Abstract

Converting conventional motors into electric vehicles can reduce dependence on fossil fuels. The conversion process involves engine replacement, charging system installation, and vehicle structure modification. The conversion program was carried out involving workshops and vocational high school students. The Social Return on Investment (SROI) method was employed to measure the social and economic impacts of the program, involving impact identification, measurement, monetization, cost comparison, and analysis. The PLN Cares program undertook motor conversion with the aim of improving sustainability and quality. The research problem and objectives focused on measuring the SROI in the electric motor conversion program. The research method employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and literature studies. Data were continuously analyzed during and after collection. SROI calculations involved initial investment capital input and impact value, resulting in an SROI ratio of 5.03. The research results indicated that the PLN Cares program had a significant social impact, with an SROI ratio indicating a profitable investment value. Conclusions and recommendations involved maintaining the working mechanisms, synergy among stakeholders, and using the program as a guide for similar projects in the future.

Abstract

This study analyzes how the influence of Education (X1) and Training (X2) affects employee performance (Y) at the Class I TPI Bandar Lampung Immigration Office. The technique used is a quantitative approach, where data is obtained from 44 samples from 80 populations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Education and Training partially and simultaneously. The study states that X1 has a very big influence on Y, X2 has no influence on Y, and X1 and X2 simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Y. The leadership of the Class I TPI Bandar Lampung Immigration Office should pay attention to factors that can influence employee performance,This effort is able to increase overall employee productivity and performance.

Abstract

This research intends to explore and analyze the elements that affect purchasing decisions, with a focus on two independent variables: product quality (X1) and price (X2). The research uses a quantitative approach, employing a simple random sampling technique to select 90 respondents from a population of 936 students. The data is analyzed using SPSS 23, With multiple linear regression as the analytical approach, the study presents the following results: 1) Product quality has a partial impact on purchasing decisions on Shopee; 2) Price also partially affects purchasing decisions on Shopee; and 3) Both product quality and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on Shopee. These results are expected to inspire Shopee to maintain superior product quality and offer competitive pricing, which will help increase consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Purpose: A review of the history of university brand equity research is attempted to be given in this paper. Research methodology: Extracts from the Scopus database. Ten publications discussing university brand equity made up the sample, which spanned the years 2000 to 2203. The analysis approach groups articles according to pertinent subjects about institution brand equity. Results: All things considered, the study findings revealed that little study has been done on university brand equity. Limitations: Our research focuses exclusively on scientific articles published in the last 23 years and in the Scopus index. Contribution: Given the dearth of study on brand equity in the service industry, particularly in universities, this could offer researchers a chance to focus on university brand equity, particularly in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan kinerja karyawan sebagai faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam menghadapi usaha yang penuh persaingan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Samarata Sinergi. Metode yang diterapkan ialah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan sensus, di mana kuesioner disebarkan kepada semua karyawan PT. Samarata Sinergi dan diuji menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan variabel X₁ berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik, sementara variabel X₂ mengindikasikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik, dan uji f menyatakan variabel X₁ dan X₂ secara simultan punya pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y. Dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada PT. Samarata Sinergi dalam pengelolaan suasana kerja yang kondusif dan pengembangan sistem penghargaan penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan secara maksimal

Abstract

To address environmental issues, Indonesia aims to achieve a 23% renewable energy share by 2025 and 31% by 2050, according to the National Energy Plan. This article examines the regulations governing the management of rooftop solar power plant (rooftop-PV) in Indonesia and their connection to pro-environment consumer behavior. Despite Indonesia’s ambitious targets for Renewable Energy (RE) growth, progress in the field still needs improvement. Pro-environmental behavior (PEB) within the community is crucial for adopting rooftop PV as a more environmentally friendly energy alternative. This research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology with content analysis to evaluate the current situation. The research findings indicate that rooftop PV offers economic benefits through cost savings for consumers and is supported by existing regulations. However, some businesses feel that the government needs to expedite revising relevant regulations to address investment stagnation and installed solar panel capacity. Concerns arise that proposed policy changes may hinder the growth of rooftop PV businesses and the achievement of national capacity targets. The role of pro-environment consumer behavior, which has the potential to drive rooftop PV adoption, will be influenced by psychological and social factors, as well as changes in applicable regulations.

Abstract

Industri perbankan di Indonesia menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, terutama dalam pemasaran produk pembiayaan kredit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran produk pembiayaan kredit pegawai di PT BPR Eka Bumi Artha Kantor Cabang Bandar Lampung, mengidentifikasi faktor yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target realisasi kredit, serta merumuskan strategi pemasaran alternatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis Miles dan Huberman, yang melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank telah menerapkan strategi pemasaran melalui Word of Mouth dan bauran pemasaran 7P secara efektif. Namun, persaingan ketat dari bank pesaing menjadi tantangan utama dalam pencapaian target kredit. Analisis menggunakan matriks IE menempatkan perusahaan pada sel IV (Grow and Build), sementara diagram kartesius analisis SWOT menunjukkan posisi di kuadran I (agresif). Berdasarkan hasil ini, strategi alternatif yang diusulkan adalah strategi Strength-Opportunity (S-O), yang mencakup ekspansi pasar dan pengembangan produk baru guna meningkatkan daya saing dan pencapaian target pembiayaan kredit pegawai.

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan kesadaran merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Skintific melalui Tikok Shop, pada mahasiswa FEB Universitas Bandar Lampung. Metodologi menggunakan teknik kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data telah dikumpulkan dari sembilan puluh responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif TikTok. Temuan didapat citra merek memiliki kontribusi signifikan pada keputusan pembelian. Demikian pula, kesadaran merek berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian. Pengujian menunjukan kedua variabel tersebut simultan berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian. Hasil ini mengungkapkan citra merek dan kesadaran merek bersamaan menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi dalam keputusan pembelian. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar skintific meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dengan fokus pada kedua aspek ini di platform tiktok.

Abstract

The influence of management system performance on employee productivity at PT Lautan Teduh Interniaga. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale format, consisting of open and closed questions. This questionnaire was prepared and distributed to 30 respondents to obtain the required responses. A performance management system is defined as a continuous process for recognizing, measuring and improving individual and team performance, and aligning it with organizational goals. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the management system performance variable (X) has a significant effect on employee productivity, with tcount of 2.991 and ttable of 2.048 at a significance level of 0.006 (smaller than 0.05). Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The findings of this research show that the performance of the management system has a positive influence on employee productivity by 21.5%, while the remaining 78.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This research concludes that the performance of the management system plays an important role in increasing employee productivity in the company

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how students in Bandar Lampung who use e-commerce and make impulsive buying when using the Paylater option. Paylater, a digital credit-based payment option, is growing in popularity and may influence impulsive buying. This study examines the impact of Paylater on impulsive buying behavior through a quantitative approach using a simple linear regression method. A total of 97 students in Bandar Lampung City who regularly shop online became the sample of this study. The regression test results show that the use of Paylater significantly and positively affects impulsive buying behavior, with a coefficient of 0.719 and a p-value of 0.000. Because the p-value of paylater is smaller than 0.05 (0.000), the t-value is 14.077> 1.985. Payletter seems to have an important and beneficial effect on impulsive buying. Paylater accounts for about 67.6% of the variance in impulsive buying, corresponding to an R² value of 0.676. Finally, students in Bandar Lampung City who use e-commerce and utilize the paylater feature are less likely to make impulsive buying.
