Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beragam resepsi pembaca terhadap bentuk ketidakadilan gender dalam cerpen feminisme berjudul Mata Telanjang. Bentuk ketidakadilan gender yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini meliputi: marginalisasi, subordinasi, stereotipi, dan kekerasan. Data resepsi dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis berdasarkan metode resepsi sastra. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya kontradiksi penerimaan pembaca terkait bentuk ketidakadilan gender terhadap tokoh perempuan (pekerja seks) yang ditawarkan oleh cerpen Mata Telanjang. Perbedaan perspektif dari pembaca disebabkan oleh latar belakang usia, pengetahuan, dan status sosial pembaca sehingga menimbulkan dua kelompok pembaca, yakni kelompok pembaca yang pro terhadap adanya bentuk ketidakadilan gender, dan kelompok pembaca yang menolak bentuk ketidakadilan gender pada tokoh perempuan dalam cerpen.[The purpose of this study is to find out various reader receptions towards gender inequality in feminism short stories entitled Mata Telanjang. The forms of gender injustice discussed in this study include: marginalization, subordination, stereotyping, and violence. The data of reception were collected through questionnaires and analyzed based on the method of literary reception. The results of this study indicate a contradiction in readers' acceptance of the form of gender inequality towards female leaders (sex workers) offered by Mata Telanjang short story. The difference in perspective from the reader is caused by the background of the age, knowledge, and social status of the reader. Here, there are two groups of readers, namely the readers who are pro against the form of gender inequality, and the readers who reject the form of gender injustice in female characters in the short story.]

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research and development is to produce teaching materials to listen to website-based exposition texts for intermediate BIPA students. The teaching materials developed contain the diversity of Indonesian culture which is implemented in various themes. The development research model used was to adapt the Four-D Model. Each eligibility obtains a percentage of the assessment as follows. (1) the feasibility aspect of the presentation obtained a percentage of 71% (2) the aspect of content eligibility obtained a percentage of 77%. (3) then the language feasibility aspect obtained an eligibility percentage of 79%, (4) the website graphic feasibility aspect obtained a 72% percentage, As for the results of the intermediate level BIPA student response questionnaire to the developed teaching materials this obtained a percentage of 100%.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkan bahan ajar menyimak teks eksposisi berbasis website pada pelajar BIPA tingkat madya. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan memuat keakeragaman budaya Indonesia yang diimplementasikan dalam berbagai tema. Model penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan mengadaptasi Four-D Model. Masing-masing kelayakan memperoleh persentase penilaianan sebagai berikut. (1) aspek kelayakan penyajian memperoleh persentase 71% (2) aspek kelayakan isi memperoleh persentase kelayakan 77%. Abstract

Kids Khair merupakan program yang dirancang sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman nilai gender pada guru TK/RA di Kota Malang. Program ini meliputi seminar daring dan pelatihan memanfaatkan cerita sehari-hari sebagai alat menyosialisasikan keadilan gender sejak dini pada anak-anak. Ketidakadilan yang tercermin dalam realitas sehari-hari yang dianggap sebagai sebuah kewajaran musti dikritisi sehingga tidak menyebabkan sumber diskriminasi. Program menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa kumpulan cerita sehari-hari yang mengakomodasi nilai keadilan gender. Produk diberi judul Kids Khair. Dengan program ini, guru diharapkan lebih peka dan kritis terhadap nilai gender dan inklusi sosial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mereka juga diharapkan lebih kreatif dan inovatif mengemas pembelajarannya dalam bentuk cerita.  Dengan demikian, Kids Khair menjadi bagian upaya memperkuat kepekaan gender 25 guru yang terlibat dalam kegiatan. Kepekaan tersebut tercermin dari hasil belajar berupa cerita yang ditulis oleh para guru. Cerita tersebut di antaranya diterbitkan dalam bentuk dua buah buku kumpulan cerita anak Kids Khair Series. Kata Kunci— nilai gender, PAUD, IGTKM AbstractKids Khair is a program designed as an effort to improve understanding of gender values for teachers of TK/RA in Malang. The program includes online seminars and training on how to use daily stories as a tool for socializing gender justice for early childhood. The injustice reflected in everyday reality that is considered fairness must be criticized so as not to cause a source of discrimination. The program produces a product of daily stories that accommodate the value of gender justice. The product is titled Kids Khair. From this program, teachers are expected to be more sensitive and critical to gender values and social inclusion in their life. They are also expected to be more creative and innovative to conduct their learning with the stories.  Thus, Kids Khair is a part of efforts to strengthen the gender sensitivity of the 25 teachers involved in the activities. This sensitivity is reflected in the learning outcomes in the form of stories written by teachers. The story was published in the two kinds of Kids Khair Series: children's story collection books.Keywords— gender value, PAUD, IGTKM

Abstract

Abstract: This developmental research of teaching materials for writing drama scripts which contain tolerance values was constructed based on the students’ need in writing drama scripts. The purpose of this research is to apply the values of tolerance in their daily life in writing drama scripts. This research uses the method of Borg and Gall which is modified into seven stages. Expert tests were carried out on tolerance material experts, teaching media development experts, and practitioners. In the expert test, it was found that the presentation feasibility score was 85%, the graphic feasibility was 83%, the language feasibility was 83%, and the tolerance value aspect was 90%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that teaching materials for writing drama scripts which contain tolerance values are very feasible and can be implemented for the students.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini merupakan bahan ajar menulis drama bermuatan nilai toleransi ini dibuat berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa dalam menulis naskah drama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai toleransi dalam keseharian dalam naskah drama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dari Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi tujuh tahapan. Uji produk dilakukan oleh ahli materi toleransi, ahli pengembangan media bahan ajar, dan praktisi. Dalam uji ahli didapatkan skor kelayakan penyajian 85%, kelayakan kegrafikan 83%, kelayakan bahasa 83%, dan aspek nilai toleransi 90%  Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, kesimpulannya adalah bahan ajar menulis naskah drama bermuatan nilai toleransi sangat layak dan dapat diimplementasikan.

Abstract

This study is intended to describe the intelligence of emotional, that the main character has in the novel entitled “Assalamualaikum Beijing” by Asma Nadia. This study used qualitative approach with the study of literary psychology. The qualitative approach using the study of literary psychology is chosen because this study is meant to describe the phenomena in form of words and language regarding the mental aspects of the main character. A type and method of this study were using document study and content analysis. This study belonged to the document study because the researcher was reviewing the written document in the form of a novel entitled “Assalamualaikum Beijing” by Asma Nadia. The data analysis is done by presenting the data, interpreting the data, and drawing the conclution. The results of this study showed that the emotional intelligence of the Muslim women in the novel covered (1) the ability of managing the emotions, (2) the ability of motivating herself, and (3) the ability of building relationship. The ability to manage emotions in the form of the ability to control impulses and overcome anxiety and sadness. The ability to motivate themselves in the form of a character's desire to succeed and take advantage of other situations, obstacles, and self-problems as motivation. The ability to build relationships is demonstrated through the interaction of characters in creating close relationships, maintaining relationships, building comfort and moving others.

Abstract

LANGUAGE EXPRESSIONS IN CONSTRUCTING PHYSICAL MASCULINITY IN INDONESIAN TEEN LITAbstract: Teen lit serves a central position in the conception of masculinity in teenagers due to its closeness to them as readers. For teenagers, physical masculinity is relatively highlighted compared to masculinity in other dimensions. Physical masculinity is expressed through classic names, which is related to strength, and is signified by ‘provincial’ names. Physical masculinity is also conveyed through the expressions of the eyes and figures. Maskulinitas fisik juga ditunjukkan melalui ekspresi mata dan figur. Abstract

Masculinity refers to the ideal nature of male constructed by society. Developments in various sectors make masculinity grows, which one is metrosexual male. Metrosexual are men who are identified as men whoare very concerned with appearances that emerge as the impact of popular culture and hedonism lifestyle on modern urban society. In this study, the masculinity of metrosexual characters in the metropop novels is examined. Masculinity in metropop novels shows masculinity with an urban life setting that puts forward aspect of appearance like an attractive face, fashion that relies on fashion trends and particular brands, and economic financial stability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts to resolve conflict in the novels Odd Even and Bad Girl in Pesantren. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with an objective approach. The data in this study are in the form of words, sentences, or paragraphs related to narratives, dialogues, and behaviors that indicate conflict resolution efforts. The data sources of this study are taken from the novels Odd Even and Bad Girl in Pesantren. The instrument used in data collection was the researcher herself who acted as the key instrument. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by reading and note-taking techniques with the work steps of reading intensively, careful and repeatedly the novel Odd Even and Bad Girl in Pesantren as a data search process that included conflict resolution efforts, marking data according to research problems and recording data. Data analysis techniques, researchers used the Milles & Huberman model by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed 39 data, consisting of 15 sublimation data, 10 rationalization data in the novel Odd Even, 7 sublimation data, 7 rationalization data in the Bad Girl in Pesantren novel. The conflict resolution efforts contained in the novel can be used as a reflection not to dissolve in sadness and direct ourselves towards positive things.
