Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using the Sobat Dukcapil website, organizational culture and employee competence on the performance of population and civil registration services provided by the Benda Subdistrict office, Tangerang City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) at the Benda District Office, Tangerang City, totaling 52 respondents. Research data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) The use of the Sobat Dukcapil website has a positive effect on the performance of population and civil registration services; (2) Dukcapil organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of population and civil registration services; (3) Dukcapil employee competence has a positive effect on the performance of population and civil registration services; (4) The use of the Sobat Dukcapil website, organizational culture and employee competence simultaneously have a positive effect on the performance of population and civil registration services with a contribution of 86.3%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Role of the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Service in Empowering Women to Improve the Quality of Life of Poor Women in Tangerang City. This study is motivated by the existence of women who have a strategic position in regional development, therefore their existence needs to be empowered so that they can contribute positively to development. Women's empowerment is carried out through a program to improve the quality of life of women for poor women who are participants in the family hope program. In analyzing women's empowerment in this study, the concept of empowerment theory from Nugroho was used, where women's empowerment is measured using indicators of access, participation, control and benefits. Qualitative research methods are used to answer the research problems that have been formulated. Data analysis uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Interview techniques are carried out with research informants who are taken intentionally, while observation techniques are carried out on the implementation of programs to improve the quality of life of women for poor women. The results of the study provide information that poor women in Tangerang City already have the same rights to get women's empowerment programs where every woman has the same right to get training in order to have skills, self-confidence in making decisions in order to make changes in the lives of every woman. Although access given to poor women has not been given evenly because not all poor women registered as participants in the Family Hope Program have received food processing training as an implementation of the Women's Quality of Life Improvement program. In an effort to optimize access to obtain productive resources for poor women through the Women's Quality of Life Improvement program, it is recommended to improve communication with their networks related to the socialization of women's empowerment programs so that every poor woman registered as a participant in the Family Hope Program can obtain information related to the implementation of training carried out in the program. Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research approach where qualitative research as a scientific method is often used and implemented by a group of researchers. Qualitative research is conducted to build knowledge through understanding and discovery. The results of this study regarding the Evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2005 concerning the Prohibition, Distribution and Sale of Alcoholic Beverages in Tangerang City can be said to have been running well but still not optimal. This is because there are still shortcomings in the implementation of the Tangerang City Prohibition, Distribution and Sale of Alcoholic Beverages policy in the policy input so that it affects the process of implementing the policy. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, based on the input dimension, on the aspect of human resources in implementing the policy, Second, based on the process dimension, the mechanism for implementing this policy is quite clear, starting from raids, data collection of evidence, to action to sanctions given. can be said to be sufficient but still has some shortcomings, Third, based on the output dimension of implementation, the results of the implementation process of this policy itself are still not optimal in accordance with the objectives stated in the regional regulation itself, Fourth, based on the outcome dimension, the real impact caused by the implementation of the Prohibition, Distribution and Sale of alcoholic beverages can be seen that there are changes in people's lifestyle patterns. Abstract

Public transportation business is currently growing rapidly combined with the development of toll road infrastructure that is increasingly developing, the Government and Society currently demand an increase in services in the field of public transportation, so the performance of terminal management services needs to be combined with improving effective and efficient services, so that the terminal can provide quality and professional services. The quality of Human Resources needs to be improved, especially the discipline and work motivation of employees of the Pakupatan Serang Banten Type A Terminal Service Unit. The improvement of the quality and performance of government officials is expected to be seen in the form of service, role models and protection to the community in a good way, the method used in this study is a quantitative survey method with a correlational model. Based on the results of the calculation of the job satisfaction variable, a regression coefficient of 0.629 was obtained. The significance test of the regression coefficient with the t test obtained t count = 7.710 with a significance of 0.000, this means that the job satisfaction variable (X1) has a significant effect on work motivation (Y). The form of this influence is if job satisfaction increases by 1 (one) point while the work environment is considered constant, it will cause an increase in work motivation of 0.629 points. Then the results of the calculation of the work environment variable obtained a regression coefficient of 0.142. The significance test of the regression coefficient with the t-test obtained t count = 2.017 with a significance of 0.046, this means that the work environment variable (X2) has a significant effect on work motivation (Y). The form of this influence is if the work environment increases by 1 (one) point while job satisfaction is considered constant, it will cause an increase in work motivation of 0.142 points. Furthermore, there is a simultaneous influence of the variables of job satisfaction and work environment of: 0.590 or 59.0% on the work motivation of PPNPN employees in the Type A Terminal Environment Pakupatan Serang Banten. While the remaining 41.0% is influenced by other factors that were not studied, such as supervision, work culture, and others, meaning that there is a positive and significant partial influence of the variables of job satisfaction and work environment of PPNPN employees in the Type A Terminal Environment Pakupatan Serang Banten, at t count: 7.710 at Significance (Sig.): 0.000. On the other hand, there is a positive and significant partial influence of the work environment variable on the work motivation of PPNPN employees in the Pakupatan Serang Banten Type A Terminal Environment, at t count: 2.017 at Significance (Sig.): 0.46. Abstract

In Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus, ASN Employees must have a profession and ASN management based on a merit system that emphasizes employee qualifications, competencies, and performance. The government's seriousness in overcoming the problem of apparatus development is proven through PP No. 17 of 2020 concerning Civil Servant Management, which explains that all civil servants in 1 year have the opportunity for at least 20 hours of lessons to develop their competencies. The entry of the 4.0 era industry is the rapid development of technology in the world. Like it or not, of course this has an impact on technological progress in Indonesia. Starting from the Covid-19 pandemic and for the effectiveness of apparatus development activities, a policy was issued by the Tangerang City Government regarding apparatus development through the Learning Management System. However, seeing the conditions of virtual learning which have obstacles in their implementation, it creates a problem related to the process of apparatus development in the Tangerang City Government. Objective: Based on the background, the author compiled this study with the aim of knowing how the implementation of Apparatus Development through Learning Management System in Tangerang City, knowing what supporting and inhibiting factors are in the implementation of apparatus development through LMS in Tangerang City. Method: The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method with data sources in the form of interview results, observations and supporting documents and proven by documentation. Results/Findings: The results of the study indicate that in the development of apparatus through LMS in Tangerang City has been running according to the objectives, but there are still technical obstacles, namely the transition conditions from classical learning to virtual learning, such as the condition of LMS management human resources which are still lacking and learning support features have not been optimally used, as well as the lack of active role of the apparatus for self-learning. Abstract

This study explores the important role of public relations (PR) in shaping and maintaining PT Surya Sembada's corporate reputation. As a cornerstone of organizational success, reputation serves as a critical asset in a competitive business landscape. The research utilizes a comprehensive approach of qualitative methods to assess the multifaceted dimensions of the PR strategy implemented by PT Surya Sembada. The investigation begins by examining the theoretical underpinnings of corporate reputation and the evolving landscape of PR practice in the contemporary business environment. It then delves into case-specific analysis, evaluating the effectiveness of PT Surya Sembada's PR initiatives in enhancing brand image, fostering stakeholder relationships, and mitigating potential crises. Key findings highlight the strategic alignment between PR efforts and corporate objectives, emphasizing the role of transparent communication in fostering trust among stakeholders. The study also underscores the impact of digital platforms and social media in shaping public perception, requiring proficient management by PR practitioners. In addition, this research highlights the challenges faced by PT Surya Sembada in maintaining a positive reputation amidst dynamic market conditions. It offers actionable insights to refine PR strategies, emphasizing the importance of adaptability and proactive communication to navigate unexpected challenges. This analysis enhances the understanding of the symbiotic relationship between PR and corporate reputation, offering practical recommendations for PT Surya Sembada and other companies to enhance their reputational resilience in the current business environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan kebijakan pembelajaran berbasis mobile serta hasilnya dalam meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pada Program Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf (PPs UNIS) Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan secara objektif mengenai penerapan kebijakan pembelajaran berbasis mobile dan hasilnya berupa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian memberikan hasil penerapan pembelajaran berbasis mobile direspon oleh mahasiswa dengan kategori sangat positif sebanyak 12,5%, kategori positif 52,1%, dan kategori ragu-ragu 35,4%. Ini berarti sebagian besar mahasiswa, yaitu 52,1% memandang bahwa pembelajaran berbasis mobile yang diterapkan di Program Pascasarjana UNIS itu mempermudah pemahaman materi pembelajaran, memperkuat fokus, serta membantu proses pembelajaran, dan meningkatkan motivasi pembelajaran. Sementara itu rerata respons mahasiswa diperoleh sebesar 33. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menilai penerapan pembelajaran berbasis mobile pada mata kuliah metodologi penelitian adalah positif. Temuan ini memberi implikasi tentang urgensi e-learning, yang berfokus pada penggunaan internet dan ICT lainnya akan berpengaruh terhadap kurikulum dan teknologi pembelajaran di UNIS dan dunia perguruan tinggi umumnya pada masa depan. Abstract

Gugum Gumbira’s Jaipongan as a dance genre has been more than ten repertoires, among oth- ers, are: Keser Bojong, Rendeng Bojong, Toka-Toka, Iring-Iring Daun Puring, Setra Sari, Senggot, Sonteng, Ringkang Gumiwang, Pencug Bojong, Rawayan, Kawung Anten, etc. However, among those works, Gugum Gumbira states his Keser Bojong’s dance repertoire as having the most ideal image. The question is, what aspects build that ideal image? Clearly, this is related to various value dimensions attributed to that dance repertoire. To discuss this issue, the writers use Richard E. Palmer’s Hermeneutics as interpretation system to reveal the “hidden” meaning beyond the texts (1969: 16-31). Abstract

The objectives to be achieved from this study are to determine the influence of sub-district leadership, completeness of facilities and organizational communication on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City. The population used as the object of the study were employees of Pinang District, Tangerang City. The results of the study: (1) the influence of sub-district leadership on the effectiveness of public services obtained a positive correlation value of 0.881 with a very strong relationship, the significance test of t count (2.420) > t table (1.685). This means that sub-district leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City; (2) the influence of completeness of facilities on the effectiveness of public services obtained a positive correlation value of 0.875 with a very strong relationship, the significance test of t count (2.536) > t table (1.685). This means that completeness of facilities partially has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City; (3) the influence of organizational communication on the effectiveness of public services obtained a positive correlation value of 0.836 with a very strong relationship, the significance test of t count (4.386) > t table (1.685). This means that organizational communication partially has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City; (4) the influence of sub-district leadership, completeness of facilities and organizational communication on the effectiveness of public services obtained a positive correlation value of 0.937 with a very strong relationship, the significance test of significant value F count (89.436) > F table (3.25). This means that sub-district leadership, completeness of facilities and organizational communication together have an effect on the effectiveness of public services in Pinang District, Tangerang City. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of a digital-based academic administration system in higher education institutions within the context of Society 5.0. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study collected data through in-depth interviews with 15 stakeholders, participant observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the digitalization of academic administration successfully increased process efficiency by 40% and reduced data input errors by 75%. However, the implementation of this system faced significant challenges in the form of resistance to change from users (especially senior staff), a digital competency gap, and interoperability issues with legacy systems. Key findings of the study revealed that the success of digital transformation depends not only on the technological aspect but also on a human-centered approach in system design and adoption processes. Institutions that implemented tiered training programs, technical assistance, and intuitive interfaces demonstrated a 30% higher implementation success rate. This study enriches the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by adding the dimension of psychological readiness as a critical factor in technology acceptance. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of a holistic approach that combines technological innovation with human resource capacity development. The study recommends the need for user-centric system design, responsive feedback mechanisms, and ongoing evaluation to ensure the sustainability of digital transformation. The limitations of this local study open up opportunities for further research with broader scope and longer observation periods. The findings of this study provide an important contribution to the development of digital transformation policies in higher education that align with the principles of Society 5.0.
