Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between demographic factors, training and developing the performance of employees in BPS Kapuas District of Central Kalimantan. This research is a quantitative study menggunakam testing methods Spearman Rank Order Correlation analysis of the overall employee population BPS Kapuas totaling 22 people. The results showed that partially each variable X (Demographic factors (X1), Training (X2) and Development (X3)) positively and significantly related to performance (Y). The relationship of each variable X (Factor Demographics, Training and Development) simultaneously be in a very strong category with a variable Y (Performance). Among the tested three variables X, Development variable (X3) have the Spearman Rank correlation coefficient greatest

Abstract

This Research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and discipline of good work simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees in the Religious M artapura. Objects of this study is the Religious Martapura located at Jalan Albasia Banjar Regency. This research is quantitative research that aims to clarify (Explanatory Research) with a saturated sampling techniques in data collection. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 44 civil servants at the Religious Martapura, located in Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. Data were analyzed by multiple regression with SPSS. The results of hypothesis show that the three proposed hypotheses can be accepted, so it can be concluded that the motivation and work discipline significantly affect on employee performance the Religious Courts Martapura either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

This research aimed to identify and analyze the influence of kaizen which consist of seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3), seikestu (X4), and shitsuke (X5) as independent variables either simultaneously or partially to the employees’ performance (Y) as dependent variable at PT Fumakilla Indonesia, Banjarmasin unit. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire and then it distributed to all production employees (105 people) at PT Fumakilla Indonesia, Banjarmasin Unit based on a sample census. The variable measured by using Likert Scale from 1 to 5. Multiple linear regression analysis also used to determine the effect of independent variables, namely seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3), seikestu (X4), and shitsuke (X5) to the dependent variable, that is employees’ performance (Y) simultaneously or partially. The results indicate that kaizen which consist of seiri (X1), seiton (X2), seiso (X3), seikestu (X4), and shitsuke (X5) simultaneously affect the employees’ performance (Y). Whereas, as partially, only seiri (X1), seiton (X2), and seiso (X3) significantly have influence to the employees’ performance, whereas seikestu (X4) and shitsuke (X5) have no significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) as independent variables either simultaneously or partially on the performance of the employee Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Katingan. As well as to determine, which dominant variable effect on performance employees. The methods of this research are using questionnaires with a sample of 63 employees of the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Katingan. Measurement variables using Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5. To determine the effect of work motivation variables (X1) and work discipline variable (X2) on employee performance, using by linear regression analysis and to test the significant level using the F test and t-test with SPSS . The results simultaneously and partially suggests that work motivation variables (X1) and work discipline variable (X2) significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the study also showed, that motivational variables (X1) is the most dominant variables on performance Department of Transportation employee, Communication and Information Katingan

Abstract

This research aimed to know and analyse influence of organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation either partial and simultaneus on doctor’s performance in Ulin hospital region general service office Banjarmasin. The purpose of this study is explanatory research. Research sample stipulating technique that used stratified proporsional random sampling, got research sample as much as 112 respondents from population 157 person. Data analysis with multiple linear regression analysis, uses SPSS 17.0 program. Result of F test and t test indicate that organizational commitment, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation have positive and significant influence on doctor’s performance either through partial and simultaneous. Intrinsic motivation have biggest influence on doctor’s performance, caught up by extrinsic motivation and organizational commitment

Abstract

Era global menuntut segala sektor bersiap menghadapi era VUCA tak kecuali Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN). PTN tidak hanya sebagai pusat ilmu pengetahuan, pusat penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tetapi juga suatu entitas korporasi penghasil ilmu yang perlu bersaing untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidupnya. Banyak PTN sudah melakukan reformasi tata Kelola Pendidikan untuk menjadi PTN yang berdaya saing. Tiga jenis statuta tata Kelola PT yaitu Satker, PTN BLU, dan PTN BH. Kesiapan untuk berubah menjadi kunci dalam rangka PTN untuk menanggapi dengan cepat dan berhasil berubah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan terkait kesiapan untuk berubah PTN. Metode kegiatan berupa seminar online melalui aplikasi Zoom Meetings dengan tema “Tantangan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dalam Kesiapan untuk Berubah” terbagi menjadi 3 sesi penyampaian materi. Peserta berasal dari pegawai PTN di Indonesia yang berjumlah 105 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta memahami konsep kesiapan untuk berubah dan aplikasinya dalam rangka menuju perubahan status PTN. Kegiatan ini penting dilaksanakan karena untuk melakukan perubahan status PTN salah satunya dengan memberikan pemahaman kepada Sumber Daya Manusia akan pentingnya perubahan karena SDM merupakan faktor penentu dalam kesuksesan perubahan organisasi.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan haruslah dipertahankan atau ditingkatkan guna mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan. Sebab, kinerja karyawan adalah salah satu komponen penentu kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan dapat terpengaruh dari beberapa faktor, yaitu:kepemimpinan partisipatif, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini berjenis eksplanatif kausalitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para karyawan non-manajemen Divisi Coal Processing and Barge Loading (CPBL) PT Adaro Indonesia, yang bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun, berjumlah 267 orang karyawan. Dari teknik sampling stratified random sampling didapat sebanyak 160 responden, dengan distribusiproportional sampling. Responden yang mengembalikan kuesioner sebanyak 130 responden atau 81% respon dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif analisis dan regresi linear berganda. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dengan tingkatkepercayaan 95%. Hasil uji hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja karyawan (p=0,000), terdapat pengaruh signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (p=0,000) dan terdapat pengaruh signifikanpula kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (p=0,048). Dengan kesimpulan tersebut dapat diambil rumusan bahwa kepemimpinan partisipatif, kompensasi dan kepuasaan kerja yang diterima dan dirasakan karyawan, berdampak terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AdaroIndonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of compensation, organizational commitment, and work environment on employee performance at PT Sarana Daya Mandiri Banjarmasin. This research is explanatory research, which is a study that highlights between variables and tests the hypotheses that have been formulated. The type of research used is associative (causal relationship), which aims to know the relationship between two or more variables. The research sample was as many as 36 respondents who were employees at PT Sarana Daya Mandiri Banjarmasin. Data analysis techniques are used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation, organizational commitment and work environment simultaneously and partially affect employee performance. This indicates that if these three factors increase, it will directly impact the improvement of employee performance. Based on these results, the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

An organization needs to increase its attention to the quality of its employees, both in terms of the quality of knowledge and skills, career, and level of welfare, so as to improve employee performance to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment on job satisfaction for employees of the population and the civil registration office of Barito Kuala Regency. This research is an explanatory causality study with a quantitative approach. The research location is the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The subjects of this study were all staff who worked at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Barito Kuala Regency, totaling 70 people. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale technique with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To determine the effect of the variables studied, multiple linear regression analysis was used. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. The higher the work motivation of an employee, the lower the level of job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In conclusion, the higher the organizational commitment that exists in an employee, the higher the level of job satisfaction of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Barito Kuala Regency.
