Abstract

Abstrak: Rendahnya minat belajar siswa sering kali menjadi penghambat dalam mencapai potensi akademik, yang dipicu oleh kurangnya stimulus lingkungan dan penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang monoton. Penelitian difokuskan menganalisis tiga aspek utama, yaitu: (1) pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap minat belajar; (2) pengaruh media pembelajaran interaktif terhadap minat belajar; serta (3) pengaruh secara bersamaan antara lingkungan belajar dan media interaktif terhadap minat belajar siswa jurusan MPLB di SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Partisipan terdiri dari 104 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data dihimpun menggunakan instrumen kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala likert 5 yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Kemudian diolah menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda melalui perangkat lunak IBM SPSS25. Temuan riset mengindikasikan bahwa: (1) lingkungan belajar berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar (sig. 0,00 < 0,05; thitung 4,299 > 1,984); (2) media pembelajaran interaktif memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan pada minat belajar (sig. 0,00 < 0,05; thitung 6,362 > 1,984); dan (3) secara bersamaan, kedua variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa (sig. 0,00 < 0,05; Fhitung 88,848 > 3,094). Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menegaskan sekolah perlu memprioritaskan integrasi teknologi interaktif dan perbaikan fasilitas fisik guna mengoptimalkan atensi akademik siswa. Kata kunci: atensi akademik; ekosistem pendidikan; kuantitatif; regresi linear berganda; visualisasi instruksional Abstract: Low student interest in learning frequently constitutes a barrier to the realization of academic potential, attributable to insufficient environmental stimulation and the adoption of monotonous instructional methods. This study examined three primary objectives: (1) the influence of the learning environment on learning interest; (2) the influence of interactive learning media on learning interest; and (3) the simultaneous influence of both the learning environment and interactive media on the learning interest of students in the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed. Participants comprised 104 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire instrument based on a five-point Likert scale, the validity and reliability of which had been previously verified. Data were subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression via IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The findings indicate that: (1) the learning environment exerted a positive and significant influence on learning interest (p = .000 < .05; t(102) = 4.299 > 1.984); (2) interactive learning media exerted a positive and significant influence on learning interest (p = .000 < .05; t(102) = 6.362 > 1.984); and (3) both independent variables simultaneously exerted a significant influence on student learning interest (p = .000 < .05; F(2, 101) = 88.848 > 3.09). The practical implications of this study highlight the need for schools to prioritize the integration of interactive technology alongside improvements to physical facilities in order to optimize student academic engagement. Keywords: academic attention; educational ecosystem; instructional visualization; multiple linear regression; quantitative

Abstract

Abstract The study was aimed to determine (1) the effect of self-regulated learning on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; (2) the effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; and (3) the effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021. This study was quantitative research with a correlational method. The population of this study was twelfth grade students OTKP of SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in the 2020/2021 academic year, 102 students. The researcher used incidental sampling with 81 students as the sample. The data were collected using documentation and questionnaires. The data self-regulated learning and social environment were collected using questionnaires, meanwhile the data of students’ learning outcomes were collected using documentation. Then the data were analyzed using a prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 22.0 program. This result of study showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning on student’ learning outcomes of twelfth grade students of OTKP SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 1,995 > t-table 1,99085; (2) there was a positive effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 2,253 > t-table 1,99085; and (3) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of  grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with F-value 13,088 > F-table 3,11.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in activeness and critical thinking capability of the students who were participated in the Leadership course by applying the Debate method. The study design consists of two main cycles (cycle I, and cycle II), each cycle research steps include planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting process. The Data collection methods used are observation, and documentation; the percentage descriptive method used as data analysis technique. The research findings explained by using three research steps, those are initial observation, observation using Cycle I, and observation using Cycle II. The initial observation (pre-cycle) found that student activity was very low. From 38 students observed, only 3 students asked for questions, or only 8% who were active, while other students were passive, by just listened to the lecturer’s explanations. The target for student activity is 75% from the total observed students. In addition to student activeness, this study also aimed to find out the ability of critical thinking of the students. In the Cycle I, the student activity has increased to 27 people or 71% of the total observed students. In the debating group, found if the pro group have 8 active students and in the contra group have 9 active students, while the listening group or observer group have 10 students who submit their opinions. In the Cycle II, there were more active students, because in this cycle the groups conducting more intense debate which involved another students, then the class became more active. In the pro group, there were 9 active students and the contra group increasing to 11 active students, while the observer group reached 12 active students, so there were 32 active students or 84% from total students observed. Based on the research findings, concluded that the student activity increased slightly through implementation of the debate method. The activity occurs gradually from cycle I to cycle II. In learning process, when applying the debate method in the Leadership course, the students are seen to be very active and shows the critical thinking capabilities, ranging from student self-skill, explaining skill, interpreting skill, analyzing skill, evaluating skill in order to draw the conclusions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the management of dynamic archives at the BMN UNS office; (2) Problems that arise; and (3) Efforts are made to overcome the problems that arise. This research is a case study qualitative research, with primary data sources from observations and interviews with BMN office employees, for secondary data from field documentation. The sample uses the snowball sampling technique that the researcher assigns one of the BMN employees as a key informant then asks for advice from other informants related to research. Data analysis used in this research interactive data analysis techniques in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show (1) the management of dynamic archives at the BMN office includes the creation of archives, the use of archives, maintenance and security of archives, shrinkage and destruction of archives; (2) Obstacles in the form of the absence of experts in the field of archives, lack of understanding of archives, lack of socialization of the archive management system, and the classification of types of letters that are still lacking in detail; (3) Efforts to overcome these obstacles include appointing a special employee who handles archives, attends training, socializes the results of the training, and if no appropriate letter classification is found, the closest classification is entered.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh metode pembelajaran online terhadap hasil belajar; (2) pengaruh motivasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap hasil belajar (3) pengaruh metode pembelajaran online dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX OTKP di SMK N 1 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 107. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX OTKP di SMK N 1 Sukoharjo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 84 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan metode pembelajaran online terhadap hasil belajar sebesar (thitung 2,981 > ttabel 1,990) dengan signifikansi (0,004 < 0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar, sebesar (thitung 3,311 > ttabel 1,990) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,001 < 0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan hasil belajar siswa terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, sebesar (thitung 3,311 > ttabel 1,990) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,001 < 0,05); (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa, sebesar (thitung 3,311 001<0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara metode pembelajaran online dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar (Fhitung 14,739 > Ftabel 3,190) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci : hasil belajar; kuantitatif; metode pembelajaran onlineAbstract: This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of online learning methods on learning outcomes; (2) the influence of student learning motivation on learning outcomes (3) the influence of online learning methods and student learning motivation on learning outcomes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar; (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar; dan  (3) apakah terdapat pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode pembelajaran dan pehatian orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan angket untuk variabel persepsi siswa tentang metode pembelajaran dan perhatian orang tua sementara untuk dokumentasi digunakan untuk melengkapi data hasil belajar yang berupa jumlah siswa dan data nilai selama satu semester gasal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Bidang Keahlian Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Batik 1 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2018/2019 sebanyak 82 siswa. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 68 siswa menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan untuk uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, linieritas, dan multikolonieritas dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi siswa tentang metode pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran dibuktikan dengan thitung (2,053) > ttabel (1,997) dan signifikansi (0,044 < 0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran dibuktikan dengan thitung (2,493) > ttabel (1,997) dan signifikansi (0,015 < 0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi siswa tentang metode pembelajaran dan perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran administrasi umum kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran dibuktikan dengan Fhitung (32,717) > Ftabel (3,14) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

  Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas X Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. Berdasarkan data prapenelitian, 58% siswa melakukan pelanggaran disiplin, seperti terlambat masuk kelas, terlambat mengumpulkan tugas, dan menggunakan gawai untuk hal di luar pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis (1) pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap kedisiplinan belajar; (2) pengaruh regulasi diri terhadap kedisiplinan belajar; dan (3) pengaruh teman sebaya dan regulasi diri secara simultan terhadap kedisiplinan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 70 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket tertutup berbentuk skala Likert modifikasi yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan belajar (t = 1,358; p = 0,179), sedangkan regulasi diri berpengaruh signifikan (t = 5,447; p < 0,001). Secara simultan, teman sebaya dan regulasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan belajar (F(2, 67) = 22,023; p < 0,001). Nilai R² sebesar 0,397 menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya dan regulasi diri menjelaskan 39,7% variansi kedisiplinan belajar. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi SMK untuk memprioritaskan penguatan regulasi diri siswa sebagai strategi utama peningkatan kedisiplinan belajar menuju kesiapan kerja di dunia industri. Kata kunci : disiplin belajar, regulasi diri, sekolah kejuruan, teman sebaya Abstract Learning discipline is a critical determinant of academic success and work readiness, yet it remains low among vocational students. This study examined the effects of peer influence and self-regulation on the learning discipline of tenth-grade students in the Office Management and Business Services program at a public vocational high school in Indonesia, where preliminary data showed that 58% of students engaged in disciplinary violations. A quantitative, causal-associative design was employed. Through saturated sampling, 70 students completed a validated closed questionnaire based on a modified four-point Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Peer influence did not significantly affect learning discipline (t = 1.358, p = .179), whereas self-regulation had a strong, significant effect (t = 5.447, p < .001). Jointly, the two predictors significantly explained learning discipline, F(2, 67) = 22.023, p < .001, accounting for 39.7% of its variance (R² = .397), with self-regulation contributing far more (34.62%) than peer influence (5.04%). These findings indicate that learning discipline in vocational settings is driven primarily by internal regulatory capacity rather than peer dynamics, suggesting that schools should prioritize strengthening students’ self-regulation as the principal strategy for improving discipline and industrial work readiness. Keywords: learning discipline; peer influence; self-regulation; vocational education; multiple regression

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap resiliensi akademik (2) self-efficacy terhadap resiliensi akademik (3) dukungan sosial keluarga dan self-efficacy terhadap resiliensi akademik siswa kelas XI dan XII MPLB di SMKN 1 Karanganyar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 105 dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 142 yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu observasi, wawancara dan angket/kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap resiliensi akademik siswa kelas XI dan XII MPLB di SMKN 1 Karanganyar dilihat dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil nilai thitung sebesar 3,862 > 1,986; 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara self-efficacy terhadap resiliensi akademik siswa kelas XI dan XII MPLB di SMKN 1 Karanganyar dilihat dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil nilai thitung sebesar 5,824 > 1,986; 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dan self-efficacy secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi akademik siswa kelas XI dan XII MPLB di SMKN 1 Karanganyar dilihat dari nilai nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil Fhitung yaitu 35,969 > 3,09. Kata kunci : psikologi pendidikan; sekolah vokasi; strategi koping edukatifAbstract: This study aims to determine the effect of (1) family social support on academic resilience (2) self-efficacy on academic resilience (3) family social support and self-efficacy on academic resilience of class XI and XII MPLB students at SMKN 1 Karanganyar. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar di Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah informan, tempat dan peristiwa, serta dokumentasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah validitas internal dan validitas eksternal. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian: (1) Pengelolaan surat di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Surakarta berlangsung efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel melalui pembagian tugas yang jelas, dukungan regulasi, penerapan sistem digital, serta mekanisme disposisi berjenjang yang mencerminkan prinsip good governance, (2) Kendala yang dirasakan di Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Surakarta adalah kurangnya pemahaman Masyarakat terhadap alur dan kewenangan antar bagian, (3) Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Surakarta perlu menerapkan strategi komprehensif berbasis sosialisasi, digitalisasi, dan evaluasi berkala untuk membangun layanan persuratan yang efisien, transparan, dan responsif.    Kata Kunci: administrasi; pelayanan; pemerintahAbstract: This study aimed to examine the procedures for managing incoming and outgoing mail in the General Affairs Division of the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat. A qualitative descriptive research design was employed. Data sources included key informants, direct observation of events and locations, and relevant documentation. Purposive sampling was utilized to select participants. Data collection techniques comprised interviews, observation, and document analysis. Internal and external validity assessments ensured data credibility. The interactive analysis model guided data analysis. The findings revealed that: (1) Mail management at the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat operates effectively, efficiently, and accountably through clear task distribution, regulatory support, digital system implementation, and a tiered disposition mechanism reflecting good governance principles; (2) The primary obstacle identified was the public's insufficient understanding of mail routing procedures and jurisdictional boundaries between divisions; and (3) The General Affairs Division should implement a comprehensive strategy incorporating public outreach, digitalization, and periodic evaluation to establish efficient, transparent, and responsive mail services. Keywords: administration; government; services

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara media komunikasi massa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. (2) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, dan (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara media komunikasi massa dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara media komunikasi massa dengan hasil belajar di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (2,106>2,010) dengan persamaan signifikansi 0,041<0,05.2)Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (2,031>2,010) dengan persamaan signifikansi 0,048<0,05.3) Terdapat hubungan antara media komunikasi massa dengan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar siswa SMK Wikarya Karanganya yang ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung>Ftabel (6,56>3,19) dengan persamaan signifikansi 0,003<0,05.Kata kunci: dorongan; kuantitatif; penyampaian pesanAbstract: This study aimed (1) to determine whether there was a relationship between mass communication media and student learning outcomes in SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. (2)to find out whether there was a relationship between student learning motivation and student learning outcomes in SMK Wikarya Karanganyar Vocational School, and (3)To determine whether there is a relationship between mass communication media and students' learning motivation on student learning outcomes in SMK Wikarya Karanganyar Vocational School. This research is quantitative research with the method of correlational. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 24.0 program. The results showed that 1)There was a positive relationship between mass communication media and the learning outcomes at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar as indicated by tcount>ttable(2.106>2.010)with a significance equation of 0.041 <0.05.2)There was a positive relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students in SMK Wikarya Karanganyar as indicated by tcount>ttable(2,031>2,010)with a significance equation of 0.048<0.05.3)There is a relationship between mass communication media and learning motivation together with the results learning of students at SMK Wikarya Karanganya, which is indicated by Fcount>Ftable (6.56>3.19) with a significance equation of 0.003<0.05.Keywords: communication; motivation; quantitative
