Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of MOODLE learning media can improve learning outcomes in office technology subjects in class X OTKP SMK Negeri 1 Wonogiri.This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cylces with stages consisting of planning, implementing, acting, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of class X OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Wonogiri, totaling 36 students. Types of data include primary data, namely data directly obtained from research subjects, and secondary data, namely supporting data in the form of books, documents, and archives. Sources of data include informants, namely students, the place is SMK Negeri 1 Wonogiri and the event is the learning media MOODLE, documents and archives, namely syllabus, lesson plans, and assessmet books. Data collection techniques are tests with post test questions, practical questions and non test with observation, interview, questionnaires, and documentation. Data validity techniques using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis used critical analysis techniques and comparative descriptive.The results showed that the application of MOODLE learning media can improve learning outcomes in office technology subjects from pre cycle to cycle I, and from cycle I to cycle II. The average cognitive score per cycle increased from 65,97 to 79,31 and 84,03. The average affective value also increased from 67,78 to 76,38 and 84,86. The psychomotor scores increased from70,97 to 79,58 and 84,86. The percentage of pre-cycle completeness is still low, namely the cognitive 30,6%, affective 16,67%, and psychomotor 47,72. A significant increase in learning outcomes occured in the first cycle, namely the cognitive value with a percentage of 77.78% completeness, 66.67% affective, and 69.44% psychomotor although it was still not optimal. The implementation of cycle II causes a very significant increase in learning outcomes, namely the cognitive value with a percentage of 91.67%, affective 86.11%, and psychomotor 91.67% so that learning outcomes are optimal. Keywords: MOODLE learning media, learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of e-learning in Simkomdig subject at OTKP SMKN 3 Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of data obtained from informants, places and occurrence, as well as documents and archives. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document analysis. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model. The implementation of online learning at Simkomdig OTKP SMKN 3 Surakarta consists of planning learning tools, preparing learning media and information technology that supports online learning. Conducted through the Google Classroom application, SMK3 e-learning, and Whatsapp causing the Simkomdig practicum material to be less than optimal. The online assessment is only taken from the time of collection of assignments and accuracy in answering. The obstacles found were differences in students' understanding abilities, limitations of electronic devices, unstable internet connections, lack of skills to operate electronic media optimally, and lack of learning supervision. Solutions to overcome obstacles in Simkomdig's online learning are carried out by selecting the right learning media, providing internet quota assistance and computer labs, training teachers on online applications, and further coordinating with parents or guardians of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi; (2) pengaruh lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi; dan (3) pengaruh sosial ekonomi orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 53 siswa yaitu kelas XI OTKP 1 dan 2. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi (thitung = 2,92, sign < 0,05), (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi (thitung = 4,25, sign < 0,05), dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sosial ekonomi orang tua lingkungan teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi (fhitung = 13,87, sign < 0,05). Persamaan regresi linier Ŷ = -6,93 + 0,95X1 + 1,11X2. Sumbangan efektif pada penelitian ini secara bersama-sama sebesar 36% dan sisanya sebesar 64% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo yang di latar belakangi kurang aktifnya siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di kelas XII OTKP 2 pada tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Pelaksanaan PTK dilakukan dengan dua siklus, dengan 3 kali pertemuan pada masing-masing siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan dengan empat tahapan kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian yaitu lembar instrumen keaktifan siswa. Hasil penelitian pra tindakan menunjukkan bahwa hasil rata-rata keaktifan sebesar 43,8%. Pada siklus I, keaktifan memperoleh persentase sebesar 58,4% dan kemudian peningkatan terjadi secara signifikan pada siklus II dengan keaktifan sebesar 82%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa pada mata pelajaran OTK Kepegawaian kelas XII OTKP 2.Kata kunci: pembelajaran aktif; penelitian tindakan kelas; sumber daya manusiaAbstract: This study aims to determine the increase in student activity by applying the type of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, which is motivated by the lack of active students in learning activities. This is classroom action research conducted in class XII Office Governance Automation 2 in the 2022/2023 academic year. Classroom Action Research was implemented in two cycles, with 3 meetings in each cycle. Each cycle is carried out with four activity stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data was collected by observing, interviewing, and documenting, while the tools used to collect research data were student activity sheet instruments. The results of the pre-action research showed that the average result of activity was 43.8% d. In cycle I, activeness obtained a percentage of 58.4%. Then, the increase occurred significantly in cycle II with an activeness of 82%. Thus, it can be concluded that using the STAD-type cooperative learning model can increase student activity in Class XII Personnel Management Automation Office Governance Automation 2.Keywords: staffing; active learning; classroom action research

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh media sosial terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar MPLB, (2) pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar MPLB, (3) pengaruh secara bersama-sama media sosial dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar MPLB kelas X SMKN 3 Surakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi sebanyak 108 siswa serta diambil sampel sebanyak 85 dengan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara media sosial terhadap hasil belajar siswa (thitung 2,244 > ttabel 1,993) serta nilai signifikansi (0,028 < 0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar siswa (thitung 2,968 >  ttabel 1,993) serta nilai signifikansi (0,004 < 0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara media sosial dan lingkungan keluarga secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Fhitung 9,231 > Ftabel 3,09). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi ditemukan nilai R Square variabel media sosial dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar secara bersama-sama 18,4% dan sisanya sebesar 81,6% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci : dunia maya; lingkup keluarga; perolehan pembelajaran Abstract: This study aims determine (1) the influence social media on student learning outcomes in the Basic MPLB subject, (2) the influence family environment on student learning, and (3) the combined influence of social media and  family environment on student learning outcomes in the Basic MPLB subject for 10th-grade students at SMKN 3 Surakarta. This research is quantitative study using questionnaire as data collection technique. The population consisted 108 students, with sample 85 students selected Slovin formula. The result showed (1) there is a positive and significant influence of social media on student learning outcomes (tvalue 2,244 > ttable 1,993) with significance (0,028 < 0,05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of family environment on student learning outcomes (tvalue 2,968 > ttable 1,993) with  significance (0,004 < 0,05); (3) there is a positive and significant combined influence of social media and family environment on student learning outcomes (Fvalue 9,231 > Ftable 3,09). The result the determination coefficient test revealed that R Square of social media and family environment variables on learning outcomes collectively 18,4% while the remaining 81,6% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords : virtual world; family scope; learning acquisition

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang orang tua dan business center “Viska Mart” terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI Pemasaran di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Jumlah populasi 72 siswa. Penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan latar belakang orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,036 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,144 > 1,997); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan business center “Viska Mart” terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel (4,936 > 1,997); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan latar belakang orang tua dan business center “Viska Mart” secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (22,736 > 3,13). Persamaan regresi penelitian yaitu Ŷ = 19,911 + 0.563X₁ + 0.814X₂ dengan R² sebesar 0,397. Sumbangan efektif  X₁ terhadap Y sebesar 9,4%. Sumbangan efektif X₂ terhadap Y sebesar 30,3%. Sumbangan relatif X₁ terhadap Y sebesar 23,7%. Sumbangan relatif X₂ terhadap Y sebesar 76,3%.  Kata kunci : kuantitatif; minat berwirausaha; orang tua; praktik kewirausahaan Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of parental background and the "Viska Mart" business center on entrepreneurial interest among Grade XI Marketing students at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative correlational approach with a population of 72 students. Sample determination utilized saturated sampling methods, and data collection was conducted through questionnaires. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 27. Results demonstrate: (1) a significant positive influence of parental background on entrepreneurial interest with a significance value of 0.036 < 0.05 and t-calculated > t-table (2.144 > 1.997); (2) a significant positive influence of the "Viska Mart" business center on entrepreneurial interest with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t-calculated > t-table (4.936 > 1.997); (3) a significant positive simultaneous influence of parental background and "Viska Mart" business center on entrepreneurial interest with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and F-calculated > F-table (22.736 > 3.13). The research regression equation is Ŷ = 19.911 + 0.563X₁ + 0.814X₂ with R² of 0.397. The effective contribution of X₁ to Y is 9.4%, while X₂ contributes 30.3%. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem pembayaran pajak daerah melalui QRIS, manfaat, kendala, dan solusi permasalahan dalam penerapan QRIS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari informan, lokasi, dan dokumen, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan QRIS dapat mempermudah transaksi pembayaran Wajib Pajak sehingga lebih efisien, mudah, aman dalam satu genggaman tanpa perlu antri di Bank Jateng dan bebas biaya admin. Kendala penerapan QRIS adalah kebiasaan dilayani oleh perangkat desa, kurangnya sosialisasi dari kepala desa kepada wajib pajak, dan server yang masih belum stabil. Masalah kebiasaan dilayani oleh perangkat desa dan kurangnya sosialisasi dari kepala desa kepada wajib pajak belum ada solusinya, sedangkan solusinya dari server yang tidak stabil yaitu BPKPD berkoordinasi dengan Diskominfo. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi pembayaran pajak daerah melalui QRIS masih belum maksimal.Kata kunci: kode bayar cepat Indonesia; penghasilan pajak wilayah; teknologiAbstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the local tax payment system through QRIS, the benefits, constraints, and solutions to problems in the implementation of QRIS. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data from this study were obtained from informants, locations, and documents, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, documents, and observations. The results show that the implementation of QRIS can facilitate taxpayer payment transactions so that it is more efficient, easy, safe in one hand without the need to queue at Bank Jateng and free of admin fees. Constraints to the implementation of QRIS are the habit of being served by village officials, the lack of dissemination from the village head to the taxpayer, and the server is still unstable. There is no solution to the problem of the habit of being served by village officials and the lack of dissemination from the village head to taxpayers, while the solution from an unstable server, namely BPKPD, coordinates with Diskominfo. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of local tax payments through QRIS is still not optimal.Keywords : local tax; quick response payment code Indonesia; technology

Abstract

Abstract This research explained: (1) the impact of learning facilities on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) the impact of parental attention on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid-19 pandemic; and (3) the impact of learning facilities and parental attention on learning outcomes of staffing management students during the Covid- 19 pandemic. This research is quantitative research with correlational method. The population were class XI students of the office management Vocational High School in Karanganyar. The proportionate stratified random sampling technique utilized and yielded 144 students from SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar and SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar. Questionnaires and documentation procedures used to obtain data. Multiple linear regression analysis with precondition tests used to analyze the data. The results of this study explained that: (1) there is a positive effect of learning facilities on learning outcomes during the pandemic (tcount8.450>ttable1.976); (2) there is a positive effect of parental attention on the learning outcomes during the pandemic (tcount 2.533 > ttable 1.976); (3) there is a positive effect between both on the learning outcomes of during the pandemic (Fcount 61.713>Ftable3.06). X1 and X2 have an influence of 46,7% on Y (R2=0,467).

Abstract

This research aims to describe: (1) application usage One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) in incoming mail-handling at Wonogiri District Court Office; (2) constraints and solutions to usage constraints PTSP application in managing incoming mail; (3) the effectiveness level of PTSP Application usage incoming mail-hanling. The method used for this research is  a mixed methodology with sequential design and case study approach. The sampling technique in this research used purpossive sampling. The validity test used are triangulation technique for qualitative data and pearson validity formula for testing quantitative data’s intrument. The result of this research shows that: (1) the use of PTSP’s application on incomig mail-handling at Wonogiri District Court only still limited for electronic’s mailing register which in first phase of mailing input to the application then proceed using manual procedure; (2) the constrain of PTSP’s application usage on mailing management is human resource which the employee as the users. The lack of motivation, the willingness and skill to change into PTSP’s application in incoming mail-handling caused the usage of the application is not optimal; (3) based on effectivity indicators there are some indicatorst that are unfullfilled which are targets, punctuality, goals, and transformation that also supported by the avarage of questionnaire result that shows number 56,67 which categorized as ineffective. There are the solutions that tried to resolve the constrain of PTSP’s application usage in incoming mail-handling are motivating, conducting socialization, and attempt from some employee to use the application to handling incoming mail.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) minat siswa SMK Batik 2 Surakarta dalam melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi; (2) faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi minat siswa SMK dalam melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi; (3) kendala yang dihadapi siswa dalam melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Informan penelitian berjumlah 15 orang yang terdiri dari siswa kelas XII jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis, guru, serta orang tua siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar dan lingkungan sekolah, serta analisis dokumen terhadap data alumni sekolah dan kajian terdahulu yang relevan. Uji validitas data dengan triangulasi sumber, waktu, dan metode, serta member checking. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat siswa SMK Batik 2 Surakarta dalam melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan tinggi menunjukkan keberagaman, beberapa diantaranya memilih melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi dan ada pula yang cenderung memutuskan bekerja setelah lulus; (2) minat siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal (motivasi pribadi dan prestasi belajar) serta faktor eksternal (lingkungan sosial, dan keterkaitan antara jurusan SMK dengan program studi di perguruan tinggi); (3) kendala yang dihadapi siswa dalam melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi antara lain, keterbatasan finansial keluarga dan rendahnya efikasi diri dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik.Kata kunci : faktor eksternal dan internal; kualitatif; minat; siswa SMK; studi lanjutAbstract: This study aims to investigate: (1) the interest of students at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta in pursuing higher education; (2) the internal and external factors influencing vocational high school students' interest in continuing to higher education; and (3) the obstacles students face in pursuing higher education. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. The study involved 15 informants consisting of Grade XII students majoring in Office Management and Business Services, teachers, and parents, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations of teaching and learning activities and school environment, and document analysis of alumni records and relevant previous studies. Data validity was ensured through source, time, and method triangulation, along with member checking. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman interactive model, comprising data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Results indicate that: (1) students at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta demonstrate diverse interests in pursuing higher education—some choose to continue their studies while others tend to enter the workforce after graduation; (2) students' interest in pursuing higher education is influenced by internal factors (personal motivation and academic achievement) and external factors (social environment and alignment between vocational programs and higher education study programs); and (3) obstacles students face in pursuing higher education include family financial constraints and low self-efficacy in facing academic challenges. Keywords: higher education aspirations; internal and external factors; qualitative; student interest; vocational high school
