Abstract

Abstrak Di dalam pembiayaan gadai emas Syariah (rahn) dilakukan oleh Rahin (pemilik barang) dan Al-Murtahin (penerima barang) dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya bagi pemilik barang dengan menggadaikan barang tersebut sesuai prinsip Syariah. Pembiayaan gadai emas Syariah (rahn) memiliki prosedur yang dilalui hingga barang gadai tersebut kembali dimiliki oleh pemiliknya atau tidak, dan juga memiliki risiko-risiko yang melekat pada prosedur pembiayaan gadai emas. Sehingga diperlukan adanya manajemen risiko dalam prosedur pembiayaan gadai emas Syariah (rahn) supaya segala risiko yang ada dapat diminimalisir dan dapat diantisipasi dengan baik, demi terciptanya pembiayaan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam salah satu produk pembiayaan gadai emas di perbankan Syariah.Penelitian  ini  termasuk  penelitian  analisis deskripstif.  Metode  analisis  yang digunakan  adalah  metode  kualitatif.  Serta dalam menguji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis manajemen risiko dalam prosedur pembiayaan gadai emas di BJB Syariah KCP Kuningan memiliki 10 prosedur yang dilalui dalam pembiayaan gadai emas Syariah dengan ketentuan tertentu di setiap prosedurnya yakni permohonan pembiayaan, penaksiran barang gadai, pelunasan penuh, pelunasan sebagian, perpanjangan, SP 1 s/d SP 2 atau setara 3, lelang, kuasa lelang, penjualan dan pelunasan atau penutupan pada sistem. Dan memiliki risiko yang ada pada setiap prosedur pembiayaan gadai emas Syariah (rahn) dilihat secara umum dan dilihat dari beberapa risiko yang dimiliki perbankan. Serta  pada setiap prosedurnya memiliki manajemen risiko dalam satu kesatuan prosedur yang dilalui. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Risiko, Prosedur Pembiayaan, Gadai Emas          Abstract Financing hearts of gold pawn in sharia (Rahn) conducted by Rahin (owner of goods) and Al-Murtahin (recipient Goods) with the aim to meet their needs review For the owner of the goods to pawn with Goods Under Sharia. Abstract

AbstrakSaat ini santri pada Pondok Pesantren bukan saja bertujuan untuk santri pandai mengaji saja melainkan mengajarkan tentang kewirausahaan untuk bekal hidup dalam bermasyarakat, ilmu agama sebagai bekal akhirat dan menjaga dari perbuatan-perbuatan yang syubhat sedangkan kewirausahaan mendidik santri untuk menjadi santri yang mandiri, dua hal terbut akan selalu beriringan untuk menjadikan santri yang sukses dunia dan akhirat. Maka dari itu, pesantren menyambut baik dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih, karena dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat laju pendidikannya dalam memperoleh santri dengan menjadikannya  teknologi sebagai media promosi dan komunikasi. Ulama salaf pernah mengatakan “ambillah sesuatu yang baru selagi itu baik, dan jangan tinggalkan yang lama yang masih relevan untuk digunakan”. Dalam hal ini Pondok Pesantren dapat mengembangkan kewirausahaannya untuk kemajuan perekonomian guna menopang laju kesejahteraan bagi seluruh santri, ustadz, karyawan dan seluruh civitas akademik, hal tersebut tidak menafikan kebiasaan kegiatan yang ada di pondok pesantren pada umunya, yaitu sekolah, ngaji dan masih banyak lagi kegiatan yang dapat membentuk karakter anak yang menjadi lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Pondok Pesantren, kewirausahaan, dan santri

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan institusional dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor tekstil dan garment product di BEI periode 2013-2016.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur tekstil dan sub-sektor garmen yang sudah dan masih terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan diperoleh 10 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan panel data regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dibuktikan dengan nilai t sebesar 3,9157 dan signifikansi 0,0004. Leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, terbukti dengan nilai t sebesar 2,7891 dan signifikansi 0,0083. Kepemilikan Institusional dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, terbukti dengan nilai t dalam jumlah 10,0295 dengan signifikansi 0,0003. Nilai adjusted R2 diperoleh dalam jumlah 0,3165. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional dan leverage mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan sebesar 31,65% dan sisanya sebesar 68,35% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Kepemilikan Institusional, Leverage, dan Nilai Perusahaan    Abstract The research method that was used in this research was descriptive and verification method with quantitative approach. The population in this research was all manufacturing companies textile and garment sub-sector already and still listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. The samples was taken by using purposive sampling method, and acquired 10 companies. The  analysis data technique that was used data panel of regression. The results of research showed that the institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value, it was proved by the value of t in the amount of 3.915728 and the significance of 0.0004. Leverage has a positive and significant impact on firm value, it was proved by the value of t in the amount of 2.78913 and the significance of 0.0083. Institutional ownership and leverage effects to firm value, it was proved by the value of t in the amount of 10.02950 with significance of 0.000331. The value of adjusted R2 acquired in the amount 0.316497. This showed that institutional ownership and leverage influenced firm value in the amount of 31.65% and remaining in the amount of 68.35% influenced by other factors that was observed in this research. Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Leverage, and Firm Value

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of determining factors to the firm value, the gap phenomenon that the increase in the stock price index of the manufacturing sector is only slightly compared to the IDX Composite. Whereas the manufacturing sector are expected to have strong financial performance in contributing to the economy. This research uses a quantitative approach, with purposive sampling, obtained a sample of 110 the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010 - 2017, using multiple linear regression. The results show that the dividend policy and profitability affect the firm value, while managerial ownership and board size are the opposite. This finding is interesting, the increase in the firm value of manufacturing sector is determined by dividend and profit policies, not manager incentives and monitoring of the board, because in general the company's the managers and board are held by the majority shareholder. Keywords: firm value, dividend policy, managerial ownership, board size, and profitability.

AbastrakSalah satu upaya strategi tersebut adalah melalui penerapan bauran pemasaran jasa (service marketing mix). Abstract

AbstrakSebagian besar wilayah Indonesia adalah terdiri dari lautan dan memiliki potensi kelautan cukup besar, dengan potensi yang dimiliki tersebut seharusnya dapat mensejahterakan kehidupan masyarakat nelayan yang menggantungkan hidup pada potensi kelautan (maritim) tersebut. Namun kenyataannya, kehidupan masyarakat nelayan senantiasa dilanda kemiskinan, bahkan kehidupan nelayan sering diidentikkan dengan kemiskinan. [1] tingkat kesejahteraan para pelaku perikanan (nelayan) pada saat ini masih di bawah sektor-sektor lain, termasuk sektor pertanian agraris. Nelayan (khususnya nelayan buruh dan nelayan tradisional) merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang dapat digolongkan sebagai lapisan sosial yang paling miskin diantara kelompok masyarakat lain di sektor pertanian. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh data bahwa nelayan desa wuwur masih menjaga tradisi-tradisi yang diwariskan dari nenek moyang seperti nyadran dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci : Tradisi, Sosial, Masyarakat pesisir

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the tendency of accounting fraud at BUMN banks in Kuningan Regency. This study uses descriptive and verifiative methods. Sampled in this study as many as 95 employees of BUMN banks in Kuningan Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using Lisrel. The results showed that information asymmetry has a positive effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, spiritual intelligence negatively affects the tendency of accounting fraud, the morality of the leadership has no effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, the suitability of compensation negatively affects the tendency of accounting fraud and good governace has no effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Keywords: information asymmetry, spiritual intelligence, morality of the leadership, the suitability of compensation, good governace, the tendency of accounting fraud

Abstract

The purpose of this study would be to see how certain variables, such as Store Atmosphere and Hedonic Shopping Motivation, influenced impulse purchases. There are some linear regression models used. The authentication function’s goal is to determine the validity of such a hypothesis, which also is achieved by collecting data from its surrounding region. The purposive method is a strategy that is related to specific criteria, and the sample throughout this study was made up of buyers from modern retail outlets within Kuningan Regency. There were just as many about 96 people who took part in the study. The amount was rounded towards 100 participants to make work successful. The environment of modern major retailers and hedonic shopping motivation does have a positive impact on impulse buying.

Abstract

Being helpless, unwelcome, and lacking a sense of freedom are the three characteristics of poverty. A country that is said to be prosperous can be seen from high economic growth. Economic growth influences reducing the problem of poverty. The lower the level of poverty will cause various kinds of socio-economic problems in a country. This study aims to find the direct and indirect effect of the independent variables, namely the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU), Regional Original Income (PAD), and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on Poverty through Economic Growth. The research is a quantitative study using the regression analysis method by combining cross-section and time series data using Eviews 9.0 Software. This study took the object of research in 29 regencies in West Java Province for the period 2016 - 2020. Panel data source from the provincial annual report, Director General of Balance, Ministry of Finance, West Java BPS. The results of the study show that general allocation funds have a significant effect on economic growth. Special allocation funds have a significant effect on economic growth. However, local revenue does not have a significant effect on economic growth. This study contributes that the economic improvement plays an important role in reducing poverty.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the implementation of integrated marketing communication conducted by private universities in Kuningan Regency and analyze the influence of integrated marketing communication performance which includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relation, and direct marketing on private university image. The method used was descriptive and verificative method conducted by collecting primary data in the field from private university students in Kuningan Regency. Based on the results of data processing and hypothesis testing, it was known that integrated marketing communication consisting of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relation, and direct marketing simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant impact on private university image. The simultaneous influence is 38.7%, which meant there was still much influence outside the implementation of integrated marketing communication that affected private university image. The biggest influence was sales promotion.
