This study examines the study of tourism development and the determination of development positions in Melasti Beach. Therefore related to the development of tourism, this study describes attractions, facilities, number of visits and community involvement and using the guidelines of the Butler theory.The qualitative methods was used with qualitative and quantitative types data. Data sourcing from the primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and the library research. The technique data analysis is the qualitative descriptive. This research find that the Melasti beach experienced a significant tourism development and based on the butler theory the Melasti beach was in the second stage namely involvement.Keyword: tourism development, the position of tourism

In a development of tourist destination area has several stages that can show the position and situation of development in that tourist destination area. Dreamland Beach is located in the south of Bali precisely in the Pecatu area. This research aims to provide an overview of the existing conditions of Dreamland Beach in terms of tourism product components and the development of Dremland Beach, also explore suitable strategies for Dreamland Beach development. This research used qualitative descriptive data analysis and analysis using SWOT. Theories and concepts that used are the concept of beach, touris destination area, development and theory of Butler or tourism area life cycle. The result of this study is indicate the existing condition of Dreamland Beach that viewed from the components of tourist attraction products. The Facilities and infrastructure is support but still lacking. The acces road to Dreamland Beach is nice and easy to reach and additional service are still overlapping and not yet comprehensive. The development of Dreamland Beach is still in the stage involvement. As well as a suitable develompmet of Dreamland Beach is to maintain the cleanliness of the beach and open new access to attract tourists, providing easy access to the location of Dreamland Beach to overcome the competition with other tourist destination, open new access and do promotion more vigorously to attract more tourists to visit Dreamland Beach. tourism facilities then the interest of visitors to travel will increase. Angseri nature hot water is located in Tabanan District, while in the field of existing tourism facilities are considered good enough, although there are still some facilities that have not received attention from the manager such as waiting queue and park for children. This type of research is qualilative and quantitative research, the research method used in this research method of interview, observation, and documentation, the techniques of determining informants used are snowball procedures, and data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. ABSTRACT The background of this research was less clean than some trash coast caused by tourists themselves or garbage brought by coastal currents. In the presence of the informal sector in the coastal Sanur Beach is expected to contribute well to the coast of Sanur, with the obligation that is given from the manager of Sanur Beach (Bundes), which enjoined every merchant located in coastal Sanur Beach to keep clean and carry out activities related to the cleanliness. Based on the above research that revealed two problems, namely what the informal sector's role in keeping the environment in Sanur Beach? and the depth of the depth of the informal sector faced in keeping the environment in Sanur Beach? To express the above problem this research using primary and secondary data sources, while the type of data used is the qualitative data and quantitative data. With this method of data collection through observation, interviews, and library research. With data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of traders on the coast of Sanur have a positive impact on the cleanliness of the beach in Sanur with efforts that traders do, that Sanur Beach embodies clean, implementing sweeping, pewadahan, collection, and increase community participation in protecting the environment. Constraints faced by traders in Sanur Beach menunjng kebesihan ie, lack of hygiene group contained in Sanur beach, there are large trees, limited infrastructure, lack of tourist awareness, community participation, awarenesstourists.

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong, joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. Abstract Tourism sector as one of the largest foreign exchange earner and the country as well as creators of jobs, required for excavation efforts and the development of tourism potentials more deeply. Bali has many places that still keeps the beauty of the environment and culture, one of them is Tabanan regency. Natural resources could be a potential to develop as tourist object, but society can not fully develop these resources to the fullest. In relation to rural development Pinge as ecotourism attraction in the Tabanan regency local potentials should be managed optimally in order to be realized. This study used descriptive qualitative method which has qualitative and quantitative data. Data collected by observation, in-depth interviews with purposive sampling approaches, literatures, and documentation. The results showed that there are two potential at pinge : cultural and natural potential. Cultural potential include: archaeological sites, rural settlement patterns, dance Leko, and subak system. Natural potential include: walkways, and hydrology. From the above potentials Pinge village can be developed into eco-tourism attraction in a way that makes ecotourism strategy in the SWOT analysis. After finding the strategies that will be used for rural development Pinge as ecotourism attraction will require programs that can support the passage of the strategies that have been made.

The management is one of the supporting activities in tourism. Management is the key of how an expanded appeal or not. Labuan Sait Beach has the potential of nature in the form of a white-sand beach and good waves for surfing. The assumption behind this is based on the dipilhnya coast of Labuan Sait as a research topic in order to find out the components of a tourist attraction and how it managed. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative research, with observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and research studies as well as using the concept of tourist attraction, tourism potentital and management. The results of this research shows that the tourist attraction of the Labuan Sait Beach was established as a new tourist attraction on March 1, 2016 and the enforcement of admission for tourists. Attraction of the Labuan Sait Beach is managed by the Pecatu Village goverment and Uluwatu attraction management. Keywords: management, tourism potential, tourist attraction, Labuan Sait Beach

ABSTRACT Tibubeneng is a village located in North Kuta district, Badung Regency as Central Badung Development Region which has a policy of maintaining Central Badung as agricultural areas in the broad sense and prevent the conversion of paddy fields. The question research of this research is about the impact of tourism on Land conversion. The selecting of Tibubeneng village as research location because the village of Tibubeneng is in the middle of the Badung region as an agriculture area, the nature and culture as the spirit of Tibubeneng village tourism, the village of Tibubeneng affected by the construction of accommodation facilities. The types of data in this research are the qualitative and quantitative data sourcing from the primary and secondary data. The data of this research is collected by interviews and the library research. The informant determining of this research to be started with determining the first informant and the key informant. The technique data analysis of this research is the qualitative descriptive analysis. According to research result in the village of Tibubeneng got by a the following result of development of tourism have an impact on increasing the agricultural land conversion, the land use change is impacted on the socio-cultural changes as well. According to the discussion , there are some suggestions that are needing of the role of government in monitoring and enforcing the regulations related to land use, and the community to change their profit-oriented mindset.

The village of Lamalera has great tourism potential to develope as a tourist attraction. However, it is important to consider some aspects in its development, such asaspect of the environment and the community, so that it will beneficial to the environment and can improve the economy of the community.The problem in this research was the potential of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. Data obtained in this study through observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed in qualitative descriptive by describing the potentials of Lamalera, traditional fishing village. The results showed physical and non physical potential of the village. The physical potential of Lamalera is white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea water, undersea view and other beauty of nature; while the non physical potential is in the form of custom ceremonial, traditional dances and religious. The background of this research is Balangan beach in the town of Jimbaran that has problems such as facilities development in the coastal setback and the trash accumulating in the coastal setback after tourism development in the area. Based on the above research that revealed two problems, namely how was the tourism development in Balangan beach? And how was the effect of tourism development in physical environment in Balangan beach? To express the above problem this research using primary data source, while type of data used is the qualitative data and quantitative data. The method of data collection through observation and interviews. With data analysis using descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research that the tourism development in Balangan beach on the development phase. And the effect of tourism development in physical environment were the accommodation and restaurant increase, the attraction increase with many activity, the path heading towards the beach was repaired, the water stock the source comes from a well in Cengiling village, and the garbage dump effect was bad.
