Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as the intervening variable. The object of this research is the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjannasin. In accordance with the above objectives, in this study four hypotheses have been formulated. The sampling of this research used saturated sample method by using the entire population as the samples. This study used 50 respondents, and all respondents were the staff of general administration and finance of Islam Hospital, Banjarmasin. To facilitate the problem solving, this research was conducted by using regression analysis, path analysis and Sobel Test with the help ofSPSS V.23 The results of this study indicated that leadership style had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect onjob satisfaction. Organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive and significant effect as the intervening variable/mediation between leadership style and job satisfaction

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance. The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test. The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study produces constant of 0354 stating that if there is no work Morivasi ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) then job satisfaction is equal to 0.354 . Regression coefficient of work motivation ( x1 ) of 0.396 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point will increase the job satisfaction of job satisfaction on job satisfaction assuming 0.396 ( x2 ) fixed . Job satisfaction regression coefficient ( x2 ) of 0.688 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point of work motivation will increase employee job satisfaction in 0688 with the notion of work motivation ( x1 ) remains.Significant test simultaneously / together ( test statistic F ) result in calculated F value of 78 145. At Kalsel Bank Syariah Kandangan or it can be said that the work motivation ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) jointly affect the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan South Kalimantan. Calculations using the t -test, concluded that motivation is a significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan Kalsel zero hypothesis ( Ho ) is rejected and Ha accepted, so this hypothesis has been tested empirically

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of performance appraisal and workmotivation towardthe job satisfaction of employees in the BKD of Tanah Laut District.The population of this research is 41 people by using Multiple Regression Analysis Method. It is performed to determine whether the independent variable (performance appraisal and work motivation) partially influence the dependent variable (job satisfaction).The results on the BKD of Tanah Laut District indicate the absence of significant influence partially between the independent variables of performance appraisal toward the dependent variable of job satisfaction as well as the independent variable of work motivation which shows positive and significant influence on the dependent variable of job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job stress (X1), compensation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) as independent variables either partially or simultaneously toward turnover intention (Y) as the dependent variable on contract employees of PT. Gagah Satria Manunggal Banjarmasin. The method of this research used a questionnaire with 45 contract employees of PT. GSM Banjarmasin as the samples and they were selected from population of 54 employees. The variables were measured using Likert scale technique with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To analyze the variables X1, X2, X3 to Y, statistical technique of multiple linear regression analysis was used, and to test the significance rate, F test was used, and t test was processed with the SPSS software application program. The results of the research concluded that there was a positive significant influence from each independent variable toward the dependent variable. From the three independent variables, job stress had a dominant influence compared with two other independent variables. And there was a significant simultaneously influence from the three independent variables towards the employee’s turnover intention.

Abstract

This Research is to analyze the effect of Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) to the employee performance of Inspectorate South Kalimantan Province. All of The employee are involved as the samples, 81. Data are the perception of the employee regarding the variables. Technique of analysis is using multiple linear regression. Tests involved are Model Test (F), t Test, and classic Assumption test. Significant Test is connected to pvalue. The results show that (1) Intellectual Quotient (IQ) is influencing insignificantly to the employee performance; (2) Emotional Quotient (EQ) is influencing insignificantly to the employee performance; (3) Spiritual Quotie nt (SQ) is influencing significantly to the employee performance. The results also indicate that such effects need further research. Variables should be considered are attitude, operating standar and Technology.

Abstract

This research was aimed to simultaneously analyze the significantly positive effect of organizational culture characteristics, locus of control and work discipline towards employee performance at PD PAL Banjarmasin; also to partially analyze the significantly positive effect of organizational culture characteristics, locus of control, and work discipline towards employee performance at PD PAL Banjarmasin. The type of this research was explanatory research. All population became the samples in this research. The information collection of 53 employees who acted as the respondents in this research was done by using questionnaire arranged in 5 Likert Scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple determination coefficient, as well as F test and t test. The result of this research showed that the variable of organizational culture characteristics, locus of control and work discipline simultaneously has a significantly positive effect towards employee performance at PD PAL Banjarmasin. The organizational culture characteristics partially does not have a positive and significant effect towards employee performance. Partially the locus control has a significantly positive effect towards employee performance. Work discipline partially has a significantly positive effect towards employee performance. The implication to the management, based on the result of this research, is (1) the implementation of the organizational culture characteristics needs to be socialized among employee of PD PAL, and (2) a strong control on the locus control and discipline is needed to improve the employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1. Analyze performance benefits and working discipline simultaneously on the performance of civil servants on Agriculture Quarantine Class I Banjarmasin. 2. Analyze the performance benefits on the performance of civil servants at the Institute for Agriculture Quarantine Class I Banjarmasin. 3. Analyze labor discipline on the performance of civil servants on Agriculture Quarantine Class I Banjarmasin. Explanatory research, the sampling technique using saturated sampling technique with the number of respondents is 66 civil servants. The research instrument used questionnaires and measurement interval scale variable with the characteristics of the respondents were civil servants at the Institute for Agriculture Quarantine Class I Banjarmasin who receive performance benefits since 2012. Allowance performance (X1) and discipline (X2) as independent variables to be tested simultaneously (Simultaneous) influence on the performance of civil servants (Y) as the dependent variable. Examine the effect of direct (partial) performance benefits (X1) on the performance of civil servants (Y) and examine the effect of direct (partial) labor discipline (X2) on the performance of civil servants (Y). The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using analytical tools such as validity, reliability, and multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption using multicollinearity test, test heterokedastisitas, test for normality and linearity test, to test the hypothesis by using the F test and t test with IBM SPSS version 19 program. The study states that the benefits of performance (X1) and discipline (X2) positive and significant impact on the performance of civil servants (Y). Performance benefits (X1) significant positive effect on the performance of civil servants (Y) and discipline (X2) significant positive effect on the performance of civil servants (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of demographic characteristics such as: Age, Gender, Work Period, marital status, Status Employment, Income, Number of dependents and education level as well as Organizational Climate either simultaneously or partially on the Quality of Work Life lecturer Polytechnic Health Banjarmasin. The research method using a questionnaire with non-probability technique and accidental sampling obtained a sample of 69 lecturers from the Polytechnic Banjarmasin health of the population of 102 people. Measurements made with Likert scale variables and multiple linear regression analysis using software Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 17. The research concludes that there is a significant effect simultaneously on two independent variables: demographic characteristics and organizational climate on the dependent variable: Quality of Work Life, while only partially Organizational Climate variables which indicate a significant influence on the Quality of Work Life Lecturer Polytechnic Banjarmasin

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction (X1) and Transformational Leadership Style (X2) as independent variables either simultaneously or partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) as the dependent variable in the Civil Service Tanah Laut District Land Office. This research method using a questionnaire to 32 employees in Tanah Laut District Land Office as a sample. Sampling technique used is the Census methods. Variable measurement technique Likert scale with a weight scale from 1 to 5. To analyze the influence of variables Job Satisfaction and Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) using multiple linear regression statistical techniques. The results showed that the variables job satisfaction and Transformational Leadership Style jointly significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior PNS Tanah Laut District Land Office. Variables Job Satisfaction partially not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior PNS Tanah Laut District Land Office. Variable Transformational Leadership Style partially not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior PNS Tanah Laut District Land Office.
