakan sistem manual yang kurang efektif dalam menentukan jurusan yang tepat bagi siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem baru yang lebih mudah dan akurat. Sistem ini diharapkan membantu guru bimbingan konseling dalam memberikan solusi pemilihan jurusan kepada siswa. Penelitian ini membandingkan dua metode, yaitu Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang memiliki kesamaan dalam pembobotan kriteria untuk menghasilkan peringkat yang lebih efektif. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data berbasis angka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbandingan kedua metode tersebut dalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan jurusan di SMKS DAAR Muhsinin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode yang lebih efektif dalam sistem aplikasi dapat mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode MFEP dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi dalam proses pemilihan jurusan.Kata Kunci: metode mfep dan saw;  pemilihan jurusan; sistem pendukung keputusan.

Abstract

The existence of blog media in disseminating information is a means of storing information online that can be used by staff so that they can provide all information without space and time limits. The PKK of East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency, has several active activities carried out in several places in its environment. In carrying out these activities, they still use devices manually to provide information in their activities. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.

Abstract

Untuk mendongkrak perekonomian Desa Cengkering Pekan, Kabupaten Batubara, diperlukan teknologi yang maju dan sesuai perkembangan zaman. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan Toko Online (E-Commerce) pada industri rumah tangga diadakan. Tujuan PKM ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada generasi muda dalam memanfaatkan Toko Online untuk pengembangan bisnis. Materi yang diberikan meliputi aplikasi Toko Online dan cara penggunaannya untuk menciptakan peluang usaha. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cengkering Pekan, dengan sasaran masyarakat dan generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi dan pelatihan implementasi Toko Online. Capaian kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya pembuatan toko online oleh peserta pelatihan, sehingga mereka mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk menangkap peluang usaha. Hasil akhir pelatihan dengan mendapatkan nilai rata-ratanya 93,5 % dari hasil posttest sehingga peserta pelatihan sudah mampu menyelesaikan materi pelatihan ini dengan baik dan lancar.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi, teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi memainkan peran penting dalam mengoptimalkan berbagai sektor, termasuk bisnis ritel. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan pada Toko Hijab. Implementasi ERP di toko ini menunjukkan dampak positif signifikan, terutama dalam integrasi fungsi bisnis seperti manajemen persediaan, penjualan, pembelian, dan keuangan yang sebelumnya berjalan terpisah. Dengan ERP, data dari setiap bagian bisnis dapat diakses secara real-time dan terpusat, memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan akurat.Efisiensi operasional meningkat melalui pengurangan waktu proses manual dan penurunan risiko kesalahan data. Manajemen persediaan juga menjadi lebih efektif berkat pemantauan stok real-time, sehingga mengurangi risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Hal ini memastikan ketersediaan barang sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kepuasan mereka.ERP juga memungkinkan toko memberikan layanan lebih responsif dan personal, dengan mempermudah pengelolaan informasi pelanggan untuk menawarkan promosi yang sesuai dan menangani keluhan lebih efisien. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur teknologi informasi di sektor ritel, khususnya bagi toko hijab, dan dapat menjadi model bagi toko-toko di Kabupaten Asahan atau wilayah sekitar yang ingin meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelayanan melalui ERP.

Abstract

− Lubuk Palas Village, precisely in the Banjar Village area, is one of the villages where most of the people make a living as farmers. One type of plantation crop that is cultivated in Lubuk Palas Village is cocoa. However, the productivity of cocoa plants is always decreasing, the problem is pests and diseases. So far, the farmers of Lubuk Palas Village are still using manual methods such as guessing in determining pests and diseases on the cocoa plant. This causes the results to be less accurate and take a long time to determine. Due to the absence of a system that can help farmers in Lubuk Palas Village in overcoming pest and disease attacks on cocoa plants quickly. Therefore, a decision support system is needed using the MOORA method with the calculation of the web-based MOORA method that can make it easier for cocoa farmers in Lubuk Palas Village to determine pest and disease attacks on cocoa plants quickly, and can overcome the losses caused by attacks by nuisance organisms. the cocoa plant. In this study using quantitative methods. The data sources used are based on interviews, questionnaires and observations. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that fruit-sucking ladybugs (Helopeltis spp) are obtained with a weight value (0.42545616), and fruit rot disease (anthracnose) is obtained with a weight value (0.426163942), these pests and diseases often occur and detrimental to cocoa farmers in Lubuk Palas Village.

Mechanical multi-criteria decision-making is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has weights illustrates how important these criteria with the other criteria. The final results obtained from this decision support system will provide an alternative, to recommend the best-selling Milk Product Selection in CV. Sempurna. The Best Milk Product Name SAW was Carnation Coffee-Mate Id 48x495g obtaining ranked first, next Bear Brand RTD Tin 30x189 Ml and Nestle Miss Plain Sbc Can 48x370 Gr rated two and three.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the demand for skilled graphic designers is increasingly high. The selection process for graphic designers often requires complex evaluations with various criteria, which can lead to subjectivity in decision-making. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method to simplify and improve the accuracy of the graphic designer selection process. The OCRA method is chosen for its ability to handle multi-criteria decision-making problems with different weights. The development of this DSS involves identifying and evaluating five main criteria in the selection of graphic designers, namely: education, work experience, design quality, creativity and innovation, and experience working in various institutions. Each criterion has a different assessment weight according to its level of importance. This system is designed to reduce subjectivity by providing objective preference values based on OCRA calculations. This research aims to develop a DSS in the selection of graphic designers using the OCRA method. The OCRA method is chosen for its ability to address multi-criteria decision-making problems with different weights. The proposed DSS helps reduce subjectivity and increase efficiency in the selection process. The research results show that based on the application of the OCRA method, the highest result among several alternatives is achieved by Ridho Permana with a score of 3.284. The OCRA method is effective in determining the best graphic designer candidate based on preference values calculated from various available alternatives. By applying the OCRA method, it is expected that the graphic designer selection process will become more objective and structured.

Abstract

Abstract: Rizky Convection Business is a sportswear production company based on Jalan Elang Lestari Kisaran. Every day they receive orders from schools and agencies that need sportswear. However, Rizky Convection often faces challenges, especially in managing raw material inventory, allocating production time and processing orders that come in large quantities. For this reason, order data needs to be grouped to make it easier for employees to work on it. The data that will be processed in this study is order data from 2022-2024. One way to do this is to apply data mining techniques, one of which is the K-Means Clustering method. The purpose of this study is to model the use of K-Means Clustering to improve production management and procurement of raw materials for fabrics at Rizky Convection. K-Means Clustering is the grouping of a number of data into clusters (groups) so that each cluster will contain data that is as similar as possible. The results of K-Means Clustering grouping with 3 clusters, namely cluster 1, the large order group has 25 order data, cluster 2, the small order group has 361 order data and cluster 3, the medium order group has 100 order data.Keywords: data mining; order data; K-Means; sportswear manufacturing. Abstrak: Usaha Konveksi Rizky merupakan perusahaan produksi pakaian olahraga yang berpusat di Jalan Elang Lestari Kisaran. Setiap hari mereka menerima pesanan dari sekolah dan instansi yang membutuhkan pakaian olahraga. Namun Konveksi Rizky sering menghadapi tantangan terutama dalam pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku kain, pengalokasian waktu produksi dan pemrosesan pesanan yang datang dalam jumlah banyak. Untuk itu, data pesanan perlu dikelompokkan untuk mempermudah karyawan dalam mengerjakannya. Data yang akan diproses pada penelitian ini adalah data pesanan dari tahun 2022-2024. Salah satu cara untuk hal tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan teknik data mining, salah satunya metode K-Means Clustering. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memodelkan penggunaan K-Means Clustering untuk meningkatkan manajemen produksi dan pengadaan bahan baku kain di Rizky Konveksi. K-Means Clustering adalah pengelompokan sejumlah data ke dalam cluster (group) sehingga setiap dalam cluster tersebut akan berisi data yang semirip mungkin. Hasil pengelompokkan K-Means Clustering dengan 3 cluster yaitu cluster 1 kelompok pesanan banyak memiliki 25 data pesanan, cluster 2 kelompok pesanan sedikit memiliki 361 data pesanan dan cluster 3 kelompok pesanan sedang memiliki 100 data pesanan.Kata kunci: data mining; data pesanan; K-Means; konveksi.

Abstract

The best teacher is a teacher who is given appreciation because he has a high achievement value. There are several specific criteria in selecting the best teacher, namely in terms of achievement, skills possessed, morals/manners, and discipline. To improve quality in the world of education, of course, a teacher is needed who will interact directly with students in the learning process which can indirectly improve the quality of education. With the interaction in the learning process, it is hoped that it will become a resource in improving the quality of education. There is also something the government is doing that is in a way to advance education, namely by empowering teachers and giving an award, especially for those who are entitled to get the title of the best teacher with achievements. Based on the results of interviews and research related to SMK Negeri 2 Medan, in determining the best teacher the assessment is still in a subjective way. This is based only on the opinion of each teacher and does not start with certain criteria, this will affect social events because the method used is not in an objective way and ends in an unfair feeling caused by subjective methods among fellow teachers who teach at the school. Therefore, it is recommended that schools must determine and agree on certain criteria in determining outstanding teachers, even though the assessment in the final process is still carried out by voting from those who have voting rights in determining the outstanding/best teachers, which of course is also carried out by teachers. The system for determining the best teacher is always a problem every year because it can create injustice among fellow teachers. Therefore, to facilitate and eliminate this unfair attitude, a decision support system (SPK) is needed which can facilitate the determination of the best teacher at SMK Negeri 2 Medan. A decision support system is an interactive computer system that can assist decision making by utilizing existing data to solve unstructured and semi-structured problems. In this SPK there are several methods, one of which is the Moosra Method (Multiobjective Optimization on the Basis of Simple Ratio Analysis) and the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) Method. The result of ROC and MOOSRA method calculation showed that Halimah (A10) obtained the highest final preference value of 14.599, making her selected as the best teacher.
