Abstract

Tlogosari Village Tutur District is a village that has a lot of natural potential, one of which is paprika. The development of paprika farming is large enough so that this research needs to be done with the aim to analyze efficiently on paprika farming in Tlogosari Village, Tutur Subdistrict, to see socio-economic factors that can affect profits on paprika farming in Tlogosari Village, Tutur District, and identify marketing efficiency paprika farming in Tlogosari Village, Tutur District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a purposive location determination and a sample of respondents as many as 33 people whose samples were taken by census. The results obtained from this study showed 1) the results of the R / C ratio showed efficient. 2) socio-economic factors that affect profit by using Unit Output Price (UOP) - Cobb Douglass analysis, namely seed costs, fertilizer costs, drug costs, and labor costs. 3) marketing efficiency in paprika farming in Tlogosari village, Tutur sub-district was declared efficient.

Abstract

Abstract The research objective was to determine the corn marketing channel and the efficiency of corn marketing in Lenteng District, Sumenenp Regency. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis which consists of three approaches namely (a) Marketing Margin (b) Market Integration and (c) Price Transmission Elasticity. The results of qualitative data analysis explain that there are two marketing channels, namely Channel I: Farmers, middlemen, Collector Traders, Channel II: Farmers, Middlemen, wholesalers, consumers. Channel III: farmers, middlemen, wholesalers, retailers, consumers. Marketing functions carried out by farmers: sales. Middlemen: purchases, weighing, loading and unloading, transportation and sales. Collectors: purchases, weighing, loading and unloading, transportation, packaging, depreciation, retribution and sales. Wholesalers: purchasing, weighing, loading and unloading, transportation, depreciation or sorting, levies and sales. The results of quantitative data analysis indicate that the market structure leads to the oligopoli market, this can be seen from the transmission price elasticity (η) of 1.7.Keyword : efficiency of marketing, strawberry fruit, line of marketing

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze social-economic factors that affect the rice farming income. The study was held in the village of sukorejo, denkorejo, the ponorogo district that was selected on purpose (purposive method). The method of sampling was used randomly by the number of respondents as many as 50 people. Data analytical methods used in this research are the Cobb-Douglas model with the unit output price technique or UOP Cobb Douglas Profit Funtion (UOP-CDPF) . The results of the analysis indicate that a large number of rice farmers in the village of sukorejo are profitable and efficient. Further, it is found that factors that have a real effect on income are the price of urea, the price of phonska fertilizer, and the wages of labor. Factors that have no effect on income are aducation, family members, the price of organic fertilizer, the cost of fertilizer, and medicine. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is To determine the effect of land area, seeds, manure, TSP fertilizer, pesticides and labor on the production of shallot farming in Banjarejo Village. Analysis of the data used is by multiple regression analysis with cobb-Douglas function. The results of this study are the While the factors that significantly influence the production of shallots are the area of land, seeds and KCL fertilizer while the factors that do not affect the production of shallots are urea, TSP fertilizer, Za fertilizer, drugs and labor. Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of farm income sweet corn hybrids in the village Bocek District of Karangploso Malang, determine the factors of production on the farm production of sweet corn hybrids in the village Bocek District of Karangploso Malang, analyze optimizing the use of factors of production of sweet corn hybrids in the Village Bocek Karangploso District of Malang. This research determined by purposive sampling in the village Bocek Karangploso District of Malang using simple random method using 40 samples of hybrid sweet corn growers. The analytical method used is cobb-Douglass function analysis and analysis of allocative efficiency of production inputs (NPMX / PX). The results showed the value of R / C ratio of 2.36, which means profitable and viable. Production factors which significantly affect the farming of sweet corn hybrid that is the seed and manure. Farmers in the allocation of production inputs is not efficient, because the value NPMX / PX of both factors of production is greater than 1. So in alokaatif, use of production factors have not been efficient hybrid sweet corn that need to be added use.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the cost, revenue, income and R / C ratio and to find out how the influence of socio-economic factors on the income of onion farming in the study area. The research approach was obtained from data directly from red onion farmers in Torongrejo Village, Junrejo District, Batu City. The sampling method is done in a simple random sample and Slovin calculation. The analytical method used is the R / C ratio and the cobb-douglass income function.Based on the results of the analysis carried out obtained an average cost of Rp. 18,087,290 / Ha / MT, receipt of Rp. 28,824,000 / Ha / MT, income of Rp. 10,736,706 / Ha / MT and R / C ratio of 1.6. Based on the analysis of Cobb Douglass's income function which has a significant effect on socio-economic factors that affect the income of onion farming, namely age and cost with a probability value of less than 0.05.Keywoard : Factors socio economic, revenue

Abstract

This study aims to 1) To determine of efficiency of melon farming in Krejengan Village. 2) To analyze the factors that influence the profitability of melon farming in Krejengan Village. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods with sampling methods using the random sampling. Analysis of the data used is the Cobb Douglass profit function with the Unit Output Price technique or UOP of Cobb Douglass Profit Function (UOP-CDPF). The study obtained the results that: 1) The results of the study note the benefits of melon farming of Rp. 12,351,858.29 per hectare every planting and R / C Ratio of 2.33, that melon farming in Krejengan Village is profitable and efficient. 2) The results of multiple regression analysis of Cobb Douglass profit function model, independent variables that affect profit is land area, the price of seeds, the price of urea, and the price of drugs at a 90% confidence level. While the independent variables that do not affect profit are the age variable, the price of organic fertilizer, the price of phonska fertilizer, labor.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze business feasibility and analyze the factors that influence the risk of patchouli farming production in Trenggalek Regency. The data used are primary data from observations and interviews conducted in October-November 2018 in Tanggaran Village, Jombok Village, and Pakel Village, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency with samples used, a number of 45 patchouli farmers. The data analysis technique uses R/C ratio calculation analysis and Cobb-Douglass multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the average R/C Ratio obtained is Rp. 1.54 which means every Rp. 1 fee will generate revenue of Rp. 1.54, patchouli farming is still feasible. Production risk analysis shows the variables of urea are risk-inducing factors, while season dummies are risk reduction factor. There needs to be assistance with the use of production inputs and agricultural insurance that can provide protection to patchouli farmers in anticipation of production risks.Keywords: patchouli, farming, feasibility, production risk.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe way government is going to repair to special harves in ponorogo is by giving the innovation of the hybrid seed. This is the concept of tang development done and spearheaded by the agricultural research center (BPTP) in East Java. But farmers are still reluctant to aplly these new inovations. The study was intented it know the difference in revenue between the farm farmers and the inbred farm farmers and to figure out the aconimic social factor the effected farmers adopt the innovation if paddy sheed hybrid using a logic model analysis. The activity is done in the village of Sukorejo with a sampling of the simple random sampling method of interviewing 50 responders. Being a social economic in the education, the income and frequency following the elightened ones are an influential factor to the farmers in the process of adopting innovation of the hybrid seed. The farmers who adopt the seeds of the new hybrid to continue increases in the effort to increase the production of grain that will eventually improve farmers income.Key words: Paddy, adoption

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian Analisis pendapatan Home Industri roti kopi Maestro ini bertujuan untukmenganalisa pendapatan, efisiensi dan nilai tambah pada Home Industri roti kopi Maestro.Dalam penelitian ini metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan metode data sekunder dandata primer yaitu Pengambilan data secara langsung dari pelaku usaha home industri roti kopiMaestro yang berada di Kedungkandang Kota Malang dengan menggunakan data primer dandata sekunder yang diperoleh dari wawancara langsung dengan pelaku home industri.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan rata-rata home industri roti kopi maestroadalah Rp. 11.041.600/bulan. Untuk analisa efisiensi (RC Ratio) rata-rata adalah 2,24.Kata Kunci : Analisis Pendapatan, nilai tambah.
