Abstract

Bahan ajar berbasis IT dibutuhkan sebagai penunjang proses pembelajaran daring. Namun, banyak guru di sekolah mitra yang masih kesulitan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis IT. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PPM) ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan workshop pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis IT bagi guru SDN Sumur Welut III/440 Surabaya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara offline di ruang pertemuan SDN Sumur Welut III/440 Surabaya. Metode pelaksanaan workshop adalah dengan presentasi, pemodelan dan simulasi disertai tugas. Hasil kegiatan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PPM) ini, yaitu: (1) meningkatnya kreativitas guru dalam pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis IT; (2) kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terlaksana dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed all forms of activities carried out by the community, the number of people who have experienced layoffs (PHK) has caused a lot of unemployment. There are many small traders who are generally food vendors who are sold at home. The number of MSMEs that have developed in this village are still implementing conventional sales, but the sales that have been carried out are also quite developed or those that have not yet developed. And the results of this activity are intended so that business owners are able to operate the application correctly so that people can benefit from the new things they get while increasing knowledge about digital marketing.

Abstract

Reducing plastic waste is a shared responsibility not only for the government through making regulations such as PERDA (Regional Regulation), but also society as a whole. One thing that can be done is to use a shopping bag that can be used many times, for example a tote bag or tote bag. There are lots of different types of tote bags, ranging from the plain ones to the different looks. In addition to being able to use plain tote bags, they can also be decorated to make them look nicer and can also be resold. Because of this, training and practice of decorating tote bags was carried out. The activity was carried out by providing counseling as well as practice and assistance to members of youth organizations and youth women's mosques in Turirejo Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency by utilizing existing plant leaves for materials for making ecoprint tote bags. The purpose of this activity is to increase the creativity and productivity of youth members and mosque youth who are expected to become ecoprint tote bag craftsmen, as well as economic empowerment which is expected to increase income and encourage increased welfare. The methods and stages of the activities carried out are conducting material presentations then followed by live demonstrations and practice of making ecoprint tote bags. The result of this training is that members of youth organizations and mosque youth have become more trained in making ecoprint tote bags. It is hoped that the skills acquired can encourage creativity, productivity and the economy. From a small existing group, it can become bigger by creating a business unit with a variety of other products on the basis of an ecoprint that can prosper the surrounding community, especially Turirejo Village.

Abstract

Penulisan ilmiah merupakan suatu tuntutan sebagai seorang guru profesional yang selalu menjaga tradisi ilmiah dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu dan kompetensi. Namun banyak guru di SDN Sumurwelut III yang belum secara konsisten menulis karya ilmiah. Hal tersebut menjadi sebuah kebutuhan sekolah mitra dari kampus Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya untuk dilakukan pendampingan penulisan karya ilmiah melalui kelompok dosen dari Program Studi PGSD. Permasalahan minimnya wawasan guru dalam hal penulisan ilmiah menjadi kegiatan pokok dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM). Pada Kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan kelompok dosen ini bertujuan memberikan solusi dan kemanfaatan bagi guru dalam penulisan ilmiah, sehingga guru semakin profesional dengan adanya karya ilmiah yang dimiliki. Selain itu menambah wawasan bagi guru untuk menyusun karya ilmiah. Kegiatan PkM ini mendapatkan respon baik dari para guru. Dengan harapan setelah melaksanakan kegiatan pendampingan tersebut, guru dapat membuat publikasi karya tulis ilmiah.

Abstract

The competence of elementary school teachers in the preparation of AKM-based character development indicators needs to be a concern. Most of the teachers at SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya, the teachers do not have experience in compiling AKM-based character development indicators. The purpose of this community service is to improve the competence of elementary school teachers in compiling AKM-based character development indicators. The intended target is the teacher of SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya. This activity is carried out in the form of training and workshops, starting with material presentations, discussions, and workshops with the assistance of lecturers and assisted by students during group work. The results of the activity show that: (1) there is an increase in the understanding and skills of teachers in preparing AKM-based character development indicators; (2) The response of this training participant showed a positive response.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of implementing the Think Talk Write (TTW) type cooperative learning model on learning outcomes in the material Benefits of Diversity and Preserving Cultural Diversity for Class IV Elementary School at SDN Gayungan II/423 Surabaya. This research is a quantitative experimental research with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection technique used was a Pretest-Posttest activity in the form of a multiple choice test. This research used two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. Class VI-A is an experimental class with 25 students, while class VI-B is a control class with 25 students. The data analysis technique using the T test obtained a Sig (2-tailed) result of 0.000 < 0.05 so that HO was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Think Talk Write (TTW) type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of Social Science Class IV Elementary School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model with the Problem Solving method on critical thinking of 4th grade students at SDN Dukuh Menanggal 1 Surabaya.The research design in this study is experimental quantitative research. The research design used is nonequivalent control group design with posttest-only control design type. The sample and population were all fourth grade students of SDN Dukuh Menaggal consisting of two classes with a total of 62 students, namely class IV A of 31 students and class IV B of 31 students. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling. The research instrument used was a test. It was obtained that the average value (mean) of the posttest in the experimental class was 79.03, while for the average value (mean) in the control class was 69.03. From the calculation using t-test analysis and the results of the analysis obtained a Sig value. (2 tailed) 0.000. Then obtained Sig. (2 tailed) α 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. That students who are taught using the STAD learning model with the Problem Solving method on students' critical thinking show higher results. So it can be said that learning IPAS material on Indonesian cultural wealth using the STAD learning model with the Problem Solving method on critical thinking of fourth grade students of SDN Dukuh Menanggal 1 Surabaya is more effective than conventional learning.

Abstract

This is a Community Service activity carried out by the Community Service TEAM, Elementary School Teacher Education lecturers, Faculty of Education, PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. The aim of this service activity is to increase teacher competence in designing assessment as learning. The participants in this activity were teachers at SDN Dukuh Menanggal I Surabaya. This service activity was carried out on November 13 2024 using presentation, modeling and simulation methods accompanied by assignments. The results of the workshop showed that participants were able to understand and design assessment as learning well, participants were motivated to take part in the assessment as learning development workshop, and there was a change in knowledge/competence in developing learning assessments.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan metode Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) berbantuan media wordwall terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila pada pokok bahasan “Saya Anak Berdisiplin” pada siswa kelas IV. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari siswa Kelas IV A sebagai kelompok acuan dan siswa Kelas IV C sebagai kelompok observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Non-probability sampling dengan metode selective sampling. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui hasil pre-test dan post-test yang diuji menggunakan uji-t dengan SPSS versi 27. Uji hipotesis atau t-test dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Independent Samples Test. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dengan nilai p (sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 maka hipotesis tidak berpengaruh (H ₀ ) ditolak dan proposisi alternatif (Hₐ) diterima. Abstract

This study aims to implement the TaRL approach with the Fun Tecahing method to increase the learning activeness of students at SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya. This type of research is Classroom Action Research developed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart which includes three stages namely; 1) planning (plan), 2) implementation and observation (act and observe), and 3) reflection (reflect). This research was conducted at SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya. The subjects of this research were students of class IV-A as many as 28 people. The data collection techniques used were observation and documentation with research instruments in the form of rubrics and observation sheets of students' learning activeness. The results of this study indicate an increase in the learning activeness of students through the implementation of the TaRL approach with the Fun Teaching Method. This can be seen from the results of pre-cycle observations with a percentage of 52.38% in the less active category which then increased by 61.16% in the moderately active category after applying the TaRL approach in cycle 1. Furthermore, it increased again in cycle 2 with a percentage of 80.65% in the active category after applying the TaRL approach with the Fun Teaching method in the learning process. This research proves that the implementation of the TaRL approach with the Fun Teaching method can increase the learning activeness of students in class IV-A SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya.
