Abstract

This research is motivated based on observations in the field on the assisting process carried out by PKH assistants in providing services, the way services are provided to the community and measuring the level of community satisfaction with the performance of companions. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of the PKH beneficiaries with the performance of PKH assistants in Gampong Pawoh, Susoh District. The sample collection technique used by the researcher was a systematic random sample (Syistematic Random Sampling), thus the sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents where data collection was collected by filling out a questionnaire, then the data collection technique was carried out through literature studies and field studies which included: Observations and questionnaires. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that public satisfaction with the performance of PKH assistants is quite satisfactory and maximally realized, the performance of companions who have provided the best possible services but which is an obstacle in mentoring, there is still a lack of desire from some KPM to attend PKH meeting activities, there is still a lack of understanding in the digestion of information or learning provided by the companion, and some activities carried out in supporting  assistance duties so that there are often miscommunications, especially information about PKH to the beneficiary community in Gampong Pawoh with companions so that many of the KPM come to see the PKH coordinator at the Abdya Social Service.Keywords: Family Hope Program (PKH). Abstract

The potential of adolescents in education has a huge influence on the development of a better social life, especially in the order of interaction in their daily lives. However, the problem of education equality is still a trigger for high levels of youth unemployment, including one of them in Gampong Suak Bilie. Different reasons for the problem of dropping out of school can be directed by empowering teenagers who drop out of school, this is due to the habits of teenagers who spend more time playing. The method of implementing youth empowerment is through socialization and mentoring adolescents who drop out of school. The results of this service found that adolescents in Gampong Suak Bilie have the potential to develop their interests, but the lack of resources and motivation that support to develop the potential of adolescents results in not accommodating the interests of adolescents.

Abstract

Merebaknya minimarket bertaraf nasional bagi sebagian orang dianggap mengancam keberlangsungan para pedagang kecil di daerah. Tampilan yang elegan seolah memberikan prestise yang tinggi bagi para pelanggannya. Namun bukan berarti tidak ada cacatnya, banyak minimarket bertaraf nasional dengan konsep swalayan tersebut diduga banyak melakukan penipuan. Khususnya penipuan mengenai harga, harga yang dipajang di rak barang sering lebih rendah daripada harga barang yang ada di kasir. Masyarakat sering tertipu dengan harga-harga tersebut, namun setiap komplain dijawab dengan harga yang benar yang ada di kasir. Kemudian sebagian orang mengabaikan dan sebagian lagi mengembalikan ke dalam rak. Hal ini sangat berbeda dengan toko-toko kecil yang dikelola tidak menggunakan konsep swalayan. Bahkan harga sering dinego oleh pembeli, untuk mendapatkan harga yang lebih murah lagi meskipun selisihnya hanya sedikit. Bagaimana sesungguhnya kepuasan masyarakat dalam berbelanja di minimarket/swalayan? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada setidaknya 5 (lima) indikator layanan minimarket/swalayan masih belum memuaskan dan harus diperbaiki dengan prioritas yang tinggi. Kemudian terdapat 7 (tujuh) indikator yang harus diperbaiki dengan prioritas rendah, 1 (satu) indikator layanan merupakan berlebihan, dan 8 (delapan) indikator layanan perlu dipertahankan. Mengenai perbedaan harga antara di rak dengan di kasir, merupakan layanan yang harus diperbaiki dengan prioritas yang tinggi. Harapan masyarakat agar pelayan memberikan harga di rak daripada di kasir, ternyata mengecewakan. Petugas selalu berpatokan dan memberikan harga di kasir daripada di rak. Namun yang mengagetkan, banyak masyarakat yang belum menyadari akan hal ini, masyarakat berpikir antara harga di rak dan di kasir sama.
