Abstract

Abstrak: Informasi Nilai Gizi (ING) wajib dicantumkan dalam kemasan pangan baik yang diproduksi skala UMKM, industri kecil maupun industri besar. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan UMKM makanan dan minuman tentang ING. Metode yang digunakan adalah alih teknologi dengan ceramah, dan diskusi. Khalayak sasaran yang dilibatkan adalah UMKM makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Purbalingga dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Hasil kegiatan alih teknologi menunjukkan sebelum kegiatan, pengetahuan peserta tentang fungsi informasi nilai gizi, komponen yang dicantumkan dalam ING, sangsi bagi pelanggar ING, cara pencantuman ING dan manfaat ING bagi masyarakat serta cara perhitungan Angka Kecukupan Gizi masing-masing sebesar 35; 0; 20; 5 dan 10%. Setelah kegiatan menunjukkan persentase pengetahuan tersebut masing-masing menjadi 100; 95; 100; 90; 100 dan 80%. Melalui kegiatan alih teknologi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang ING.Abstract: This activity’s purpose to enhance the knowledge of food and beverage MSMEs regarding Nutritional Value Information (NVI). The method used involved technology transfer through lectures and discussions. The target audience consisted of 20 participants from food and beverage MSMEs in Purbalingga Regency. The results indicated that, before the activity, participants' knowledge of the functions of nutritional information, components included in NVI, penalties for NVI violations, methods of displaying NVI, the benefits of NVI for the community, and the calculation of the Nutritional Adequacy Rate was 35%, 0%, 20%,5%, and 10%, respectively. After the activity, these percentages increase to 100%, 95%, 100%, 90%, and 80% respectively. The technology transfer activity significantly improved participant’s knowledge of NVI.

Abstract

UPJA berperan penting untuk percepatan mekanisasi pertanian, dan orientasi keuntungan ekonomi dalam kegiatan UPJA penting untuk menjamin keberlangsungan UPJA. Namun demikian, kajian tentang performa ekonomi dan teknis usaha pelayanan jasa traktor roda empat pada UPJA di Kabupaten Banyumas masih belum banyak dilakukan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan kuesioner kepada UPJA responden di Kabupaten Banyumas yang penentuannya dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha pelayanan jasa traktor roda empat untuk kegiatan pengolahan tanah pada UPJA yang diamati memiliki nilai BC ratio > 1, NPV > 0, dan IRR > suku bunga bank berjalan sehingga secara ekonomi memberikan keuntungan dan layak dijalankan. Kapasitas penyewaan traktor yang sedang berjalan sudah melebihi BEP unit 1,81 ha/th dan BEP rupiah 2.536.206 Rp/th mengindikasikan bahwa usaha yang dilakukan sudah memberikan keuntungan meski belum melebihi umur ekonomis traktor. Keuntungan tersebut masih mungkin ditingkatkan dengan menambah target jumlah luas lahan garapan. Nilai rerata kapasitas lapang efektif (KLE) dan efisiensi lapang (eff) UPJA masih dalam kisaran normal untuk kebanyakan pengukuran KLE dan eff pengolahan tanah menggunakan traktor roda empat. Dengan demikian, usaha yang dilakukan UPJA secara teknis layak untuk dijalankan. Efisiensi lapang tersebut masih mungkin ditingkatkan dengan cara meningkatkan keterampilan operator traktor melalui kegiatan program pelatihan.

Abstract

School-based digital pedagogy has expanded rapidly, yet prior research has often examined it through access, platforms, or adoption rather than through an integrated account of students’ experiences, barriers, instructional support, and improvement priorities. This study investigated digital pedagogy among 403 students in Grades 10, 11, and 12 at a public senior high school in Central Java, Indonesia, selected through random sampling from a population of 1,173 students. A cross-sectional descriptive survey was conducted within a convergent mixed-methods design using a questionnaire that combined closed-ended and open-ended items; the closed-ended instrument showed acceptable internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.82). Quantitative data were analysed using descriptive statistics, multi-response analysis, ranking analysis, and composite scores, while qualitative responses were analysed through open, axial, and selective coding. The findings showed that students had strong baseline access, with smartphone use reaching 99.3% and personal device ownership 98.5%, but participation remained predominantly mobile-based and was constrained by unstable connectivity, limited quota, workload pressure, and technical problems. Digital pedagogy was mainly organised around videos, assignments, presentations, and quizzes, whereas discussion-based and simulation-rich activities were much less common. Students generally experienced digital pedagogy as functional but not yet strongly transformative across implementation exposure, perceived benefit, obstacle, and instructional support. Open-ended responses identified access to materials and relearning as the most helpful experience, while connectivity and access problems emerged as the most disruptive barriers. The study concludes that improving school digital pedagogy requires not only stronger infrastructure but also clearer instructional design to convert access into meaningful and equitable learning experiences.
