Abstract Tourism sector as one of the largest foreign exchange earner and the country as well as creators of jobs, required for excavation efforts and the development of tourism potentials more deeply. Bali has many places that still keeps the beauty of the environment and culture, one of them is Tabanan regency. Natural resources could be a potential to develop as tourist object, but society can not fully develop these resources to the fullest. In relation to rural development Pinge as ecotourism attraction in the Tabanan regency local potentials should be managed optimally in order to be realized. This study used descriptive qualitative method which has qualitative and quantitative data. Data collected by observation, in-depth interviews with purposive sampling approaches, literatures, and documentation. The results showed that there are two potential at pinge : cultural and natural potential. Cultural potential include: archaeological sites, rural settlement patterns, dance Leko, and subak system. Natural potential include: walkways, and hydrology. From the above potentials Pinge village can be developed into eco-tourism attraction in a way that makes ecotourism strategy in the SWOT analysis. After finding the strategies that will be used for rural development Pinge as ecotourism attraction will require programs that can support the passage of the strategies that have been made.

The management is one of the supporting activities in tourism. Management is the key of how an expanded appeal or not. Labuan Sait Beach has the potential of nature in the form of a white-sand beach and good waves for surfing. The assumption behind this is based on the dipilhnya coast of Labuan Sait as a research topic in order to find out the components of a tourist attraction and how it managed. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative research, with observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and research studies as well as using the concept of tourist attraction, tourism potentital and management. The results of this research shows that the tourist attraction of the Labuan Sait Beach was established as a new tourist attraction on March 1, 2016 and the enforcement of admission for tourists. Attraction of the Labuan Sait Beach is managed by the Pecatu Village goverment and Uluwatu attraction management. Keywords: management, tourism potential, tourist attraction, Labuan Sait Beach

ABSTRACT Tibubeneng is a village located in North Kuta district, Badung Regency as Central Badung Development Region which has a policy of maintaining Central Badung as agricultural areas in the broad sense and prevent the conversion of paddy fields. The question research of this research is about the impact of tourism on Land conversion. The selecting of Tibubeneng village as research location because the village of Tibubeneng is in the middle of the Badung region as an agriculture area, the nature and culture as the spirit of Tibubeneng village tourism, the village of Tibubeneng affected by the construction of accommodation facilities. The types of data in this research are the qualitative and quantitative data sourcing from the primary and secondary data. The data of this research is collected by interviews and the library research. The informant determining of this research to be started with determining the first informant and the key informant. The technique data analysis of this research is the qualitative descriptive analysis. According to research result in the village of Tibubeneng got by a the following result of development of tourism have an impact on increasing the agricultural land conversion, the land use change is impacted on the socio-cultural changes as well. According to the discussion , there are some suggestions that are needing of the role of government in monitoring and enforcing the regulations related to land use, and the community to change their profit-oriented mindset.

The village of Lamalera has great tourism potential to develope as a tourist attraction. However, it is important to consider some aspects in its development, such asaspect of the environment and the community, so that it will beneficial to the environment and can improve the economy of the community.The problem in this research was the potential of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. Data obtained in this study through observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed in qualitative descriptive by describing the potentials of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. The results showed physical and non physical potential of the village. The physical potential of Lamalera is white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea water, undersea view and other beauty of nature; while the non physical potential is in the form of custom ceremonial, traditional dances and religious. The background of this research is Balangan beach in the town of Jimbaran that has problems such as facilities development in the coastal setback and the trash accumulating in the coastal setback after tourism development in the area. Based on the above research that revealed two problems, namely how was the tourism development in Balangan beach? And how was the effect of tourism development in physical environment in Balangan beach? To express the above problem this research using primary data source, while type of data used is the qualitative data and quantitative data. The method of data collection through observation and interviews. With data analysis using descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research that the tourism development in Balangan beach on the development phase. And the effect of tourism development in physical environment were the accommodation and restaurant increase, the attraction increase with many activity, the path heading towards the beach was repaired, the water stock the source comes from a well in Cengiling village, and the garbage dump effect was bad. Recently, the government is echoing City Branding as one of the efforts in regional tourism development. One area in Central Java has a region that has well-known tourist attraction and has been established in the Development Master Plan Central Java Tourism as one of the mainstay tourist areas is Dieng Plateau Area (DPA). The DPA is managed by Wonosobo and Banjarnegara Regency. However, so far most tourists from outside the region consider the DPA only in the Wonosobo Regency area. This is certainly a loss for Banjarnegara Regency, in providing "brand image" as one of the managers of the Dieng Plateau Area. This research was conducted to find out the efforts of stakeholders in branding the Banjarnegara Regency so that tourists also know the Highlands Dieng is also part of the Banjarnegara Regency area.This study uses primary and secondary data sources, the types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is the analysis data reduction, display data and conclusions or verification.The results of this study indicate that the role of Tourism Local Community for building a brand image the Dieng Plateau as a part of Banjarnegara Regency in terms of government and local communities has played a functional role. However, the role of private sector plays a dysfunctional role because it is still oriented to the income generated and only has investors who come from the community. This study discusses the conservation of Ngurah Rai Forest Park as a nature resources to make it as ecotourism destination. This park has been launched as an area of ??Ngurah Rai Mangrove Forest Park, so this area has the potential to serve as an ecotourism destination. This study aims to determine the tourism potential that Ngurah Rai Forest Park has and conservation efforts of the government as regulator to keep and maintain the existing of Ngurah Rai Forest Park as one of the ecotourism destination. Data obtained from one of the office in Denpasar that administer the park which is the Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Ngurah Rai Forest Park,, with data collection techniques which are observation, interviews, and literature study. Determination of informant was done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. It can be concluded about Ngurah Rai Forest Park physical potential (natural) which are mangrove forest panorama, approximately 1.400m tracking path, and the existing as a conservation area for mangrove forests and various animals. Ngurah Rai Tahura conservation efforts have been implemented since 1991-present, government in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) make a wide variety of projects such as Mangrove Information Center (MIC) Project that include a construction of a Mangrove Museum that provide informations about the mangrove ecosystem in Indonesia and also in the whole world.

This study is aboutthe potentials and constraints in developing of Kelating Beach as a tourist attraction at Village of Kelating, Tabanan Regency. This study is motivated by there’s no serious management for Kelating Beach, although this beach has the great potential to developed. This study is important to know potentials and constraints in developing of Kelating Beach as a tourist attraction at Village of Kelating, Tabanan Regency. This study using a qualitative approach by data collected by observation,interview, and documentation. Data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative and the data used in this study is derived from the primary and secondary data. Mechanical determination informants using purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive qualitative method of analysis. Based on the results of this study, Kelating Beach has great potentials to developed to be a tourist attraction at Village of Kelating. Physical Potentials of Kelating Beach are the beach view of still natural with black sand, surrounded by hills and crag, there’s a bat cave, mini waterfall, there’s a temple located in front of the beach the named is Taman AgungTemple. In addition, local communities with art and culture, daily activities or communities attitude of friendly also add value a tourist attraction at Village of Kelating, Tabanan Regency. Constraints in developing of Kelating Beach potentials from aspect: tourism community development, tourism product development and marketing of integrated. But in developing Kelating Beach as a tourist attraction at Village of Kelating, Tabanan Regency has constraints one of which is not yet active tourism management agency optimally . This research was carried out because there were problems regarding the exploitation of tourism business development in the cliff border area in Pecatu Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency. Exploitation that occurs like tourism business development. The tourism business is like accommodation and restaurants. So researchers are interested in researching on the topic. The research method used is qualitative analysis, with interview, observation and documentation techniques. Theories and concepts used are functional theories and concepts of exploitation, tourism policies, borderline cliffs and tourism businesses. The results of the study show that there are 157 tourism business buildings in Pecatu Village, and some of them are recorded using cliff borders. As for the dominant tourism business using a cliff border, namely hotel and restaurant accommodation businesses. From the violation, the government of Pecatu Village and Badung Regency Government gave a policy in the form of awig-awig and written regulations to regulate these violations. The conclusions in this study were the violation of tourism business development in Pecatu Village which uses a cliff border area. Massive businesses are being built in hotel and restaurant accommodation businesses. so that from this case the government of Pecatu Village and the Badung Regency Government issued a policy to regulate these violations so as not to occur again. Researchers suggest that they need to be given strict sanctions against offenders, or direct demolition by the Desa Adat, because the Desa Adat in Bali is feared by investors. Tourism is one of the industry sectors that contribute to the economy in the form offoreign exchange for many countries. With the presence of tourism will be the creation of new jobs. The participation of local communities in the company existing in its territory rafting will give rise to a sense of belonging to a destination. This research aims to know the participation of local communities in the BMW company rafting in the village of Rendang. Method of data collection is done by the way of observasi, in- depth interviews, and the study of librarianship. The technique of determination of the informant is done by means of purposive sampling, this research included in the qualitative research generates data deskriftif. With the presence of tourism opportunities, then revealing the many job opportunities that are owned by local people. Especially on a rafting company BMW employs local people as employees. With the involvement of local communities in the absorption of labor in the company of rafting can help boost the economy of local communities so that local communities can participate in the company as well as participate in maintaining the tourism destinations Keywords : Community Participation, Tourism Management, Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting
