Abstract

Numerous aspects must be taken into account, including work stress, in order for an employee to provide quality work results. Employees are undoubtedly negatively impacted by job stress because it lowers productivity and makes it more likely that the organization won't meet its objectives. The goal of this study is to determine the level of work stress that employees experience, their current work results, how work stress itself affects performance, and how much of an impact the level of work stress has on the work performance of employees of PT. Bumi Aksara marketing department. A quantitative deskriptive technique was used in this research. According to research based on 30 respondents, work-related stress has an impact on employee performance. The regression analysis's findings are Y=6,597+0,649X. This shows that a one-point increase in workplace stress will result in a 0,649-point increase in employee performance. Employee performance was impacted by work-related stress by 62,6%; the remaining effects accounted for the remaining percentage. Even though the employees of PT. Bumi Aksara marketing department execute well, the business may still get the best out of them

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether employee motivation influences their abilities to produce work-related results at the regional Drinking water Company (PDAM) Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa regency. Therewere 116 employee total who made up the population of this study. Utilizing stratified Random sampling, 54 samples werexused. Questionnaires were used in the approaches for gathering data. Quantitative descriptive analysis using the statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) was used for data analysis methodologies. Based on the study's findings, a straightforward linear analysis revealed that a constant value of 10,115 can be interpreted as meaning that if the motivational variable has a value of 0, then work productivity has increased by 10,115. Similarly, the positive beta coefficient on motivation (X) can be interpreted as meaning that for each unit of motivation that is increased, work productivity will rise by 0.703 as well. Work productivity increases by 0.703 points when motivation is taken into account. This demonstrates that efforts to boost the job efficiency of employees of the Tirta Jeneberang Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM), Gowa Regency, depend greatly on their motivation.

Abstract

Organizational behavior influences efforts to improve performance, which is very important for an organization's marketing management. Marketing management is needed by the Yotta product beverage business to identify weaknesses and opportunities that can be managed using carefully planned strategies to achieve optimal goals. The focus of this research is the Yotta brand, namely how customers act towards it when they receive services according to organizational strategy or brand. Interview research is a type of qualitative research in which researchers gather to get information about the research variables. The research population is Yotta brand customers. To reach clear and unbiased conclusions, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive research style. The Yotta brand can be defined as a brand that relies on the superiority of the products it sells; However, the product marketing strategy remains important. To get customers, Yotta products use various marketing strategies. Customer behavior towards Brand Yotta's marketing strategy is expected to achieve good satisfaction with various implementations of these strategies for local Yotta brand products. They must analyze customer needs, provide clear price comparison options, and establish good communication and customer service. Therefore, the Yotta Brand must continue to strive and be consistent in providing customers with good products. In addition, it must continue to produce innovations that are in accordance with the environment and in accordance with the changing times, which will have a positive impact.
