Abstract

Modern information technology has changed a lot of things in the current social of life, no exception public religious life. The model further islamic science transmission is strongly influenced by the development of information technology and communication. During the preparatory phase of manuscripts, printing stage and phase television and computer exhibiting a different about the image of Ulama and da’i. The da’i and Ulama who promoted by media seem challenging and shift authority traditional Ulama. The emergence of da’i-selebrity is consequence of strong domination of television .The ability of television change reality become hiperreality bring up a new culture that Baudrillard called as Simulational culture. In the field of religious, simulation culture it bore new religious authority , namely da’i-celebrity who usually invoked ustadh. The arrival of new religious authority by television production is challenging religious authority old and given to talking about Islam in the public. Ulama which were determined by it’s mastery over the sciences of classical subjects now melting with with young da’i, fresh , and in new produced and reproductive by the television media. No more the boundary between real ulama and hyperreal ulama who produced by television.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode CIRC terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman dan menulis teks cerita pendek kelas VIII MTsN Trate 1. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan (quasi experimental) dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode CIRC terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman meliputi indikator kemampuan mengidentifikasi literal, mereorganisasi, menginferensial, mengevaluasi, dan mengapresiasi. Serta terdapat pengaruh pada penggunaan metode CIRC terhadap kemampuan menulis teks cerita pendek meliputi indikator menulis ide cerita teks cerita pendek dan menulis struktur cerita pendek.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the process of creative thinking, including analytic, evaluative, applicative, and interpretative students in scientific work. The scientific works studied were in the form of Student Creativity Program, State University of Malang, Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a content analysis method. This research data in the form of paragraphs, paragraph clusters, and full text. The data source of this research is the scientific work of students. The research data collection technique was carried out by survey and documentation study. The process of data analysis is grouped into three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the process of creative thinking in writing scientific papers can be done with four stages (1) the analytic stage in scientific work looks at the examination of arguments. (2) Evaluative in scientific work looks at the assessment of arguments in accordance with the topic of study. (3) Applicative in the work appears in arguing according to procedure. (4) Interpretations in scientific work appear in the clarification of meaning, so that the meaning conveyed is clear and directed. The findings of this study contribute to an author's understanding of the importance of using creative thinking processes in scientific writing. However, for further research it is recommended to examine the process of creative thinking with different objects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji representasi ideologi humanisme dalam tagar Makan Bergizi Gratis pada platform media sosial Twitter X menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis Norman Fairclough. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan cuitan di platform media sosial Twitter X yang diposting oleh para pemilik akun. Analisis pada tataran mikrostruktural berfokus pada aspek tekstual yang digunakan dalam menyampaikan proposisi. Analisis pada tataran mesostruktural dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi produksi, penyebaran, dan konsumsi proposisi kontroversi pemenuhan kecukupan pangan, pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi, dan pencegahan stunting dalam tagar Makan Bergizi Gratis sebagai wujud partisipasi aktif pemilik akun sekaligus pengguna platform media sosial twitter X dalam menyampaikan aspirasi. Pada tataran makrostruktural menghubungkan tagar dengan aspek sosial institusional yaitu terpusat pada pemerintah dan presiden selaku inisiator program, situasional mengarah pada peluncuran program makan bergizi gratis, dan sosial mengacu pada masyarakat pengguna media sosial Twitter X serta menginterpretasikan ideologi yang terkandung di dalamnya. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu tagar Makan Bergizi Gratis menjadi media publik untuk menyuarakan ketidakpuasan, kritik, dan saran terhadap program pemerintah yang baru saja diinisiasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang penggunaan bahasa dalam merepresentasikan ideologi dalam konteks kesejahteraan masyarakat di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the cognitive strategies of critical thinking in high school students' argumentative writing. Despite extensive research on critical thinking and argumentative writing, there is a lack of in-depth analysis of the specific cognitive strategies employed by high school students in their argumentative essays. Using a case study approach, data from 120 students at SMAN 2 Wonosari were collected through document analysis. Four findings related to the cognitive strategy of critical thinking were obtained in this study. (1) Interpretation is realised through the author's point of view and the formation of definitions, with positions expressed as either opposition or support. (2) The analysis was conducted by identifying the components and structure of arguments, where components included premises and conclusions, and structures were categorised as simple or complex arguments. (3) Inference is achieved through deductive and inductive reasoning. Deductive reasoning follows general patterns, such as chained arguments, modus ponens, and modus tollens, whereas inductive reasoning involves generalisation and causality. (4) The evaluation focuses on accuracy and logical correctness, with accuracy determined by the truth of the premises and logical correctness assessed through valid and strong arguments. The findings serve as a crucial resource for educators and students to enhance critical thinking skills in academic writing, potentially leading to improved teaching methods and student performance in argumentative essay writing.
