Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi dengan Disiplin Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Kecamatan di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian survey untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan, adapun instrumen penelitiannya berbentuk kuesioner yang dibangun dari penjabaran indikator – indikator tiap variabel dengan alat ukur skala Likert. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara di 13 Kecamatan di Kota Tangerang yang berjumlah 920 orang, adapun penentuan sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 orang dengan menggunakan tehnik cluster sampling yang diukur secara statistika menggunakan rumus Slovin. Sebelum dilakukan analisis, instrumen diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi teknik analisis korelasi pearson product moment, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan secara statistik antara kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja ASN Kecamatan di Kota Tangerang yang positif sebesar 0,727. Terdapat hubungan signifikan secara statistik antara motivasi kerja dengan disiplin kerja ASN Kecamatan di Kota Tangerang yang positif sebesar 0,842. Terdapat hubungan signifikan secara statistik antara komitmen organisasi dengan disiplin kerja ASN Kecamatan di Kota Tangerang yang positif sebesar 0,660. Terdapat hubungan signifikan secara statistik antara kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama - sama dengan disiplin kerja ASN Kecamatan di Kota Tangerang yang positif sebesar 0,889.

Abstract

Research is based on the idea that university governance and the dean's leadership are very important for improving lecturer performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of university governance and the dean's leadership on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic University of Sheikh-Yusuf (UNIS).. The study uses a quantitative approach with correlation and regression analysis techniques. The sample size of the study was 40 lecturers taken using proportional stratified random sampling. The research gives the result that there is a positive and significant influence on the university governance on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic University of Syekh-Yusuf. University governance has a positive and significant effect of 71.06% on the performance of lecturers; dean leadership has a positive and significant effect of 16.40% on lecturer performance, and together there is a positive and significant effect of university governance and dean's leadership of 73.59% on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic University of Syekh-Yusuf.

Abstract

This study departs from the problem of employee performance, namely the low level of employee discipline. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction with employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The samples taken were DLH Tangerang City employees as many as 121 employees from a population of 172 employees. Data analysis used correlation analysis and regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, this study resulted in three conclusions: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between compensation and employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.216 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 5%). 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, with a correlation coefficient r = 0.324 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 5%). 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between Compensation and Job Satisfaction together with Employee Performance, with a correlation coefficient of R = 0.351 > Rtable (Rtable = 0.195 at α = 5%). Abstract

Air minum yang mengandung bakteri coliform menandakan bahwa kondisi air tersebut masih tercemar. Sehingga apabila air tersebut dikonsumsi dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan bagi manusia. Oleh karena itu dalam pengolahan air minum dibutuhkan proses disinfeksi yang harus dilakukan secara tepat dan efisien. Terdapat banyak metode untuk melakukan proses disinfeksi salah satunya yaitu dengan memanfaatkan paparan ozon sebagai disinfektan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persen degradasi bakteri coliform setelah dilakukan proses disinfeksi dengan variasi kadar ozon dan laju alir tertentu serta mencari kadar ozon dan laju alir yang optimal dalam proses disinfeksi pada pengolahan air minum. Proses optimasi dilakukan menggunakan Response Surface Methodology serta rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Central Composite Design dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak Minitab 19. Parameter yang akan dioptimasi meliputi kadar ozon sebesar 1,46; 1,75; 2,45; 3,15; dan 3,44 ppm. Sedangkan laju alir yang digunakan sebesar 4,17; 5; 7; 9; dan 9,83 lpm. Berdasarkan proses optimasi yang dilakukan didapatkan kadar ozon optimal sebesar 2,79 ppm dan laju alir optimal sebesar 4,17 lpm. Kondisi optimal yang didapatkan ini dapat mendegradasi bakteri coliform sebesar 100 persen.  DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jurnal_tekkim.v15i2.2567

Abstract

Air merupakan unsur yang memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan setiap makhluk. Kebanyakankebutuhan manusia terpenuhi menggunakan air mineral yang masih mengandung beberapa mineralanorganik. Tetapi ada beberapa kebutuhan tidak bisa dipenuhi dengan menggunakan air mineral.Sehingga dibutuhkan air yang tidak memiliki kandungan mineral di dalamnya atau disebut air demineral.Untuk menghilangkan kandungan mineral dalam air dibutuhkan suatu proses penyaringan airmenggunakan membrane yang disebut reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis dapat menyaring berbagaimolekul besar dan ion-ion dari suatu larutan dengan cara memberi tekanan pada larutan ketika larutanitu berada di salah satu sisi membran seleksi (lapisan penyaring) kemudian zat pelarut murni bisamengalir ke lapisan berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengolah air mineral menjadi airdemineral dengan metode membrane reverse osmosis serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh debit dantekanan membrane reverse osmosis dalam menurunkan kadar TDS (Total Dissolved Solid). Variabelyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah debit 3-11 liter/menit dan tekanan 1-12 bar. Hasil yangdiperoleh dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa membrane RO dapat menghasilkan air demineral dari airbaku pada kondisi operasi yaitu tekanan 12 bar dan debit 9 liter/menit. Kemampuan penyisihan TDSterbesar 98,24% dengan penurunan kadar awal TDS 114 ppm menjadi 2 ppm, sehingga sudah memenuhibaku mutu air demineral.DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jurnal_tekkim.v15i2.2544

Abstract

As an educational institution characterized by Islam, madrasah must be able to fulfill the community needs on the education of their children in order to avoid the negative effects of technological developments. This matter will be one of the attractions for the community to send their children to madrasah. One of the efforts to realize it is by developing a religious culture among madrasahs, ie continuously practicing religious habits, so that religious values can be internalized and practiced in everyday life. Among the strategies of religious culture development that can be done is through power strategy, persuasive strategy, and normative re-educative. The first strategy was developed through a command approach and a ban or reward and punishment. The second and third strategies are developed through habituation, exemplary, and persuasive approach or inviting to its citizens in a subtle way. In practice, the implementation of the development of religious culture requires the support and active role of various implementers and stakeholders such as teachers, students, parents, communities and governments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the religious grant policy organized by the People's Welfare Section of the Regional Secretariat of Tangerang City. The provision of religious grants in Tangerang City aims to support the achievement of goals, programs, activities, and sub-activities of the Regional government in accordance with the Regional interest in supporting the implementation of government, development, and community functions by taking into account the principles of justice, appropriateness, rationality, and benefits for the community. The grant policy implementation model approach in this study uses the concept of policy implementation from George Edward regarding the determinants of successful policy implementation, namely policy communication, policy resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The qualitative research method was used to describe the implementation of the grant policy organized by the People's Welfare Section of the Tangerang City Regional Secretariat by using analytical techniques through the data collection process of observation, interviews and observation which then conducted data reduction, data display and verification of conclusions through triangulation techniques. The research findings provide information that the implementation of the grant policy has been carried out well, although optimization efforts are needed regarding policy communication, policy resources, policy disposition and bureaucratic structure policy. Implementation of the grant policy requires coordination and communication that is carried out continuously and continuously. One of the coordination and communication media that can be used is by conducting socialization during pre-disbursement of religious grants, during grant disbursement and post-disbursement of grants. So that the use and management of grant aid received by religious organizations can be controlled, monitored and evaluated by the People's Welfare Section of the Tangerang City Regional Secretariat. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through Training and Business Assistance Programs at Pondok Bahar, Karang Tengah Subdistrict, Tangerang City. This research is motivated by the existence of micro, small and medium enterprises in Pondok Bahar which experience several problems such as the existence of limited capital and lack of access to banking, lack of understanding of business management management for new entrepreneurs, especially those related to financial management, lack of mastery of digital promotional media to develop businesses and still lack of coaching, management guidance and improvement of human resources of micro, small and medium enterprises. The concept to measure empowerment uses the stages of empowerment, namely determining the work area, socialization, implementing activities, organizing, awareness, advocacy and politicization, while to describe training using the parameters of training participants, trainers, materials and methods. Then to describe mentoring using the parameters of facilitation, strengthening, protection, and maintenance. Qualitative research methods were used to answer the research problems that had been formulated. Data analysis used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The interview technique was conducted to research informants who were taken deliberately, while the observation technique. The results of the study provide a suggestion that the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Micro Small Enterprises can facilitate and encourage micro and small entrepreneurs so that their products can be sold at Alfamart, Indomaret and Alfamidi in their area, by facilitating the legality of licensing from product brand patents, licensing to obtain halal certificates, the process of making Entrepreneurial Identification Numbers and halal certificates so that the products of micro and small entrepreneurs meet the requirements in terms of packaging and production to be sold by Alfamart, Indomaret and alfamidi.
