Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan dan nilai yang diterima terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada pelanggan Telkom di kecamatan Lamongan. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dan diambil sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan Telkom sebagai responden dengan menggunakan program SPSS sebagai pengolah data. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket (kuesioner). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan telkom di Kabupaten Lamongan dengan nilai koefisien 0,368. Sementara nilai yang diterima berpengaruh secara tidak langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan telkom di kabupaten Lamongan dengan nilai koefisien 0,278. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan sumbangsih bagi dunia pendidikan dan dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan penelitian berikutnya. Serta dapat dipergunakan oleh PT telkom untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat internasional di Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, pengelolaan keuangan, dan penggunaan platform digital. Kota Ho Chi Minh,  sebagai kota terbesar dan pusat ekonomi di Vietnam, memiliki potensi besar dalam pertumbuhan UMKM, namun masih menghadapi tantangan seperti dominasi transaksi tunai, rendahnya pengetahuan pembukuan, inovasi bisnis yang terbatas, dan kemampuan pemasaran yang kurang efektif. Metode pengabdian meliputi ceramah, pelatihan keuangan, pelatihan media sosial, dan diskusi partisipatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penjualan dan ekspansi pasar UMKM, serta kesadaran merek yang lebih baik. Disarankan agar pedagang Vietnam terus meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi dan bisnis digital melalui pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan daya saing yang lebih kuat di pasar global

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) constitute a significant economic sector in Indonesia, accounting for 97% of the country's workforce and contributing 61.07% of the country's GDP (BPS, 2023). In Lamongan Regency, there are 120,235 MSMEs that contribute to 55.27% of GDP and 78.49% of the workforce. The objectives of this study are to comprehend the role that AI plays in value co-creation in MSMEs, to pinpoint and examine the ways in which AI supports value co-creation, and to create a thorough framework for examining the effects of AI on value co-creation in MSMEs. This study employs an explanatory research paradigm in conjunction with a quantitative technique. The sample studied was 120 respondents and quantitative data sampling using simple random sampling then processed using SEM PLS 3.0. The study's findings support the first hypothesis, which states that artificial intelligence improves sales performance. According to the second hypothesis, Value Co-creation can act as a mediator between artificial intelligence and sales performance. According to the third hypothesis, Value Co-Creation improves sales performance. The fourth hypothesis then demonstrates that the relationship between Value Co-Creation and Sales Performance can be moderated by Product Excellence.

Abstract

Indonesia in the rainy season every year, is often hit by landslides. The main cause of the landslide disaster is due to high rainfall, but the soil cannot accommodate the rainwater. So that Institut Aagama Islam Riyadlotul Mujahidin Students participating in KKN held reforestation activities to prevent landslides on sloping land with the assistance of the Village Government and the surrounding community. This dedication activity aims as education on preventing the threat of landslides by app lying a reforestation activities to the Baosan Lor village area. Activities are carried out by providing instructions regarding good and correct reforestation techniques. The output of this dedication the development of the Baosan Lor community’s insights on the threat of landslides in the area of residence and conservation efforts independently by the community using a reforestation activities.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to: teach procedures for paying fidyah to pregnant and breastfeeding mothers in Dusun Bulu 1, Bulu Village, Sambit District, Ponorogo as accordance with Islamic law, accompany the implementation of fidyah payments by pregnant and breastfeeding mothers in Dusun Bulu 1, Bulu Village, District Sambit Ponorogo who does not fast during Ramadan. The Community Service implementation method includes: preparation stage, the Community Service implementation stage which includes socialization and fidyah payments, and evaluation stage. The results achieved from this Community Service activity include: preparation stage, Community Service implementation stage which includes socialization and fidyah payments, and evaluation stage. The results achieved from this Community Service activity include: (1) increased understanding of the procedures for paying fidyah for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. (2) Pregnant and breastfeeding women in Bulu I Hamlet, Bulu Village who do not fast during Ramadan have the awareness to pay fidyah. (3) Sustainability of the Community Service program in the form of the existence of a payment and fidyah distribution committee for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menelaah keterkaitan antara penguasaan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI) dan ketepatan penerapan ejaan dalam penulisan karya ilmiah mahasiswa. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh masih seringnya ditemukan ketidaksesuaian penulisan ejaan, seperti kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital, tanda baca, kata baku, dan penempatan imbuhan. Kekeliruan tersebut dapat mengurangi keterbacaan, memperlemah kejelasan makna, serta menurunkan kredibilitas karya akademik. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi sejauh mana pemahaman PUEBI memengaruhi mutu penulisan ilmiah mahasiswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi (content analysis) terhadap literatur, artikel ilmiah, dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Analisis data difokuskan pada bentuk kesalahan ejaan, faktor penyebabnya, serta dampaknya terhadap kualitas karya tulis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pemahaman PUEBI yang memadai berperan penting dalam menjaga konsistensi bahasa, meningkatkan kualitas penulisan, dan mempermudah pembaca memahami isi karya. Sebaliknya, lemahnya penguasaan PUEBI memicu kesalahan mendasar yang mengurangi mutu akademik. Oleh karena itu, disarankan adanya pembelajaran PUEBI secara terstruktur di perguruan tinggi untuk memperkuat literasi bahasa dan menjaga standar penulisan ilmiah.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh inovasi dan kualitas produk berinteraksi terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian difokuskan pada masyarakat kabupaten Lamongan yang menggunakan produk kecantikan MS Glow. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang terverifikasi sebagai pengguna aktif MS Glow. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kepuasan konsumen terbukti berperan penting dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian serta memediasi hubungan antara inovasi produk dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the regional economy, including in Boyolali Regency. However, this contribution has not been fully matched by adequate human resources (HR). The main problem in this study is the still low capacity of MSMEs' human resources, particularly in aspects of managerial skills, digital literacy, and adaptability to changes in the business environment, which impact business performance. This study aims to analyze human resource development strategies implemented in the MSME context and examine the impact of these strategies on improving MSME performance in Boyolali Regency. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a content analysis approach to relevant scientific literature from the past five years. The research process includes determining inclusion and exclusion criteria, searching for literature sources, thematic coding, and synthesizing research findings. The results show that effective HR development strategies can be grouped into three main aspects: skills training, marketing digitalization, and cross-sector collaboration. These three strategies have been proven to contribute positively to improving MSME competency, operational efficiency, market expansion, and business competitiveness. Thus, human resource development is a key factor in driving sustainable improvement in MSME performance, particularly in facing the challenges of digital transformation and increasingly complex economic competition.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out in Banjarejo Village, Kedungpring Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency, with the aim of increasing the added value of freshwater fish through product innovation. The village’s fishery potential, which has so far only been marketed in the form of fresh fish, has resulted in low selling prices and limited community income. To address this problem, the service team applied the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method by involving 20 village youths. The activities included socialization, training in the production of processed fish products (smoked fish, nuggets, and presto fish), training in packaging design, digital marketing, and business mentoring. The results of the program showed that participants were able to produce and package processed fish products properly. The evaluation indicated that 85% of participants could independently repeat the processing techniques. The tangible impact of this activity was an increase in the selling price of fish from IDR 15,000–18,000/kg to IDR 40,000–60,000/kg. In addition to providing economic benefits, this program also supports local food security by providing nutritious products based on freshwater
