Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that form the brand image of the Department of Industrial Engineering, UIN Suska Riau and design promotional strategies using the Cochran test and Marketing Mix methods. Data was obtained from 100 respondents through a questionnaire. The research results show that there are significant differences between the attributes tested, with the Q value being greater than the X² table value in all tests. The main factors that shape a brand image include reputation, accreditation, teaching staff, quality of education, and student comfort. 7P-based promotional strategy to improve brand image and attract more students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of patient services at the XYZ Health Center and determine the level of importance that is useful for obtaining priorities for improving the quality of health services and making proposals for improving the quality of health services. The methods used are Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Potential Gain in Costumer Value (PGCV). The problems in this study are that the time for examination and consultation with doctors is too short due to the large number of queues, officers are less friendly in serving patients, information about drugs and diagnoses of diseases explained by officers is less clear due to patients who are in a hurry and do not read existing information and patients wait too long to be examined for more than an hour. The results of the calculation of the IPA and PGCV methods show that the attributes that need to be improved are P6, P8, P14 and P15. Recommendations for improvement are adding doctors, synchronizing schedules between the puskesmas and the doctors concerned, rewarding health workers and giving sanctions in the form of reprimands for officers who are not polite and friendly and reducing waiting times and delays in providing health services to patients.

Abstract

PT. Tasma Puja Merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan kelapa sawit. Pada tahun 2022 PT. Tasma Puja mengalami kesulitan dalam mencapai target produksi yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga perusahaan mengalami penuruanan pendapatan. Sehingga perusahaan perlu melakukan pengukuran produktivitas menggunakan metode objective matrix (OMAX) untuk mengetahui penyebab utama perusahaan kesulitan dalam mencapai target produksi. Hasil pengukuran produktivitas tersebut akan di analisa dan dicari soluinya menggunakan diagram Fishbone. Hasil pengukuran produktivitas PT.Tasma Puja dari bulan Janurai hingga Desember 2022 menggunakan metode OMAX, tinggkat produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juli dengan nilai 753 sedangkan tingkat produktivitas trendah terjadi pada bulan Mei dengan nilai 61, indeks produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juli dengan nilai 151% sedangkan indek produktivitas trendah terjadi pada bulan Mei dengan nilai -79,66%, dan kenaikan produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juni dengan nilai 659% dan penurunan tinkat produktivitas trendah terjadi pada bulan Mei dengan nilai -79,32%. Empat kriteria produktivitas yang di ukur memperoleh nilai sebagai berikut; kriteria produktivitas bahan baku (rasio 1) memiliki nilai 56, kriteria produktivitas energi (rasio 2) memiliki nilai 54, kriteria produktivitas hasil produksi (rasio 3) memiliki nilai 63 dan kriteria produktivitas tenaga kerja (rasio 4) memiliki nilai 43. Rasio 4 memiliki nilai terendah dikarenakan produktivitas tenaga kerja pada tahun 2022 sering madapatkan nilai dibawah rata-rata.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah Riau Jaya Paving bergerak dibidang percetakan yang telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2000. Penelitian pada Usaha Kecil Menengah Riau Jaya Paving difokuskan pada jenis paving block model batu bata (conblock) mutu K-175, karena paving block model ini rata- rata permintaanya setiap bulan lebih banyak dari pada paving block model lain. Perusahaan ini melakukan perubahan pada proses produksi salah satunya menggunakan konsep lean manufacturing untuk meminimalisir waste. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengurangi persentase waste yang dianalisa menggunakan Value Stream Mapping serta memberikan usulan perbaikan berupa checksheet dan Standar Operasioal Produksi. Data diperoleh Berdasarkan pengamatan langsung dilapangan. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping, Waste Relationship Matrix dan tools Relationship Diagram. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan besar Nilai Value Added, Non Value Added, Necessary Non Value Added dan total lead time proses produksi dapat dilihat pada Current Value State Mapping, nilai Process Cycle Efficiency adalah 67,08%. Future Value Stream Mapping merupakan hasil dari usulan perbaikan, nilai Process Cycle Efficiency adalah 75,05%.

Abstract

PT. XYZ, is a company engaged in the processing of palm kernel (CPKO). CPKO was separated into CPKOL (crude palm kernel olein) and CPKST (crude palm kernel stearin). There is a discrepancy in the quality standard of IV quality (Iodine Value) at CPKST which affects the selling price and consumer demand. Determination of the value of IV by the company ranges from 5-7. Grouping and data collection of IV values was carried out for 3 months, then the data was analyzed using statistical quality control (SQC) methods of I-MR control charts, process capabilities, and cause-and-effect diagrams. This study aims to analyze the process capability of IV CPKST which is not in accordance with company standards. The results of data processing show that some CPKST IV values are outside the control limits, moving ranges with UCL 0.70 and LCL 0, individuals with UCL 7.33 and LCL 6.18, and process capability is said to be good with a value range of 6.37 and 1 A causal analysis was performed using a fishbone diagram. Based on the results of the fishbone diagram analysis, the factors of quality non-compliance are found in humans, machines and methods. It is necessary to make efforts to maintain and maintain product quality based on existing regulations.

Abstract

Data from the Ministry of Cooperative, UMKM, and UB (Large Enterprises )in 2018 shows an increase in the number of MSMEs with a proportion of 0,98% of 64.199.60,6 and in 2019 it has grown to 65.471.134. The increased number of MSMEs is the reason for the importance marketing strategies by MSMEs too penetrate more and more market competition. This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors that influence the business development strategy in MSME SHE’S Kitchen using the SOAR (Strength, Opportunities, Aspiration, and Result and BMC (Business Model Canvas) Methods of strategic planning that identifies and analyze a strength an opportunity so that it can produce aspirations, goals, strategies, and commitment to get the resulting desire by the company. In addition, this research also aims to provide BMC tourism as well as appropriate business transformation designs to be developed in SHE’S Kitchen UMKM. The result of this study obtained 10 alternative strategies based on SOAR matrix analysis and there were additional 6 BMC Strategy components, namely key resources, value propositions, customer relationships, customer segments, and revenue streams.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the analysis of the internal and external conditions of Mokey MSMEs and to design the best alternative strategy proposals to increase sales and maintain the business being run using the SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Threat, Opportunity) and the QSPM method (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The results of the study showed that there are 7 (seven) strategies that Mokey MSMEs can use to increase sales and maintain the business.

Abstract

The condition during pandemic generally has significant impact to all the aspect in society. This condition is also occurring in Desa Kualu Nenas, that most of the people activities are as farmers and fish breeders. The high cost of fish feed is one of the main problems faced by almost all fish farmers. This community service aims to plan and prepare the need of a comprehensive solution, started from maggot cultivation, practice/workshop, and outreach to the community. It was carried out with all the limited conditions and try to utilizing the existing local resources. Maggot cultivation itself can be a new business opportunity for the community, with an ease of manufacture, cultivation process and the large number of market demands. For pellet ingredients, it is using a semi-automatic pelletizing machine has also been produced which has succeeded in making pellets, although it is still in progress of developing to make it more optimal. The results of the service raise hope from the community who want that this empowerment activity can be carried out sustainably in the form of assistance.
