Abstract

This research discusses about the segmentation and the position of education services in order to determine its implementation in Islamic Educational Institutions. This is a qualitative research with the primary respondent for all the school community who are involving in the marketing process. This research used phenomenological approach, while the data was collected using observation method, indepth interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results indicates that: (1) MAN Yogyakarta III defines market segmentation by applying multiple segmentation approach, namely: (a) demographic segmentation, (b) geographic segmentation, (c) psychographic segmentation, (d) psychological segmentation, and (e) benefit segmentation. (2) MAN Yogyakarta III determines the position of educational services in the academic field with the development of the brand “Madrasah of The Champions” that leads to the vision of MAYOGA, namely Ultraprima. Market segmentation is the first thing that must be accomplished by the madrasah to achieve optimum marketing results, followed by positioning. Position or image formed by the institutions has a dominant role in influencing public attitudes toward madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the financial management and strategies deployed by Rumah Pintar (Rumpin) BAZNAS Piyungan Bantul Yogyakarta to improve the quality of education. Employing a qualitative approach, the data of this research is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data display and data verification. The results show that financial resources of Rumpin BAZNAS Piyungan are obtained from zakat through BAZNAS Center and through the allocation of costs in Rumpin that has increased from year to year. The improved allocation of costs were caused by the increasing need for services requested by the service recipients (mustahik). The result of the cost improvement is the increasing quality of education and services. It can be seen from the achievements obtained by Rumpin BAZNAS Piyungan which won number of awards such as the Best Rumpin in center development under the category of Non-Departmental body; received award of pustaka bakti tama penggerak buku (books reader movement for literary devotion) and several training certificates that can be used to find a job.

Abstract

This research was conducted to study the management of assets in Islamic educational institutions. Financial assets and human resources management are the key component needs to be managed professionally in order to produce qualified educational output in PPPA Daarul Qur'an, Yogyakarta branch. This is a descriptive qualitative research in which data were collected through interviews, documentation and observations. The results showed that: 1) wealth management of PPPA Daarul Qur'an Yogyakarta branch is carried out using the systemic-communicative concept. 2) analysed by Robert T. Kiyosaki quadrant, Non-human asset management in the form of fund management can be categorised as Sd (Student Donation) which comes from donors; Business that comes from the businesses owned by Daarul Qur'an; and Gd (Government and private donation) derived from the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program of several companies. The management was conducted through the principle of transparency, public accountability, efficiency and effectiveness. While human resource management refers to operational functions in the form of procurement, development, integration, maintenance, and separation. The implementation of wealth management can improve the quality of asset management in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Assessment is a key component for knowing the effectiveness ofthe learning process. The assessment method should have relevance withthe curriculum that applied in the educational institution. In the 2013curriculum, the relevant assessment method is an authentic assessment.This authentic assessment method measures the competence of attitudes,skills and knowledge of the students based on their processes and outcomes.This method is different with the previous curriculum assessment methodsthat always emphasize cognitive competence (knowledge) and tend to beoriented to exam results, in authentic assessment teachers always payattention to the balance competency between attitude competencyassessment, knowledge and skills that agree with the development ofcharacteristics according of student's steps. Based on the research,implementation of the authentic assessment at MIN Sidoarjo Pacitan didn’toptimally. Caused, the teacher’s ability of technical authentic assessment arenot capable.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the relevance of changing and developing of 2013 curriculum with nine intelligences theory (multiple intelligences) developed by Howard Gardner. The results show that 2013 curriculum contains the development dimension of multiple intelligences that can be seen in three areas, the first is the development of competencies which consists of four competency cores; those are spiritual attitude, social attitudes, knowledge and skills. In agrove of multiple intelligences, they belong to several kinds of intelligences such as the dimensions of existential, interpersonal, intrapersonal, linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, visual/spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, and naturalist/environment intelligence. The second is in the approach used in the form of a scientific approach, including; observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating. The third is the scoring system done by authentic assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the scramble learning model on the interest and learning outcomes of fourth grade mathematics at SDN Nanggulan. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, tests, interviews and documentation. Hypothesis testing using Multivariate Of Analysis Variance (MANOVA).To test the data analysis is done by using the SPSS application. The results showed that 1) There is an influence of the scramble learning model on the interest in learning mathematics of fourth grade students with the results of the univariate test analysis, namely the sig value. 0.037 < 0.05 and it can be said that Ha is accepted. 2) There is an influence of the scramble learning model on the fourth grade students' mathematics learning outcomes with the results of the univariate test analysis, namely the value of sig. 0.038 < 0.05 and it can be said that Ha is accepted. 3) There is an effect of the Scramble learning model on the interest and learning outcomes of fourth grade students in mathematics. This is based on the results of the multivariate test analysis, namely the results of the Pillai's Trace, Wilks' Lambda, Hotelling's Trace and Roy's Largest Root tests have a sig value. of 0.040 < 0.05 and it can be said that Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Peace education is a process of acquiring knowledge, development of attitudes, andbehaviors to be able to live mutually respectful, tolerant, peaceful, mutual aid, and nonviolence. Peace education that is conducted by “FPUB” is to bring into reality the true brotherhood among the believers that are realized by tolerance-active attitude, honesty, respect for religious freedom, and faith. The program is implemented in order to deradicalization of religious groups such as discussion and dialogue among religions, social solidarity action, peaceful action, and prayer together.

Abstract

This article is intended to express the basis of policy changes in curriculum 2013, the elements of changes, and the implications of changes in the 2013 curriculum learning system. The results show that the policy of the 2013 curriculum change is based on internal and external challenges that are faced by some Indonesian people in order to prepare for their future generations that are much more productive, creative, innovative, and effective. Curriculum policy in 2013 is intended to fulfill some existing shortcomings that are in the previous curriculum. Curriculum 2013 is compiled to develop and to strengthen attitudes, knowledge, and skills in a balanced way. The change of policy in 2013 regarding the four elements of curriculum changes are on Competency Standards (SKL), Content Standard (SI), Standard Process, and Assessment Standards. Furthermore, the learning system of curriculum policy changes in 2013 makes the impact on four issues, they are the learning models of thematic-integrated, scientific approach, active strategies, and authentic assessment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola proses inovasi pembelajaran pada mahasiswa Fakultas Agama Islam. Sejak penerapan penggunaan media sosial sebagai media pembelajaran, masih ada dosen yang belum memanfaatkan inovasi dalam pembelajarannya, sehingga penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pola inovasi identifikasi individu dan kebiasaan mahasiswa dalam tugas-tugasnya. Peneliti menggunakan studi kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengeksploitasi media sosial tidak semudah yang kita lihat, mengubah pola tontonan menjadi mengeksploitasinya membutuhkan banyak proses. Individu dapat mengidentifikasi dalam mengeksploitasi media sosial menjadi dua bagian, yaitu kelebihan dan kekurangannya, dan mereka dapat mengevaluasi diri mereka sendiri di mana proses inovasi, dominasi menunjukkan pola proses inovasi dimulai dari belum sadar, sadar, mengerti, percaya, mengambil tindakan.

Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the intricate relationship between personality dimensions, organizational culture, and their cumulative effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Al-Madani Majalengka Islamic Boarding School. Our study designates personality dimensions as the independent variable and organizational citizenship behavior as the dependent variable, with organizational culture serving as a control variable. We adopted a stratified random sampling method, culminating in a sample size of 178 respondents. Data were collected via questionnaires and subsequently analyzed through bivariate correlation techniques and partial correlation methods using SPSS version 26 software. Our bivariate correlation analysis revealed a significant, positive correlation between personality dimensions and organizational citizenship behavior. Simultaneously, partial analysis indicated that organizational culture could mediate the impact of personality dimensions on OCB. Therefore, we concluded that personality dimensions indeed significantly and positively impact OCB. However, to realize the potential of an individual's personality, it is paramount that a conducive organizational culture, encapsulating guidelines, values, and rules, is present to foster OCB at Al-Madani Islamic Boarding School Cikalong Majalengka.
