Abstract

Abstract : The purpose ofthis research was toanalyzethe cost ofproduction, revenue, profitandefficiencylevel of Berkat Yakin shrimp pond in Penampi village of Bengkalis distric. This research was in Berkat Yakin shrimp pondin Penampi village of Bengkalis distric.The data usedin this researchis a type ofsecondary datawithinterviewdata collection techniquesanddocumentationfrom2011-2013. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that in 2011 enterprise Berkat Yakin shrimp pond has a value that is equal to Rp 1.49 efficiency. Then, In 2012 enterprise Berkat Yakin shrimp pond has a value that is equal to Rp 1.85 efficiency and at the 2013enterprise Berkat Yakin shrimp pond has a value that is equal to Rp 2.16 efficiency. It can be summarized that this business has efficiency level more than one, which is means that this business is worthto be developedorcan be forwarded.Keywords: Business, shrimp pond

Abstract

Abstrack: The learning model of Two Stay Two Stray technique or method two only two guests. Learning is a learning models that begins with the division of the group, and provide opportunities for groups to share results and information. The purpose of this study is to Determine the Increase in student motivation on the subjects of social sciences through a learning model of Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) Class VIII at MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan Rokan Hilir. Place of research conducted at MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan Rokan Hilir class. The sample used is a class VIII student number 32, composed of 20 women and 12 men. Data Obtained using techniques obserpasi and observation for two weeks. While the data analysis techniques used are: analysis of the activity of teachers and students and the analysis of the motivation to learn. From the results of the data analysis that has been done shows. application of learning models Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) can Increase students' motivation on the subjects of Social Sciences Class VIII at MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan Rokan Hilir. From Reviews These results it is expected that the teacher suggested MTs Al-Kholidiyah Sedinginan, learning TSTS can use as an alternative model of learning to improve students' motivation. Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the effect of Competence, Independence, Objectivity and Due Professional Care for Quality Audit. The population used in this study there are 59 auditors, type of data used is qualitative data sourced from the auditor. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis, t test and f test with significance level of 0.10%.The result showed that the Competence, Independence, Objectivity and Due Professional Care simultaneously affect the Quality Audit. Based on the partial results of the study showed a positive effect on the Quality Competence Audit, Independence positive effect on the Quality Audit, Due Professional Care negatively affect the quality of audit results, meanwhile Objectivity does not affect the quality of audit results. The coefficient of determination shows that the Competence, Independence, Objectivity, and Due Professional Care Quality Audit affect 90.1% and the remaining 9.9% are not described in this research mode. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the developing trend of anti-bribery disclosure among mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample data of research is an 81 -observation firm-year period during 2017–2019. The results of the study revealed that there is increasing information about anti-bribery disclosure from year to year. The most frequently disclosed information relates to corporate whistle-blowing system policies. The results indicated that the size of the board of directors, whether the entity is a state-owned company, and the type of auditor employed by the firm are positively significant influences on a corporation’s anti-bribery disclosure. Meanwhile, profitability has a negatively significant influence on anti-bribery disclosure, and there appears to be no effect at all from either firm size or firm leverage on a company’s anti-bribery disclosure. The authors recommended that regulators consider more anti-bribery activity and require disclosure of a company’s policies as evidence of its commitment to stakeholders and to demonstrate transparency, policies, and efforts to eradicate corruption and comply with ethical standards. This proposal can be supported by governmental regulations and ISO 37001 standards to permit companies to relatively easily implement an anti-bribery management system that would be highly useful to counter the risks of corruption cases.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru, yang berjumlah 311 orang dengan sampel 78 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah data primer untuk variabel budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja yang bersumber dari guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru dihitung dari tanggal 2 September sampai dengan 30 Oktober 2020  dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan data sekunder untuk variabel kepuasan kerja guru yang bersumber dari Dinas Pendidikan Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan path analisis dengan bantuan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh dengan kepuasan kerja guru baik secara simultan maupun secara partial. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja guru. Semakin baik budaya organisasi dan semakin kuat motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja. Sebaliknya semakin buruk budaya organisasi dan lemah motivasi kerja makin rendah pula kepuasan kerja. Kesimpulan, variabel budaya organisasi dan motivasi baik secara sendiri sendiri dan bersama-sama/ simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of corporate governance that represented by audit comitte, independent commissioner and managerial ownership on integrity of financial statement both of simultaneously and partially at manufacturing companies which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015 until 2017. The population of this study is all of the manufacturing companies which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015 until 2017 which has complete data about audit comitte, independent commisioner, and managerial ownership and examined by census. This study used secondary data sourced from annual report. The data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with the help of the program called SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The result of this study showed that corporate governance that represented by audit comitte, independent commissioner and managerial ownership simultaneously had an influence on integrity of financial statement. Audit comitte partially had a negative influence on integrity of financial statement. Independent commissioner had a positive inluence on integrity of financial statement. While managerial ownership had a positive influence on integrity of financial statement.Key Words: Corporate Governance and Integrity of Financial Statement

Abstract

Abstack: Cooperative learning model is a model of learning with an emphasis on the social aspects of learning using small groups of 4-5 students with a heterogeneous structure of the group in achieving the learning objectives. Cooperative learning model exchanging greetings technique is one of the cooperative learning techniques, which gives the opportunity to practice the knowledge and skills of students. In addition to training the knowledge and skills of students, this technique is also expected to improve student learning outcomes. In this research aims to improve the learning outcomes of students social studies classes IV in SDN 036 Sintong district Tanah Putih district Rokan Hilir with cooperative learning model. The location of this research in SD Negeri 036 Sintong district Tanah Putih district Rokan Hilir. Samples in this study is a Class IV student of State 036 Sintong district amounting to 23 people. Data were obtained by a test sheet student learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques performed by observation of the teacher's behavior and collect data to learn the results obtained from the social studies test students and analyzed with descriptive statistical techniques. From the analysis result that after the implementation of cooperative learning model technique exchanging greetings, there is increased activity of teachers, increase the activity of students and student learning outcomes also increased. From the results of research conducted suggested that primary school teachers 036 Sintong can use cooperative learning techniques exchanging greetings as an alternative learning to improve student learning outcomes..Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Engineering exchanging greetings , Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Public Ownership of the Capital Structure. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that has the necessary data (managerial ownership, institutional ownership and possession of the governments) 6 consecutive years - succession (2008-2014). The data used is secondary data. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Public Ownership simultaneously affect the capital structure of 0.851. Further research showed partial effect on the Managerial Ownership Capital Structure of 0.140625. Institutional ownership affect the capital structure of 0.031684. Abstract

Abstract: Research on foreign ownership, public ownership and company value has been done by many previous researcher, but the result has not been consistent, that some have influence and some have no influence. Thus, researchers are interested in re-examining foreign ownership, public ownership and corporate value. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of foreign ownership, public ownership and corporate value. The population of this study is a transport sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has complete data on foreign ownership, public ownership and corporate value for four consecutive years 2013-2016. The type of data from this research variable is secondary data obtained by documentation technique that comes from Indonesian stock exchange website (www.idx.co.id). Methods of data analysis using regression.The result of the research shows that foreign ownership and public ownership influence simultaneously and partially to company value.Keywords: foreign ownership, public ownership, corporate value
