Abstract

Stunting is still a social problem that the Indonesian government must resolve. The currentgovernment prioritizes one hundred districts to address the problem. Although not all stuntingprevention programs run well, one district considered capable of solving the stunting problemwell is West Lombok Regency. This research is essential because many regions in Indonesia arestill struggling to find a suitable stunting management model. This study aims to find a model forhandling stunting in this area to reduce stunting rates significantly. For this purpose, researchersconducted qualitative research by conducting interviews with the government and people of WestLombok in overcoming stunting. This study found no determinant factors that caused stunting inWest Lombok. Stunting is influenced by many factors, from health, economy, people awareness,environment-sanitation, to culture. Social protection programs in the form of conditionalassistance from the central government for the poor can also not overcome stunting. Theexistence of families receiving assistance but still experiencing stunting proves the aboveassumption. West Lombok government carried out the method of handling stunting in a top-downmanner through mainstreaming stunting handling in government programs. The Regent put a"coercion" mechanism to all agencies within the West Lombok government to create a socialinnovation program to overcome stunting. As a result, all agencies in the West Lombokgovernment have programs with unique names and ways to participate in reducing stunting. Withthis mainstreaming, everyone understands the problem of stunting and makes it a commonproblem that must be solved together so that the stunting rate in West Lombok has decreasedsignificantly. Keywords: stunting, program mainstreaming, social innovation, top-down policy, socialassistance

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of educational character in preventing bullying in educational units. Character education is an educational system whose learning can influence everyone, especially education to demonstrate moral values, ethics and civic attitudes towards oneself and others. However, character education is currently a challenge in its implementation, especially with the rise of problems such as verbal and non-verbal bullying among students. Moreover, now the problem of bullying does not only occur in ordinary schools, but can also occur in international schools. One of the factors is a lack of ability to control behavior, an inability to manage emotions which ultimately triggers a desire for revenge in order to adapt to the environment. The strategies needed to overcome bullying include teacher sensitivity towards students, creating a safe atmosphere, forming an anti-bullying team, and conducting outreach about the dangers of bullying.

Abstract

Physics learning requires higher-order thinking skills, particularly critical thinking and conceptual understanding. However, students’ critical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes at the senior high school level are still relatively low due to teacher-centered instruction and the limited use of innovative learning models and media. This study aimed to examine the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model assisted by Lumio by Smart media on students’ critical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes. This research employed a true experimental design with a post-test only control group design conducted at SMAN 4 Jember in the 2025/2026 academic year. The samples consisted of two classes, with class XI Umum 2 as the experimental class and class XI Teknik 3 as the control class. Data were collected through tests and analyzed using the Mann–Whitney U test. The results showed significance values of 0.027 ≤ 0,05 for critical thinking skills which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and 0.020 ≤ 0,05  for physics learning outcomes which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the CORE learning model assisted by Lumio by Smart media has a significant effect on students’ critical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Although studies on green accounting and firm size have been widely conducted, research that specifically examines the influence of both on the financial performance of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in the most recent period still needs to be expanded. This study aims to analyze the influence of green accounting implementation and firm size on the financial performance of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2021–2024 period. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal design based on panel data. The sample consisted of 17 companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 68 observational data. Data were collected through documentation of companies’ annual reports and financial statements and were then analyzed using panel data regression with the assistance of EViews 13. The green accounting variable was measured using a dummy variable, firm size was measured using the natural logarithm of total assets, while financial performance was measured using Return on Assets (ROA). The results showed that green accounting had no significant effect on financial performance. Firm size also had no significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, green accounting and firm size had no significant effect on financial performance. These findings indicate that environmental accounting disclosure and the magnitude of company assets are not yet sufficiently strong in explaining changes in the financial performance of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The conclusion of this study confirms that corporate financial performance is not always determined by green accounting implementation and asset scale, thereby providing empirical contributions to the development of studies on environmental accounting and corporate finance based on Islamic indices.

Abstract

Students’ readiness to complete their final project is determined not only by academic ability but is also influenced by organizational experience and citizenship skills. This study aimed to examine the effect of students’ active participation in student organizations and civic skills on their readiness to complete their final project. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed involving FKIP Untirta students who were active in Hima PPKn, DPM, and UKM Belistra in the 2025 period, using stratified random sampling. The results of the analysis showed a significant effect of student organizational involvement and civic skills on students’ readiness to complete their final project, as indicated by significance values of 0.010 < 0.05 for organizational involvement and 0.000 < 0.05 for civic skills, as well as t-values for X₁ of 2.627 > t-table 1.65787 and for X₂ of 5.927 > t-table 1.65787. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R²) of 0.537 indicates that the two independent variables explain 53.7% of the variance in students’ readiness to complete their final project, while the standardized coefficients beta show that civic skills (0.543) have a stronger effect than student organizational involvement (0.241). These findings conclude that active participation in student organizations and civic skills have a positive influence on students’ readiness to complete their final project at FKIP Untirta and highlight the importance of strengthening organizational experiences and citizenship skills within student development programs and final project supervision.
