Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of the articulation type cooperative learning model on the activeness of PAK learning of students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the articulation type cooperative learning model on the PAK learning activeness of students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research method used is descriptive and inferential quantitative. The population of all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians totaling 163 people. The sample was determined by simple random sampling technique (random sample) of 30% of the total population of 49 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value of rcount = 0.512> rtable = 0.281 and tcount = 4.086> ttable = 2.021 shows a positive and significant relationship. b) Regression equation. c) Determination test is known to be the influence of 26.21%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount = 16.568> Ftabel = 3.23 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the articulation type cooperative learning model on the activeness of PAK learning of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 Learning Year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant effect of Parenting on Adolescent Behavior in Jumateguh Village, Siempat Nempu Sub-District, Dairi Regency in 2022. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive statistics. The population is all teenagers aged 15-17 years in Jumateguh Village Siempat Nempu Dairi Regency in 2022 as many as 313 students and a sample of 64 people was determined using random sampling technique. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 38 items, namely 16 items for variable X and 22 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis show that there is a Positive and Significant Influence Between Parental Parenting on the Behavior of Adolescents aged 15-17 years in Jumateguh Village, Siempat Nempu District, Dairi Regency in 2022: 1). Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.488> rtable (a=0.05, n = 64) = 0.244. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount = 4.400> ttable (a=0.05, dk = n-2 = 62) = 2.000. 2) Effect test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂ = "26.98"+0.84X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 23.8%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fhitung> Ftabel = (a=0.05, dk numerator k = 20, dk denominator = n-2 = 64-2 = 62), namely 19.36> 1.39. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Abstract. Christian Religion Extension Workers face great challenges in carrying out their duties, so they require a high work ethics to maximize their performance. The aim of this research was to analyze various factors that influence the performance of Christian Religion Extension Workers. Through quantitative research, an analysis of factors was carried out that had a significant influence on the work ethics of Christian Religion Extension Workers at the Ministry of Religion, Toba Regency. The research result showed that among the career development system factor, salary factor, work environment factor, social factor, competency factor and appreciation factor, the career development system factor is the most dominant in increasing the work ethics of Christian Religion Extension Workers. Thus, it can be concluded that the incentive in the form of challenges and opportunities to improve one's career can increase work ethics.Abstrak. Penyuluh Agama Kristen menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sehingga membutuhkan etos kerja yang tinggi agar dapat memaksimalkan kinerja mereka. Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk menganalisis berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja para Penyuluh Agama Kristen. Melalui riset kuantitatif dilakukan analisis faktor yang memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja para Penyuluh Agama Kristen di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Toba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di antara  faktor sistem pengembangan karir, faktor gaji, faktor lingkungan kerja, faktor sosial masyarakat, faktor kompetensi dan faktor apresiasi, faktor sistem pengembangan karir paling dominan dapat meningkatkan etos kerja para Penyuluh Agama Kristen. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya insentif berupa tantangan dan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan karir dapat meningkatkan etos kerja.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between parental attention and the Christian character of adolescents (aged 12-15) in Pegagan Julu V Village, Sumbul District, Dairi Regency in 2023. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an inferential descriptive statistical approach. The population is all Christian teenagers (aged 12-15) in Pegagan Julu V Village, Sumbul District, Dairi Regency in 2023, totaling 103 people and a sample of 56 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 47 items. 1) From the results of the calculation of the positive relationship test, the value of rxy = 0.616 > rtable(a=0.05,n=56) = 0.254 is obtained, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test a significant relationship The value obtained is tcount= 5.745 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=54)=2.000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha says there is a relationship between parental attention and adolescent Christian character. (ages 12-15) In Pegagan Julu V Village, Sumbul District, Dairi Regency, 2023 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Children aged 7-11 years who are in elementary school have realistic characteristics, high levels of curiosity about various things that happen around them, the spirit of learning something that will increase day by day, and difficulty understanding something that is conveyed abstractly. The learning method used by educators in elementary schools is generally face-to-face. Problems arise when required to collaborate face-to-face and online methods, both because of student boredom and because of compelling circumstances. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of hybrid learning in Christian education learning, how to maximize potential and minimize negative impacts. This research is a quantitative research, with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire, to analyze the level of student understanding after learning with hybrid learning. The population in this study was students who were in elementary school in Sipoholon North Tapanuli sub-district, with a total sample of 100 people. Sampling is done randomly in the population. Furthermore, data tabulation is carried out, and from there it is processed with the help of SPSS. Validity and reliability tests were carried out for questionnaires, and the results were analyzed for simple linear regressionThe influence of the implementation of the hybrid learning method on student understanding is 41%.

Abstract

The implementation of Christian values, especially talking about spirituality, is the responsibility of lecturers in carrying out their responsibilities, by reflecting on the Great Teacher. The importance of aspects of spirituality is owned by educators because Christian education views education as an effort to change students for the better. Ironically, this view is actually weakened by the idea that spirituality is something personal, implemented in the relationship between created beings and their creators, so cannot be used as a standard. This study aims to examine lecturers' understanding of spiritual competence towards improving lecturer professionalism. This research is a quantitative research, with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire containing 40 questions related to spirituality and professionalism of lecturers. The population studied was lecturers at state religious institutes in Western Indonesia, with a sample of 60 people. The data were analyzed by simple linear regression. Through field tests, it was concluded that understanding of spiritual competence on lecturer professionalism is 35%. It is necessary for educators to implement good personality and divine character, all of which are integrative parts of his vocation as servants. The quality of education received by students is increasing, as an impact of increasing the professionalism and spiritualism of educators.

Abstract

Pentingnya kompetensi spiritual guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) dalam mendukung perkembangan iman peserta didik di lingkungan sekolah. Kompetensi spiritual guru dipandang sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan iman siswa secara nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi spiritual guru PAK terhadap pertumbuhan iman siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Kabanjahe Tahun Pembelajaran 2025/2026. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 130 siswa, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 33 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik probability sampling jenis simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup skala Likert. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan korelasi Product Moment Pearson, uji signifikansi (uji t), analisis regresi linear sederhana, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kompetensi spiritual guru PAK terhadap pertumbuhan iman siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai korelasi r = 0,43 yang berada pada kategori sedang, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 18,49%, yang berarti kompetensi spiritual guru PAK memberikan kontribusi sebesar 18,49% terhadap pertumbuhan iman siswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa kompetensi spiritual guru PAK berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan iman siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Kabanjahe Tahun Pembelajaran 2025/2026, sehingga kompetensi spiritual guru perlu terus ditingkatkan sebagai upaya mendukung pertumbuhan iman siswa di sekolah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya Virtual Reality (VR), menghadirkan peluang baru dalam pengembangan pendidikan berbasis nilai serta pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dalam konteks pendidikan Kristen, VR memiliki potensi sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran ekoteologis, spiritualitas lingkungan, dan kepedulian terhadap ciptaan Tuhan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi Virtual Reality sebagai sarana pendidikan ekoteologi sekaligus memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan limbah kardus menjadi alat VR sederhana (VR cardboard). Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Situmeang Pagar Bosi dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) FIPK IAKN Tarutung, masyarakat desa, serta perangkat desa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan VR dalam pendidikan, meningkatnya kesadaran ekoteologis, serta bertambahnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam membuat alat VR sederhana dari bahan daur ulang. Kegiatan ini juga membuka wawasan masyarakat terhadap peluang ekonomi kreatif berbasis daur ulang dan teknologi sederhana. Program ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi, pendidikan ekoteologi, dan pemberdayaan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dan memperkuat peran perguruan tinggi dalam pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of the ARIAS Learning Model on the PAK Learning Outcomes of Class IX Students at SMP N 3 Lintongnihuta. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a Pre-Experiment Design research type, one group pre-test and post-test design. The population is all class IX of SMP Negeri 3 Lintong Nihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 191 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the purposive sampling technique. Data was collected with a test item of 20 questions. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the ARIAS Learning Model (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction) on the PAK Learning Outcomes of class IX students of SMP N 3 Lintongnihuta Humbang Hasundutan Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year as proven by the t test where it is obtained that tcount > ttable ( α=0.05; dk=n-2=30) which is 11.720 > 2.042. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is an influence of the ARIAS Learning Model (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction) on the PAK Learning Outcomes of class IX students at SMP N 3 Lintongnihuta, Humbang Hasundutan Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of visual media on the learning activity of Christian religious education students in class V at SD Negeri 10 Hutagalung for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses quantitative descriptive statistical methods, with a population of 30 people and a sample of 30 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire instrument of 30 items, namely 17 items for variable X and 13 for variable Y which was tested on 30 students who were not research respondents. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of visual media on the learning activity of class V Christian religious education students at SD Negeri 10 Hutagalung, Harian District, Samosir Regency for the 2022/2023 Academic Year: a) the positive relationship test is obtained from (r_xy) = 0.748 > r_ (table (α=0.05,n=30))= 0.361. b. Testing a significant relationship obtained a t_(calculated) value of 5.978, it is known that t_(table) in α=0.05 n-2=30-2=28 is 1.701. 2) Influence test: Regression equation test Y ̂= 13.40+ 0.50x. b) Regression determination test (r^2)= 55.9%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test, obtained f_count > f_(table ) namely 35.04 > 4.24. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
