Abstract

Empirical facts show that the work performance appraisal process to maximize performance tends to get stuck in a formality process. It is felt that the DP3-PNS (Job Implementation Assessment Data) has lost its meaning and substantive meaning, not directly related to what PNS has done. Therefore the government is trying to create a new way of assessing the work performance of civil servants, namely by using the Work Performance Assessment method approach. In this case, the President of the Republic of Indonesia has issued Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46 of 2011 concerning the Assessment of Civil Servant Work Performance. The purpose of this study was to describe the achievements of SD Plus Al-ghifari Kota Bandung employees. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method using observation and interviews to collect the data. The results of this study indicate that the Rating scale, Critical Incident and Field Review applied at SD Plus Alghifari Kota Bandung produce a more valid and structured assessment because the assessment data using the rating scale is stored on a drive in the network which can be accessed anywhere with use the internet network. Then for critical incidents it is carried out in stages and over a certain period of time and the manager monitors and records all specific events or events that will be assessed and observed as a determinant of the success of the indicators on the job. And finally, the field review is carried out by means of assessors or leaders going directly to the field to assess employee performance.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi suatu keharusan dalam memajukan wilayah pedesaaan. Peran Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang melekat pada profesi dosen salah satunya diimplementasikan dalam program peningkatan kreativitas warga masyarakat. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, tim dosen UNY melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan pembuatan konten media sosial untuk promosi desa. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan baik teori maupun praktik kepada warga masyarakat dalam memajukan kawasan Dusun Krapyak IX Seyegan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan konten media sosial untuk promosi Desa. Program pengabdian dilaksanakan di Dusun Krapyak IX, Seyegan, Sleman melalui empat tahap yakni: a) need analysis, b) pelaksanaan pelatihan, c) pendampingan dan praktik, dan 4) evaluasi. Adapun  metode pelatihan meliputi ceramah,  tanya  jawab, diskusi dan praktik. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat mampu menigkatkan kemampuannya dalam mengembangkan konten media sosial untuk promosi desa secara digital. Peserta antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan. Selain itu, peserta mampu menghasilkan konten promosi Desa di media sosial Instagram, facebook, dan twitter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem navigasi slide yang dikendalikan suara dan menilai kinerjanya. Metode penelitian yang dipakai riset dan pengembangan (R&D). Model pengembangan dilakukan mengunakan prinsip ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yang berulang; dimulai dari a) analisis, b) desain, c) developing, d) implementasi, dan e) evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji fungsional untuk mencari nilai akurasi. Proses pemanggilan perintah navigasi slide diproses melalui pencocokan dengan karakteristik input sehingga menghasilkan data output berformat "˜Head (AA) | Length | Command | Data | End (0A)' dalam heksadesimal. Pemanfaatan algoritma JST mampu memberikan respon yang cukup handal terbukti 85% data rekognisi akurat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan desain DSS dan mengetahui kualitas DSS yang dipakai instruktur dalam menentukan metode pelatihan e-learning berbasis Moodle bagi guru SMK.Penelitian dan pengembangan ini melalui lima fase yaitu: asesmen/analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru SMK di Kota Yogyakarta, Sleman dan Magelang 75 responden need assessment and analysis, 15 guru uji beta, 24 guru untuk evaluasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar kuesioner need assessment and analysis, lembar validasi ahli pelatihan, lembar uji alfa, lembar uji beta dan lembar evaluasi pelatihan.HasilpenelitianmenunjukkanDSS memberikan alternatif keputusan secara cepat melalui empat pertimbangan berdasarkan peserta, tujuan, keuntungan, dan level. Hasil uji alfa dan beta DSS menunjukkanskor 4,14dan 4,02 atau kategori "baik".SedangkanakurasiDSS melalui evaluasi terhadap 24 pesertapelatihane-learningmenunjukkan 88,14%akurat. DEVELOPING A DSSFOR DETERMINING THE METHOD OF MOODLE-BASEDE-LEARNINGTRAINING FOR VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERSAbstractThis study aims to produce the DSS design and knowing the quality of the DSS is used in determining instructor training method based on Moodle e-learning for Vocational High School teachers. This study was a research and development conducted in five steps, i.e. need assessment/analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subject was teachers of SMK at Yogyakarta City, Sleman and Magelang, there were 75 respondents for needs assessment and analysis 15 teachers for beta testing, 24 teachers for evaluation. The instruments of the data collection were validation sheets for the needs assessment and analysis, alpha test sheets, beta test sheets and training evaluation sheets.The result of the study shows the following: the DSSprovides an alternativerapiddecisionsthroughfourconsiderationsbased on: participants, objectives, benefits, andlevel.The Alpha test and Beta test results show a mean score of 3.92 and 4.02 or the DSS is in the "good" category. While, the accuracy of the DSS through an evaluation of 24 participants of the e-learning training shows 88,14% accuracy.

Abstract

This paper presents the outcomes of RoboLikha: Creative Technology for Inclusive STEM Learning, the flagship extension program of the College of Technology at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP). The program was designed to address inequities in STEM education among underserved schools in Northern Mindanao through teacher training, student mentoring, community-centered implementation, and institutional partnerships aligned with the USTP CARES pillars and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The program adopted a holistic and participatory framework that combined   caravans, training of trainers, workshops, research mentoring, and competitions. From 2023 to 2025, RoboLikha capacitated more than 200 teachers, engaged over 600 students, and reached more than 3,800 community participants across Region 10. Six investigatory projects were co-developed at Cagayan de Oro National High School, two of which received national recognition at the 2025 National Science and Engineering Fair. Teachers also transformed their participation into funded research outputs, demonstrating that extension work can directly enhance professional growth and curriculum innovation. These findings validate RoboLikha as a transformative and scalable model for inclusive STEM education. Looking ahead to 2030, the program aims to expand to ten fully engaged schools, institutionalize innovation expos, and cultivate Creative Tech champions to sustain robotics and creative technology integration nationwide.
