Abstract

ABSTRAK Catur Rahayuningrum. PENGARUH GAJI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA GURU DI SMK PENDA 2 KARANGANYAR. Skripsi. Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret. Mei 2018Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Ada tidaknya pengaruh gaji terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK PENDA 2 Karanganyar (2) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK PENDA 2 Karanganyar (3) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh gaji dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK PENDA 2 Karanganyar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK PENDA 2 Karanganyar sejumlah 43. Sampel penelitian ini diambil semua guru karena menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang sebelumnya telah di uji coba (try out) dan uji validitas serta uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaji berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK PENDA 2 Karanganyar. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisis regresi yang memperoleh rhitung (0,545) > rtabel (0,301), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ditafsirkan bahwa gaji berpengaruh secara signifikans terhadap kepuasan kerja guru.(2) Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK PENDA 2 Karanganyar. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil rhitung (0,513) > rtabel (0,301), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan taraf signifikan 5%. (3) Ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan gaji dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK PENDA 2 Karanganyar. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung (15,504) > Ftabel (3,23), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan taraf signifikan 5%.Kata kunci: Gaji, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan bagi para mahasiswa yang belum berpengalaman dalam menulis artikel ilmiah di jurnal internasional bereputasi, meningkatkan kualitas penulisan artikel ilmiah, dan mendorong serta meningkatkan jumlah publikasi hasil riset/penelitian di jurnal internasional bereputasi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan secara daring karena dalam kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdiri dari beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama yaitu tahap perencanaan melalui diskusi terkait dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan penyusunan materi. Tahap kedua yaitu penyampaian materi dan diskusi melalui pelatihan penulisan artikel dengan menggunakan media aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Tahap ketiga adalah diskusi secara lanjut yang dilakukan secara daring dengan para peserta pelatihan yang masih membutuhkan pendampingan mengenai materi yang telah diberikan. Berdasarkan tanggapan yang diberikan oleh peserta bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan penulisan artikel jurnal internasional bereputasi ini sangat bermanfaat dan peserta termotivasi untuk meningkatkan dalam menulis artikel dari hasil penelitian agar artikel jurnal ilmiah layak untuk dipublikasikan pada jurnal internasional bereputasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan kemampuan penulisan artikel mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran tentang konsep dasar, etika penulisan karya ilmiah, dan penggunaan check plagiarism dan insert citation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana pelayanan pengajuan bantuan untuk mustahik di kantor Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Madiun; (2) Bagaimana proses pelayanan penyaluran program Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan teknik studi kasus, dipilih karena penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif secara tertulis dari orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati dan memiliki pendekatan observasi partisipatif. Teknik studi kasus dipilih karena teknik ini lebih relevan untuk mengetahui permasalahan pelayanan yang ada.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pola pelayanan administrasi terhadap mustahik di kantor Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Madiun. Terdapat dua jenis pelayanan yaitu pelayanan pengajuan dan pelayanan penyaluran. Simpulan Penelitian ini adalah pelayanan pengajuan mustahik dan penyaluran di kantor Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Madiun, sudah cukup baik karena telah memudahkan masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi atau layanan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung

Abstract

This research was carried out to improve the learning outcomes of Craft and Entrepreneurship subjects for class XII OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar for the 2021/2022 academic year through the application of the Zoom Meeting assisted discussion method. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles. The research started in the Pre-Action stage, Cycle I, and Cycle II. Learning outcomes at the Pre-Action stage were obtained from the Middle Semester Assessment (MSA) score; the percentage of students' completeness was 42.85% with an average grade of 74.45. Learning outcomes have increased in Cycle I, with a percentage of 68.57% and an average value of 76.42. Then, in the second cycle, the percentage of completeness was 88.5%, with an average value of 85.42. The conclusion of this Classroom Action Research is that the application of the Zoom Meeting-assisted discussion method can improve student learning outcomes for class XII OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of online learning methods on learning outcomes; (2) the influence of student learning motivation on learning outcomes (3) the influence of online learning methods and student learning motivation on learning outcomes. This research applied quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in this study is all students of OTKP class IX at SMK N 1 Sukoharjo, especially for the 2021/2022 school year, which amounts to 107. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample count of 84 students. The data collection method is a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used prerequisite tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of online learning methods on the learning outcomes amounting to (tcount 2,981> table1,990) with significance (0.004 < 0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of student learning motivation on the learning outcomes, amounting to (tcount 3, 311> table 1,990) with significance values (0.001<0.05); (3) there can be a positive and significant influence between online learning methods and student learning motivation together on the learning outcomes (Fcount 14,739 > Ftabel 3,190) with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to (1) knowing the description of employees' IT skills carried out at the Colomadu District Office, (2) knowing the efforts made in improving IT skills carried out at the Colomadu District Office, (3) knowing the things that affect the mastery of employees' IT skills. This research is a qualitative research supported by simple quantitative research with a case study. The data sources for this research include events related to difficulties in operating information technology for employees, informant (employees working at the Colomadu District Office). The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The validity test technique used is the credibility test with source triangulation and technique triangulation. transferability test, dependability test, confirmability test. Data analysis using interactive and flowing models. The results of this study are, (1) An overview of the IT skills of the employees of the Colomadu District Office, namely there are employees who only master basic IT skills, there are employees who cannot operate IT at all and there are employees who are quite proficient in IT. (2) Efforts to improve the IT skills of employees of the Colomadu District Office, namely: a) sending employees to take part in Bimtek and Training, b) providing motivation by the leadership, c) self-study. (3) factors that influence the IT skills of Colomadu District Office employees, namely: a) age factor, b) lack of self-awareness of employees, c) no special training for employees who are less skilled.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices on the work readiness of class XI students of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (2) determine the influence of motivation to enter the world of work on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (3) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices and motivation to enter the world of work together on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. The research design used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of perceptions of field work practices on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (4.609>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of motivation to enter the world of work on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (3.537>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.001 (Sig<0.05); and (3) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the perception of employment practices and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness. This is indicated by the value of Fcount>Ftable (65.881>3.091) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05). This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (4.609>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of motivation to enter the world of work on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (3.537>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.001 (Sig<0.05); and (3) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the perception of employment practices and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of office layout on employee morale in BKPSDM Karanganyar Regency. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 37 employees of BKPSDM Karanganyar Regency. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The technique of analyzing data used simple linear regression analysis by using SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that the office layout has positive and significant influence on the work spirit (tcount 5,201 >ttable 2,030). The result of this study indicate that office layout contributed as much as 43,6% on work spirit’s employee while 56,4% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

Badan Perencanaan and Pengembangan Kabupaten Karanganyar is the focus of this study. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of workplace facilities and office spatial arrangement on the job satisfaction of employees in the Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Karanganyar Regency. The data collection method used in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling or saturated sampling with a total of 48 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive data analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and dominant effect testing using SPSS 25.0 Version. The results of this study indicate that 1) workplace facilities have a significant influence on job satisfaction, 2) office spatial arrangement has a significant influence on job satisfaction, and 3) workplace facilities and office spatial arrangement jointly affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the implementation of archive shrinkage (2) Know the supporting and inhibiting factors for archive shrinkage. (3) Data collection by observation, document analysis and direct interviews. The validity test technique used is triangulation of methods and data sources. Sampling techniques with Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. Data analysis techniques used in research 1. Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data Presentation, (4) Conclusion Drawing and Verification. The results of the study are as follows: The archive depreciation activities carried out consist of: (1) Archive transfer activities from the Processing Unit / Creator Unit to the Main Archives Unit, and (2) Destruction of inactive dynamic archives that no longer have use value. The types of archives that are depreciated are all types of archives that can be depreciated but not all archives can be destroyed, for static archives it cannot be destroyed, but submitted to regional archival institutions. Meanwhile, dynamic archives can be destroyed by burning or shredding. Obstacles in archive shrinkage, (1) Difficulty in sorting archives, (2) Lack of expert staff, (3) Many archives are messy. Efforts to overcome obstacles (1) There is a clear policy and foundation related to archive shrinkage. (2) There is socialization and monitoring every year from the regional archive institution, namely Disarpus. (3) The existence of archival shrinkage in order to reduce the archives that accumulate in the office. Impact of archive shrinkage: (1) Optimizing the use of office space, (2) Reducing the need for storage space, and creating a more orderly and organized work atmosphere. (3) It is easier to manage archives, both static and dynamic archives, (4) Reduce archives that accumulate and those that are no longer used.
