Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam keberhasian suatu bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada usaha jasa kebersihan CV. 88 Klinik Resik Semarang. Dengan menganalisis dampak harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta memberikan seberapa besar kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pengalaman pelanggan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyelidiki hubungan secara simultan antara kedua variabel tersebut, menyoroti pentingnya harga yang kompetitif dan pelayanan yang berkualitas tinggi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen secara keseluruhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menyusun strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel harga nilali t tabel 6.391 > 1.985 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, artinya secara parsial variabel harga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan niali t tabel 5.408 > 1.985 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, artinya secara palrsial variabe kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil pembahasan untuk lokasi dan kualitals pelayanan terhadap kepuasaln konsumen dapat diketahui bahwa diperoleh nilali F hitung sebesar 220,275 yang lebih besar dari nilai F tabel (3,09) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan kurang dari 0,05. Dengan demikian hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the factors that influence purchase intention for premium sportswear that carries out online shopping entrepreneurship. The population in this study were all customers at premium sportswear PT A. The sample obtained was 100 respondents using purposive sampling. The research results show that consumer reviews have a positive effect on purchase intention. Product originality has a positive effect on purchase intention. User interface has a positive effect on purchase intention. Delivery has a positive effect on purchase intention. Customer reviews, product originality, user interface, and delivery have a positive influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial attitudes and business capital on the income of processed food MSMEs in Jepara district. The population in this research are all entrepreneurs who are members of the MSME Center for processed food products in Jepara Regency with a total of 70 people. The sample used is a saturated sample, so everything is the population. The research results show that the entrepreneurial attitude variable partially has a positive and significant effect on MSME income. The business capital variable partially has a positive and significant effect on MSME income. The variables of entrepreneurial attitude and business capital simultaneously influence MSME income. Having capital, business experience, assisted by an entrepreneurial attitude can increase business income.

Abstract

Used newspapers are one type of waste commonly found in household and office environments. If not managed properly, this waste can increase the burden of environmental pollution. To address this issue, a creative and innovative approach is needed through recycling activities that can transform used newspapers into useful and economical products, such as baskets, photo frames, and various household accessories. In addition to contributing to waste management, this activity also has the potential to create environmentally friendly business opportunities. Thus, the development of recycling skills for used newspapers can empower the community to be more environmentally conscious and improve economic welfare sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of education level and labor absorption on the poverty rate, with the unemployment rate as an intervening variable in Cirebon Regency, using data from 2011 to 2023. The method used in this research is a quantitative analysis method with path analysis. The data type used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Cirebon Regency, including data on education levels, labor absorption (the number of employed people), unemployment, and poverty rates from 2011 to 2023. Data processing in this study uses IBM SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate no significant effect of education level on the unemployment rate, a negative and significant impact of labor absorption on the unemployment rate, a significant effect of education level on the poverty rate, a negative and significant impact of labor absorption on the poverty rate, no significant effect of the unemployment rate on the poverty rate, and that the unemployment rate is not an intervening variable between education level and the poverty rate. Still, it is an intervening variable between labor absorption and the poverty rate.

Abstract

Penggunaan sosial media mengalami peningkatan pesat dewasa ini termasuk dalam penggunaannya sebagai platform untuk transasksi bisnis. Perubahan perilaku membeli konsumen dari pembelian offline ke pembelian secara online mendukung tingginya penggunaan sosial media oleh masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia bahkan dunia. Salah satu platform yang banyak digunakan masyarakat sebagai ajang transaksi bisnis secara online adalah marketplace facebook. Hal ini membuat banyak pelaku bisnis mempromosikan produk atau jasa melalui platform tersebut dengan berbagai alasan diantaranya adalah kemudahan akses, tidak dikenakan biaya serta dapat mempromosikan aneka ragam produk. Sosialisasi sekaligus pelatihan digital marketing yang dilakukan terhadap masyarakat desa Mangunsari kecamatan Gunungpati ini bertujuan untuk lebih memperkenalkan fungsi marketplace facebook agar dapat digunakan sebagai sarana promosi dengan optimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between promotions and Shopee consumer satisfaction among employees of PT Morich Indo Fashion 2 Karangjati, Semarang Regency. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The research population was employees of PT Morich Indo Fashion 2, totaling 2,000 people. The sample calculation uses the Issac and Michael formula with a sample size of 95 respondents. The sample was selected or purposive random sampling, namely employees of PT Morich Indo Fashion 2 Karangjati who used Shopee. The measurement technique uses a 5-level Likert scale. For promotion, it uses a scale of very good, good, quite good, not good and very not good. Meanwhile, consumer satisfaction uses a scale of very satisfied, satisfied, quite satisfied, dissatisfied and very dissatisfied. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table and analyzed using cross tabulation. Based on the results of research on respondents (employees) of PT Morich Indo Fashion, Shopee promotions were very good and consumers were satisfied, namely 4 people (4%). A total of 82 people (86%) said the promotion was good and consumers were satisfied. A total of 9 people (10%) stated that Shopee promotions were quite good and consumers were satisfied. So it can be concluded that the better the promotion, the more satisfied the consumer will be and conversely, the less good the Shopee promotion, the less satisfied the consumer will be. The suggestions that can be given for promotions are that Shopee needs to pay attention to the content of advertising messages so that it is easier for consumers to understand, the seller's response must be good and apologize when consumers make claims, promotions on Shoppe must be made more attractive compared to other e-commerce. Shoppe must improve its good name as an e-commerce by providing publicity regarding the cheapest guarantee claims and free shipping guarantees. Meanwhile, suggestions for consumer satisfaction that shops or sellers on Shopee must maintain and improve the quality of the products sold so that they meet consumer desires, are always carried out before the goods are sent. quality control so that the goods received are not recorded/rejected. The product display in the application should use product photos that correspond to reality. When consumers make a purchase, it is best to pack it on that day and hand it over directly to the expedition so that it can be sent to the consumer immediately.
