Abstract

Manusia sebagai modal terpenting dalam pembangunan dan perbaikan peradaban. Maka hal yang paling penting yang harus diperhatikan pada saat ini ialah bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia ini seiring dengan bertambahnya secara kuantitas usia produktif Masyarakat Indonesia yang akan disebut sebagai masa emas Indonesia tahun 2045. Dengan hal tersubut maka terkaita anggaran pembiyaan khususnya bidang pendidikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis human capital menjadi suatu cara stategis untuk investasi skill building. Metode deskriptif kualitatif menjadi metode yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini dengan kajian Pustaka atau library research dengan sistematic literature review. Model penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengamati dan untuk memahami fenomena-fenomena dan digabungkan dengan kebijakan-kebijakan yang mendukungnya. Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini adalah berbagai model-model pembiyaan yang akan mempengaruhi efejtivitas skill building.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak pinjaman pendidikan terhadap keberlanjutan studi mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis 18 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam rentang 2015-2025. Proses seleksi artikel mengikuti pedoman PRISMA dengan kriteria inklusi berupa keterkaitan pinjaman pendidikan dengan akses, keberlanjutan studi, serta dampak finansial dan psikologis mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pinjaman pendidikan memiliki peran ganda. Di satu sisi, pinjaman dapat memperluas akses mahasiswa dari keluarga dengan keterbatasan ekonomi untuk menempuh pendidikan tinggi. Di sisi lain, pinjaman menimbulkan konsekuensi berupa beban finansial jangka panjang, risiko gagal bayar, serta dampak psikologis seperti stres, kecemasan, dan penurunan motivasi akademik. Faktor-faktor ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan studi mahasiswa dan kualitas pengalaman belajar mereka. Secara praktis, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kebijakan pinjaman pendidikan di Indonesia yang lebih adaptif dan berkeadilan. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup penerapan skema pembayaran berbasis pendapatan, penetapan bunga yang transparan dan terjangkau, serta penyediaan layanan konseling keuangan dan dukungan psikososial bagi mahasiswa peminjam. Selain itu, literasi keuangan perlu ditingkatkan melalui integrasi dalam kurikulum maupun program pendampingan. Implikasi kebijakan dari temuan ini adalah perlunya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, perguruan tinggi, dan lembaga keuangan untuk merancang sistem pinjaman pendidikan yang tidak hanya memperluas akses, tetapi juga menjamin keberlanjutan studi mahasiswa tanpa menimbulkan tekanan finansial maupun psikologis yang berlebihan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the use of digital learning platforms from educational influencers in improving English speaking skills among students in Indonesia. Qualitative methods with a case study design were used to collect data from seven students of second-semester of the English language education study program at University Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling, while the data collection instrument was a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis, which involves the steps of understanding the data, creating initial coding, finding themes, examining themes, mapping and naming themes, and preparing reports. The research findings highlight that platforms such as YouTube and TikTok are effective learning resources for students, by providing access to quality and structured learning content. Internal encouragement, students' willingness to learn, self-confidence, and flexible learning time are important in improving English speaking skills. This research contributes a deeper understanding of the role of digital technology in the context of English language learning in Indonesia and offers guidance for the development of more effective and relevant learning strategies.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Islamic education and modern agriculture at MA Muhammadiyah 01 Tegalombo, highlighting how the school cultivates a holistic learning environment that harmonizes faith, knowledge, and practical skills in the era of Society 5.0. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research was conducted in December 2025 through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving school leaders, teachers, and students. Findings reveal that this integration is not merely curricular but embedded as a living culture within the madrasah community. Agricultural activities become spiritual and moral education arenas that strengthen discipline, gratitude, and environmental responsibility. Teachers and leaders act as murabbi, guides who nurture intellect and character simultaneously. Despite technological and infrastructural limitations, the madrasah demonstrates how Islamic education can adapt dynamically to modernity while maintaining its spiritual essence. This study concludes that such integration fosters insan kamil, morally grounded, independent, and socially responsible individuals capable of facing global challenges with faith-driven innovation.

Abstract

The implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools requires pedagogical practices that are able to accommodate the diversity of students’ characteristics, learning needs, and social backgrounds. In this context, a democratic teaching style is considered a relevant approach because it provides opportunities for students to actively participate, express their opinions, and take part in classroom decision-making processes. However, its implementation in Indonesian elementary schools still faces various challenges, particularly related to teachers’ awareness, school support, and understanding of the principles of inclusivity. This study was conducted to examine how classroom teachers at SD Negeri Karangsari implement a democratic teaching style and how this practice contributes to the creation of an inclusive learning environment. The objectives of this study are to describe in depth the forms of implementation of a democratic teaching style by classroom teachers, identify strategies used to support inclusivity, and analyze its impact on students’ participation and engagement in the learning process. This study also aims to reveal the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the effectiveness of implementing a democratic approach in elementary schools. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, the school principal, and students, as well as document analysis such as lesson plans and learning records. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, while data analysis followed the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through technique triangulation, source triangulation, and member checking. The results indicate that teachers apply a democratic teaching style by providing opportunities for students to express opinions, implementing dialogue-based learning, making joint decisions, and using differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs. The findings also show that the application of a democratic teaching style contributes significantly to creating an inclusive learning environment, as indicated by increased student participation, self-confidence, harmonious interactions, and the creation of an open and mutually respectful classroom atmosphere. In addition, school support, positive emotional relationships between teachers and students, and a collaborative classroom culture were identified as key factors that strengthen this practice. Meanwhile, time constraints, large class sizes, and variations in individual needs remain challenges that require further solutions. Overall, this study confirms that a democratic teaching style is a strategic approach to strengthening the implementation of inclusive education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using interactive video-based learning media on students' interest in learning mathematics at SDN Wonokerto 1. This study used a quasi-experimental design with two groups: an experimental group that used video media and a control group that used conventional learning methods. Data were collected through pretest and posttest questionnaires to measure students' interest in learning, which were then analyzed using a paired t-test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental and control groups, both in the pretest (t(23) = 0.200, p = 0.844) and posttest (t(23) = 0.268, p = 0.791) scores. Although there was a slight increase in learning interest in both groups, the use of video-based learning media did not have a significant impact on students' interest in learning mathematics. These results indicate that other factors such as students' internal motivation, teacher readiness, and duration of video media use need to be considered in order for this media to have a greater impact on learning.

Abstract

Hubungan publik (public relations) memainkan peran krusial dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam membangun citra positif sekolah, meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat, dan memperkuat komunikasi antara sekolah dan publik yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri 4 Kota Cimahi mengelola hubungan publik dan menerapkan strategi komunikasi yang efektif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dua arah yang lebih dialogis, peran aktif Komite Sekolah, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang bijak, sangat penting dalam membangun hubungan yang produktif antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan waktu, keterampilan digital, dan perubahan kebijakan pendidikan yang terus berkembang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi kepala sekolah, optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi untuk komunikasi, dan penguatan peran Komite Sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dengan implementasi yang tepat, hubungan publik sekolah dapat memperkuat citra positif dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di masyarakat.
