Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know: (1) job involvement, work load, organizational culture, job satisfaction and performance of employee (2) the influence of work involvement, workload, organizational culture on employee performance, (3)the magnitude of work involvement, workload organisation culture on employee performance (4) the magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees (5) the extent of indirect influence of involvement, workload and organizational culture on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is job involvement, work load, organizational culture, employee job satisfaction and employee performance. Data analysis equipment used in this research is descriptive test that is to test the descriptive statistic model based on mean value and verfikatif test by using data analysis equipment of structural equation modeling (SEM) with Amos program aid. The results showed that (1) work involvement, workload, organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance were running well, because the average value was higher than the expected average value, (2) job involvement, workload, organizational culture had positive effect (4) result of research also proves that job satisfaction influence to employee performance, (5) result of research also prove that there is influence of not direct involvement, workload and organizational culture on the performance of employees through job satisfaction of the staff of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets of Aceh.Keywords:  Job Engagement, Workload, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Employee PerformanceAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) mendeskripsikan keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai (2) besarnya pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, budaya organisasiterhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) besarnya pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja (4) besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (5) besarnya pengaruh tidak langsung keterlibatan, beban kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja pegawai  dan kinerja pegawai. Peralatan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji deskriptif yaitu untuk menguji model statistik deskriptif berdasarkan nilai rerata dan uji verfikatif dengan menggunakan peralatan analisis data structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program Amos.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai sudah berjalan dengan baik, karena diperoleh nilai rerata lebih besar daripada nilai rerata harapan, (2) keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) terdapat pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, beban kerja, budaya organisasi terhadapkepuasankerjapegawai, (4) hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (5) hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung keterlibatan, beban kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai Kanwil Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara Aceh.Kata kunci: Keterlibatan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Budaya Organisasi,Kepuasan Kerjadan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the training effectiveness as well as its impact on the performance of civil servants within Aceh government. The predictor variable for the training effectiveness consists of the trainer competency, training environment, and co-workers support. The sample of the study are 148 civil servants attending the level four leadership training. The empirical data was collected by using questionnaire and then the data analyzed by the structural equation model. The study found that trainer competency, training environment and co-workers support have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of level four leadership training. The Co-workers and the training effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The training effectiveness has mediating the effect of trainer competency, training environment and co-workers support on employee performance. The mediating effect appearing by the training effectiveness as intervening variable between co-workers support and employee performance is partial mediation

Abstract

Abstract:Health is one of the basic human needs in which people in Indonesia receive health services from health care organizations. One health care organization in Indonesia is the Meuraxa Municipal General Hospital (RSUD) of Banda Aceh City that provides excellent service and quality to people in need of health services. One effort to win the competition by fixing the structure, process and output that lead to service quality. Employee performance is the level of success of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The population is all civil servants (PNS) Meuraxa RSUD Kota Banda Aceh amounting to 262 people. The sample is a small part of a population. In the SEM analysis the minimum sample size to be taken is 5 times the number of indicators. The total indicator in this study was 32, so the number of samples used was 160 people. Proving the hypothesis is done by using indicator value of CR and P. Because of 6 verifikatif hypothesis which tested in this research have CR value above 1,96 or P value smaller than 0,05, then all hypothesis tested reject Ho and accept H1. In other words, Organizational Culture and Job Engagement as independent variables have an influence to improve employee performance as long as Organizational Culture and Job Engagement can be improved by the management of Meuraxa Municipal Hospital of Banda Aceh City.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Meuraxa Municipal General Hospital (RSUD) Kota Banda Aceh. Abstrak: Kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan mendasar manusia dimana di Indonesia masyarakat mendapatkan layanan kesehatan dari organisasi layanan kesehatan. Organisasi layanan kesehatan di Indonesia salah satunya adalah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh yang memberikan layanan prima dan berkualitas kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan layanan kesehatan. Salah satu upaya untuk memenangkan persaingan tersebut dengan membenahi struktur, proses dan keluaran yang hasil akhirnya adalah kualitas pelayanan yang bermutu dan berkualitas. Kinerja karyawan merupakan tingkat keberhasilan karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Pegawai Negeri Sipil PNS) RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 262 orang. Sampel merupakan bagian kecil dari suatu populasi. Pada analisis SEM jumlah sampel minimal yang akan diambil adalah 5 kali jumlah indikator. Total indikator dalam penelitian ini adalah 32, sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 160 orang. Pembuktian Hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan indikator nilai CR dan P. Karena dari 6 hipotesis verifikatif yang diuji dalam penelitian ini memilik nilai CR diatas 1,96 atau nilai P lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka semua hipotesis yang diuji menolak Ho dan menerima H1. Dengan kata lain Budaya Organisasi dan  Keterlibatan Kerja sebagai variabel independen memiliki pengaruh untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sepanjang Budaya Organisasi dan  Keterlibatan Kerja dapat ditingkatkan oleh manajemen  Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Keterlibatan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Abstract:PT. PLN (Persero) of Aceh region realizes that the needs of electrical energy in Aceh increases along with the increasing number of population and economic growth. Limited electricity supply in Aceh becomes one of the performance inhibitors of PT. PLN (Persero) employees of Aceh that consequently cause the employees performance decrease. This study aimed to know how far the influence of leadership style, teamwork, and compensation towards work satisfaction and their effect on employee work performance of PT.PLN (Persero) of Aceh region is. There were 137 people involved in this study and it was conducted in PT. PLN of Aceh area. The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) of AMOS 22.0 statistic software package was employed as the model and hypothetical anaylisis in the study. The study showed that leadership style, teamwork and compensation affect the job satisfaction of PT. PLN (Persero) employees of Aceh. Another result in the study showed that leadership style, teamwork and job satisfaction did not affect the employee performance of PT. PLN (Persero) of Aceh, while compensation affect the employee work performance of PT. PLN (Persero) of Aceh. The next result showed that leadership style, teamwork and compensation did not affect employee performance of  PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh menyadari bahwa sejalan dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah penduduk, kebutuhan akan energi listrik di Aceh meningkat dengan pesat. Terbatasnya pasokan listrik di Aceh juga menjadi penghambat kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan PT.PLN (Persero) wilayah Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 137 orang. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dari paket software statistik AMOS 22.0 dalam model dan pengkajian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim  dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh. Kemudian hasil yang lain menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim dan kompensai tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: (1) the personality to motivate nurses (2) commitment to work on work motivation of nurses (3) emotional maturity on work motivation nurses (4) personality to the performance of nurses, (5) commitment to work towards the performance of nurses (6) emotional maturity on the performance of nurses (7) motivation affect the performance of nurses and (8) the indirect influence of personality, commitment, emotional maturity affect the performance of nurses Aceh Mental Hospital through work motivation. This is done on location research BLUD Aceh Mental Hospital. As for the object of this study is the influence of personality, commitment and emotional maturity affect motivation for nurses, personality, commitment and emotional maturity either simultaneously or partially affect the performance of nurses, work motivation affect the performance of nurses and personality, commitment and emotional maturity affect the performance of nurses through work motivation. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja perawat, kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dan kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat melalui motivasi kerja. Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is: (1) to describe the condition of work environment, compensation, work motivation, employee performance and organizational performance (2) influence of work environment to work loyalty, (3) the effect of compensation on work loyalty (4) the influence of work motivation on work loyalty (5) the influence of work environment on job satisfaction, (6) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction (7) the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction (8) the influence of job satisfaction on employee loyalty (9) job satisfaction mediate the influence of work environment to work loyalty, (10) job satisfaction mediate the influence of compensation to work loyalty and (11) job satisfaction mediate influence motivation to work loyalty. This research was conducted on Class II Banda Aceh and and Class House IIB Jantho. The object of this research is work environment, compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction and employee loyalty. The result of the research shows that work environment, work motivation, job satisfaction and employee loyalty are running well, then test result proves that work environment, compensation and work motivation have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction of employee, then work environment variable, compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and there is influence of job satisfaction to employee loyalty. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas pegawai.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerja,  kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas pegawai sudah berjalan dengan baik, kemudian hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, kemudian variabel lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai, dan terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja, kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kerja dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh Motivasi terhadap loyalitas kerja.Kata kunci :     Lingkungan kerja, Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Loyalitas Pegawai

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to study influence of profitability, financial leverage on dividend policy and its effect on stock price. Profitability is measured by ROA (X1), financial leverage is measured by DER (X2), dividend policy is measured by dividend payout ratio (Y) on stock price (Z) is measured with price per share when closed price. The population of this study is consume goods companies. This research uses 48 companies from  2007 to 2012 (pooled data). Sample selection applies sensus techniques and criteria thus obtained 8 companies. Analysis of data used is path analysis with SPSS program.            Keyword: Divident policy (Divident Payout Ratio), Stock price (closing price), Profitability (Return on Assets), and Financial leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio).

This article aims to know the application of dividend policy in developing and developed countries. After reviewed 29 articles that located in ASIA and Europe and published by Elsevier and J-Stor publisher found the system of Common law is more dominant used in developed countries where the protection of the investors in stock market tends to be higher. Meanwhile, the system of Civil law tends to be applied by developing countries where the protection of the investors in the share market is relative low. Based the research results in some developed countries found that the application of the outcomes model related to dividend policy, although there exist different outcomes related to tax on dividends and profitability of the firms. While in developing countries, dividend policy is relatively lower that depends on the management of firms, and indicated the application of substitution model related to dividend policy.
